Hi How to check  Eurail/Interrail Pass cover code?

Hi, I accidentally bought the wrong pass and so I followed the steps on the interrail website to exchange it for the correct pass. I sent my request over two weeks but all I’ve received is a string of confusing emails saying my requests have been merged and most recently an email asking to rate their customer support. I’m not sure if this means my request is being processed or if it’s somehow gotten lost.Should I send another request? I’ve put off doing this as I don’t want to confuse the matter further. It would be Ideal to talk to interrail customer support directly but I can’t find any contact number. I’m currently travelling and will be needing the money from the refund very soon. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

HelloI have just received my interrail tickets by mail, however I have not received either the maps or the wristbands.I would like to know what should I do to receive the complete package?I'm from Lisbon, Portugal and I´m wondering if I can go to Santa Apolónia station to receive the rest of my order. I really want the bracelets and maps and I was very sad to see they weren't inside the envelope.

If I’ve decided to take a certain journey with a couple of change overs but the train is delayed meaning I miss my change overs, is it still possible for me to check which trains are ok for me to take with my pass and just take them? This happened the other day so I only completed half my journey from the ticket that was scanned and on the other half of my journey no one scanned my pass.  Basically what I’m asking, as long as it’s within 1 travel day is it okay to get as many trains as you like (if other trains are missed) and the scanning of the ticket doesn’t matter.

Hi. I would like to book seat reservations for the trains from Hamburg Hbh to Verona. Bound for the 5th of August 2022 at 22:12, via München (arriving at 06.04 and leaving at 07.34) for Verona Porta Nuova at 13.26 on the 6th of August.  On the Eurail website it says that this trip is included in the interrail pass and that I don’t need seat reservations for any of the trains. However, I would like to be guaranteed a seat.  On the first train (Hamburg to München) I can book a seat via Eurail, but for the next train it says it is unavailable (perhaps because pass holders seats are sold out).  If I go to Deutsche Bahn I can book seats for the whole trip. My questions is therefore, if I can use these seat reservations for both trains? Or if I will be given a fine/taken of the train on the second train (München to Verona) if the pass holder seats are sold out?  Thank you so much for your help!

Hello together,I have a question regarding the inbound and outbound journeys.I want to travel from Munich to Paris but I need to change the train in Stuttgart. Are those trains all included in the Global Pass when it is in one day or do I have to book a seperate train ticket to Stuttgart? So is it just 1 train or is it 1 entire journey to the final destination?Thank you very much for your help.Best regardsMarius

Good evening,I have ordered my first reservation for TGV and Thalys this saturday through the interrail website. The payment succeeded, but right thereafter I got an 403 error. After refreshing a couple of Times I got a order confirmation that stated that i would receive the tickets within 30 minutes. It is 1 hour later and i still havent received An email. Also the tickets are not visible in my account.I have sent a support ticket but they try to reply within 2 days, but i already leave saturday 07:00 in the morning. I am shocked that there is no telephone number available either. As i have only used a german one country pass before, i never had any (reservation) issues before.Do you have any tips for me how to reach out for help? Thank you in advance, Kevin

Hi,I’m looking to book reservations for myself and a few others on the train from Celje to Budapest (06:24 on the 17th of July). Unfortunately I cannot seem to find anywhere to book this reservation without paying for an entirely new ticket. MAV want me to buy a new ticket and OBB, DB and SZ have no way of booking anything at all. Does anyone know if there’s a way?

Hello!I will go with my grilfriend to Greece in July and we see the option to buy the Greek Island pass with 4 dans travel. When I do the processos to buy indicades that I will receive on 28th June. I would like to know if I will receive via mail the cover pass number to make the greek ferry's reservations or I have to wait to receive the pass at home (my address). I am a littlr bit worried because if I have to wait for a month, perhaps I don't have available seats for the ferry's desired. Thank you

Why does this say 4/7 travel days left when I’ve only activated my pass today???my train from Berlin-Brussels was delayed so I missed the change over at Kolen which means I’m now getting the Kolen-Brussels nord but this shouldn’t affect it right?

Hi all! I am currently in Amsterdam. I plan on moving to Berlin this afternoon… however, since Amsterdam was my first destination and I hadn’t planned how long I was staying, I decided I would activate my pass once I’m here. My passport ID card number isn’t working even though it’s  the exact same as my normal passport number. I cant activate my pass and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Leider will in dieser Organisation niemand helfen.

Me and my 3 friends bought a paper pass for our interrail (we are going in one week), and we find it very difficult to buy the seat reservations we need on the eurrail website. For some of them it says that it has to be sent to us in the mail, but it wont be delivered before after our trip.. So does anyone know how we can fix the seat reservations either on a separate train website or on the eurrail website? (I tried booking through the hungarian train site, but i dint find anywhere I could only book seat reservation and not a train ticket as well)

Hello! I have a question about recommended seat reservations. I understand that it is not required, but what happens if I don't book a seat? Is there a chance that I'm not going to be allowed on a train or is it a matter of finding an actual sitting place? Essentially, I'm asking whether not booking a seat creates a risk of missing the train or is it simply a risk of standing instead of sitting?

Hi,I am purchasing the pass as a resident of Sweden but my country of residence is likely to change when I will activate the pass. Nevertheless, I will have an inbound and outbound trip in Sweden. After the inbound trip, i will move to my next country of residence. Can I travel there if the global pass has still days remaining?

Hey, I am trying to book a global pass (duration 1 month) but the system says, that it has technical problems. Does somebody know when I can book tickets again or when the system is going to work again? Thanks for your hep :)

Hey everybody! so i’m having a little problem, i want to download the interrail application so i can be able to organize my trips, but apparently my phone is too old for downloading it. is there a solution or an alternative for that ? thank you in advance :)

I have bought a global mobile pass. I will be travelling to Switzerland soon and will be taking a train directly to Bern from Zurich airport. However, I am unsure what time will the plane reach and the time after we get our luggage. Is it possible to add a journey to the Eurail pass last minute?Thank you in advance.

we are planning a travel between alexandroupolis and thessaloniki. However, we could not find any train on their website and also interrail webpage does not include available train for that route. Is there anyone who have information about that?
