Solved

Hi, I want to take a night train from Prague to Budapest, which is a direct train. I thought this would mean that it would only cost one travel day, but the when I find the route on the app, it says (+1 day). Does this mean it would count as 2 travel days? And if so, why does it count as 2 travel days? Thanks :)

Hi friends. I bought a interraill online pass.  When I controlled my pass, I didn't write my passport number how can can I add my passport number my ticket. Thank you good days..

I have a pair of 1st class Interrail Global passes and needed to book the Eurostar for return home.    I could only find 2nd class seats available, so booked them.   Am I able to use these 2nd Class reservations with a 1st class pass and/or how can I upgrade the reservations ?

Hello! I have 2 questions related to the 10 days pass. Is it possible to use days of travels even if the stations are not consecutives? (ex. I travel from Warsaw to Bratislava using the pass, then i use a bus to go from Bratislava to Wien and then I use again the pass from Wien to Budapest). Train changes are included in a travel? (ex. If I go to Amsterdam to Berlin and i have 2 changes is still 1 day of travel?)Thanks!

Can’t activate Global Pass on Rail Planner without a password.

help please, if I don't activate my pass, I can't book trains and I can't pay for seatshelp

Is a train reservation needed to travel fro netherlands to Switserland?

I have a Interrail Global Pass for myself and partner.   It is a mobile pass.   Since not all reservations are shown on Interrail website, I’ve tried to book reservations though other sites (e.g. b-europe), but can’t do so without a Pass Cover Number - how do I get this for my mobile passes ?

Hi, I have a question about booking reservations on the "book your reservations" page on Eurail's website. I have a mobile pass and have been trying to book train trips between French towns and cities. When I look up specific train trips on Eurail’s ‘book reservaitons’ page, some trips require me to book a seat reservation, but other trips say that they are "included" with my pass, and that seat reservations for that specific trip are "not required". My question is: how do I still book train trips when the website/app says that seat reservations are not required? There is nothing on the site that suggests I can even do this. I can tap the ‘add trip’ button on the mobile app, but this doesn’t actually add a reservation. I’ve noticed that regional trains, especially, don’t require seat reservations. But if I’m planning my itinerary around a certain regional train trip, can I just trust that this train won’t be booked when the day comes? Can I just expect that this train will be available

I have a three month global pass but I don’t want to be on the go continuously over this period.I am aware that you can only make one trip in each direction from and back to your home country, so I would buy conventional tickets for the additional trips to and from home. Perhaps I will use interrail for my first trip out of the UK (my home country), then pay for the interveining journeys in and out of the UK, then use Interrail for my final trip back to the UK.Would this be acceptable with the Interrail global pass? Thanks in advance.John.

I’m having a ton of difficulty with the Eurail site’s page for booking reservations on any internet browser that I try. Could anyone tell me what I need to do when I need to book seat reservations for the train from Venise St Lucia at 6:18 am and heading to London St. Pancras Int’l? (Also, I don’t know if it helps, but there are 4 travelers and we all have First Class Mobile Passes) There are 4 trains involved in this particular trip, so I don’t know if I need to go to different rail carrier sites and book through there as Eurail suggests, and if I need to do so, how do I find out which rail carriers I’m using for that particular journey? Please send help :(

Hi it’s me again,I kinda having trouble to book a reservation for this following trains. It just doesn’t show up on eurail website. Please anyone kindly help me with reservations for trains below. Thank you.

I have had an awful time using the Eurail App.  I bought 4 passes for our family of four. I have used the app to note first day of travel being May 23.  The app didn’t show availability for travel from Milan to Florence so we bought the last few seats available online, not using the Eurail passes! Now we have incurred another $300 that could have been saved using the pass.Is there anyway we can convert the tickets (bought online, now printed at home) into tickets using our Eurail passes. We are afraid to cancel the tickets because they may not be available to buy again through the app.  Help!

My home country is England/Britain. Are journeys in Northern Ireland separate from my permitted 1 outward day and 1 inward day on my Interrail pass ?

I have my mobile pass and it is activated for travel..is a paper pass also needed to travel around Europe? I leave for Europe in 2weeks time.

Dear people of InterRail, due to cancelled trains I am stranded and can continue the journey only tomorrow.I have already entered the journey which I originally planned in the travel diary. The end point of my today's journey can also not be reached via a different route.I know that the EU passenger rights apply, which entitle me (a) for a overnight stay for the night and (b) continuing my journey tomorrow without the need to use another InterRail day.Since tomorrow I wanted to spend a day stationary, I did not want to use an InterRail day at all tomorrow. My question is now is regarding (b):What do I need to do that I can continue my journey without the need of another InterRail day?I have a confirmation of the cancellation of the trains from the train crew of another train company. The company whose trains are canceled does not have a ticket office here.My tomorrow's journey would 3 or 4 different carriers (all of which accept InterRail).I don't expect that I can just travel tomorrow w

I live in the UK and plan to fly from Manchester Airport to Amsterdam to start my trip. I will have to get a train from where I live to Manchester Airport as I don’t live very close. I am aware plane tickets are not included in the pass, however, can I use one of my free home country trains to get from my house to manchester airport? Or will I need to buy a train ticket like normal, as this train does not cross a border so is not technically a ‘departing train’?

Hi! i heard today that your interrail ticket is not valid anymore if you travel back to the country where you started.. (basicly your home country) is this true? And does that mean you have to travel to all your destinations in a row?

Hi, my family (2 adults and 2 youths) are planning our trip around northern Europe this August. I have bought the 4 passes and will be using the mobile app. Should I put all the passes on my phone or put the passes on the families inidvidual phones. For convenience, I prefer the former option, but what happens if I lose my phone or it dies? It seems that if this happens then your are stuffed! There does not seem anyway to create a backup or mirror the account on another phone. What does happen if your phone breaks/gets stolen whilst on the trip? I am sure this must have happened to someone.

Hi everyone. Me and my friends want to travel some countries in Europe this summer. But we couldn’t find the current map and we’re confused. Can you share the eurail global pass map for non-european people? ^^

Hi! We are flying into and out of Santorini, but would like to island hop for part of our stay. The suggested routes in the Greek Island Pass brochure start and end in Piraeus. I wanted to check that journeying through Piraeus was not a condition of travel, and we could travel around the Cycleades starting and ending in Santorini with the 4 day pass? Many thanks in advance.

Hi, we tried to book yesterday with the flash sale, but the site wasn't working. Then late at night we saw a message saying that it was extended until today, but I can't find it on the site now.

Hi! I added a trip from London to Canterbury, on the way there I had no problem because no inspector came to check my ticket, but on the way back from Canterbury to London, when I showed the inspector the QR code of the e-ticket, he said they don’t take e-tickets so it wasn’t valid. He let me ride anyway, but I was wondering how can I make sure that doesn’t happen again, because maybe other inspectors won’t be so nice. How can I make sure which train takes e-tickets, and what can I do if they don’t? Thank you!
