Hi,I’ve noticed there are currently no day trains to Sicily listed for August (neither in the interrail planner nor on the Trenitalia booking site). Is this an issue of being too early for making a reservation for these? Thanks.

Does anyone know how to link trips together? Or add a traveller?

The website interrail.eu/en/plan-your-trip  says reservations are not required in the UK for day trains and the app says they are required. Which one is true? And how come the same system says two opposite things?

Hi, 4 months ago, I purchased a global 5-day in a month pass, but I would like to exchange it to a continuous pass. The site says I should first buy the new pass and then get in contact with the costumer service. I did not purchase the 5-day pass in PLUS, so if I would ask for a refund I would only get 85% back. Asking for exchange costs 15 euros, but my question was, when I ask for an exchange and buy the new pass, will I get paid back the full cost of the first pass (-15 euros) or will I only get the 85% back AND pay the 15 euros?

Hi, I am planning to travel around Europe for about 2 months starting the 18th of May. I would like to purchase an interrail pass as they are currently 50% off and I have a residency permit for Denmark. I am not a European citizen but I do have a residency permit for Denmark. I am planning to travel till July of 2022 with an interrail pass starting in May. If my Danish residence permit expires May 28th will I not be eligible to keep using my interrail pass? Do I have to buy a eurrail pass instead?

Hi, I’m going to buy a mobile 2-month pass. But if I then make an advance reservation through the app on, for example, the Eurostar or any other train where I need to book a seat well in advance, will that activate the pass for that date?

Hello, do you have to schedule all the trips beforehand with the continuous pass or is it possible to plan the travel days while you are travelling?

I bought a 7 day travel global pass  ( with plus so can cancel) and booked reservations.I now wish to exchange this pass for the promotion ticket: 1 month continuous travel .Will my reservations ( which have my original pass number on them) still be valid if I do this?I'm not sure how my reservations get linked to a new pass.

Hello, I want to book a traintrip from Lisbon to Bilbao (via Lisbon - Madrid, Madrid - Bilbao). All these trains are in the Rail Map, but it seems impossible to book it. How does it come and how can I fix this?

If you activate the Flash Global Pass. Can you still change the date like normaly? Or is that not possible, because it's not exchangeable?  (I am speaking about the mobile pass)

Hi,I’ve I buy interrail passes for 2 adults, do the 2 adults need to travel together at all times or do they get separate passes and can enter separate journeys etc?Best wishes

Hi, in June I'm supposed to do Budapest-Zagreb and then Zagreb - Ljubljana but I cannot find any trains at the Zagreb train station mentioned in the Rail Planner app. Do anyone can tell more about this problem? How can I know if any trains are available and what time are they expected to leave. Thank you very much in advance.

Unfortunately, the FAQ is not very clear about inbound/outbound journeys.I would like to travel to Sweden from Munich, Germany (which also is my country of residency) and am thinking about using Interrail (global pass). As I understand, the outbound journey should be no problem if I use a day train to Hamburg/Berlin and then a night train to Malmö/Stockholm. However, I cannot take the night train to Hamburg and then a day train towards Copenhagen/Sweden, because the “7pm rule” is no longer a thing? For the inbound journey, I would definitely like to take the night train from Malmö/Stockholm to Hamburg/Berlin and then continue to Munich on a day train, one day after departure of the night train, but the same day as the arrival of the night train. Is this even possible on an interrail pass? Is the inbound travel day the day that the train leaves towards the home country/the last stop before the home country? Or the day that it arrives (at the first station after the border)? Or the day in

I’ve booked a six-berth couchette on a sleeper from Toulouse to Paris this summer. I’m wondering if there’s any way to upgrade it to a four-berth, because there are four of us travelling and it would be great to have privacy. It didn’t seem to be an option when I booked (maybe because my interrail pass is standard class). Anyone have any experience of changing a booking like that?

Hello, maybe someone can help. The Interrail website does not work. Trying for hours to book seat reservation from Paris to Florence mid Julye. Is there another possibility? SNCF does not work (can just book full fare). Any ideas? Booked reservation London - Paris a few days ago via interrail website, but unfortunately did not receive tickets yet. Confirmation Email said that tickets are attached, but they were not. Credit card was charged though. Cannot download them in the tool either. Download button is missing. A pity that a community needs to solve problems, because the support does not answer….  :-)

Hello! Ive just bought a 5 day first class interrail pass but I’m struggling to reserve 1st class seats on the Eurostar, it only seems to give me second class option? Can anyone help? Luisa

HiI am about to buy my mobile pass using the 10% discount. Then I see that I have to buy an “insurance” to a cost of €23 to get full refund in the case I can not go. If I do not but this extra Plus for €23 what is the terms for refund then?

If I was to purchase a 2 month global pass today 7th May 2022, can I activate it on 6th April 2023 and then start my travel anytime during the following 2 months.

I tried to buy two tickets that are on sale but I could not check out. Is the sale already over?

Hello, I wanted to know how I can change my mobile passes from a 7-day pass to a 5-day pass for 2 people. I realized that I don’t need the extra 2 days, and I can save money on my pass by just changing my pass duration. Please let me know how to do this, as I will be traveling this month. I also want to know how the refund process will work, as I have not activated my pass yet either.

URGENT! My paper pass was sent back to the Netherlands as they couldn’t find my delivery address in the UK. I am due to leave on May 23rd, is there any way I can get my paper pass in time? Thank you!

Hello!I recently booked the 1 month continuous travel plan and am looking to start travelling on the 20th June, however I cannot book train tickets through my interrail account as I have an apostrophe in my name which was accepted onto the pass but the website won’t accept ‘special characters’!Any help would be hugely appreciated as the phones are always too busy to be answered and emailing has not been successful as of yet.Thank you in advance!

Hey!Can I use the continuous Pass after 11 months? For example if I purchased a two month Pass (which is now on sale) and activated it in April 2023 and I would use it till June 2023. Is this allowed? Do I only have to activate the Pass in 11 months and then I can start to travel?I hope someone can help me with this :)
