I am trying to reserve our seats between Berlin and Krakow, when I am not logged in, I can see the price for the reservation, but when I log in, I get the message “Prices unavailableNo price results were found for this connection. It is possible that all pass holder seats are sold out. Please try searching for another connection or check 'More information' and try other ways to book this seat reservation. If no pass holder seats are available anymore you need to buy a separate full fare ticket to board.”Am I missing something?

Hi, I would like to buy the 7days in one month pass and actually I have the 4days pass (not used). Is it possible to change it? I want to travel from Hamburg (Germany) to Narvik (Norway), start at 23.59, arriving 36h later. How many days you use for this travel (2 or 3 days)?

Hello,I recently made a reservation to get from Napoli Centrale to Frienze S.M.N through Eurail’s website.  However I was given 1st class reservations? My recipt from Eurail states I am a second class pass holder. I was not able to choose first class via the website so I am confused as to why I was given 1st class seat reservations. I have emailed Eurail a week ago and have not had a response of what to do. Edit: *TrenItalia not Italiarail

Hello. For my first day of the trip I have paid for a seat reservation on the route Prague- Warszawa, euronight EN443 Prague 22:05 Warszawa Gdańska 08:52. When I want to enter this connection in the route planner, it is not offered in the Interrail app. So I don't know how to proceed to make everything work properly. Thanks for the reply. Karel Patak

Hello. This year my friends and I purchased the interrail global pass. We are trying to get to Budapest from Athens, but because the railways modernization of Serbia and problems with the scheduel in Bucarest, we are trying to find a route that avoids those places. Is there any way this is possible? Thank you so much :)

I’m leaving to go travelling in just over two weeks and the Interrail website keeps malfunctioning when I try booking seat reservations! It won’t let me press the ‘review my order’ button, there is either an error warning sign that pops up or the webpage just stays stuck. I’ve tried booking on three different devices and none of them will work. Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else, if you have any advice or maybe the contact details for Interrail, because none of the numbers I’ve found online seem to work?

@hhilppaa  to keep the “How to get reservations” post clean i will answer here. For which date are you looking?Did you follow the Nighttrain reservation manual?I just tried a booking for Friday the 15th July and iam able to reserve with the Interrail/Eurail discount how ever just one berth in a tripple sleeper compartment is left (the train is very popular especially during the Holidays in Slovakia& Austria)

I’m having issues pressing the “proceed to payment” button when booking my reservations. It seems greyed out, and unable to select. Can anyone help?

Hey everyone. I’m looking to make connections between Istanbul - Sofia/Plovdiv - Thessaloniki - Skopje - Belgrade. As showed in the picture, it should be possible to do so but when I look for trains in the Rail Planner, I can’t find any of thoses trains. I am looking for August, am I too early ? Or the trains connections have changed ?

Hello guys, I bought a 2 month global pass and I was wondering if to get on the trains that do Montreux-Interlaken, so trains from the goldenpass you had to book a reservation, because interail's wesbsite says that it's not but it's "recommended". Why is it recommended?

I have trips connected to my pass and it is already activated  for July 3 ,2022. Since it is activated and I want to change a trip can I deactivate the pass to change a trip ? Thank You

Hello! My parents and I are taking a trip to Europe next week. We purchased a 1st class EURail pass and have been booking the train rides that require reservations. Toward the end of our trip, we are taking night trains. I saw there are multiple sleeping arrangements available for purchase on the night trains. Could someone explain the difference between the 1st class 3 person sleeper and the 2nd class 3 person sleeper? For another one of our train rides, there is not a 3 person sleeper available and there is only a 4-person berth available for the night train. If we purchase the 4-person berth, will they fill the 4th spot or is there a way we could get the 4 person berth for only three of us? Also, will my dad be separated from my mom and I on gender-specific berths? Thanks so much!

I’m trying to book a TGV from Zurich on the 18th of July, but am coming across this error It only seems to be for this train, all the earlier ones work ok and offer a reservation fee to be selected. This service actually goes all the way to Paris which is where I’m trying to get to, but it doesn’t show that route even as a ‘sold out’ option - just sends me via Strasbourg (the first leg shown in the screenshot above). What does “Seat reservation information isn't available right now” mean, and if it doesn’t mean ‘sold out’, how can I book a reservation for it?Thanks for the help! :-)

I think the pictures will say more then a 1000 words, what could we do for now? (Support is already contacted)

Will start on 20th July, so the last day is the 19th of August right?Sorry for the dumb question 😆

Mobile App shows one trip, my account on the website doesn't show it & has others I cannot delete. I think I am logged into the same account. So what is going on? I’d like to use the website for planning & adding to My Trip but I just cannot figure it out.

Hello, I would like to know if the Interrail Austria Pass ticket may also include the journey from Verona Porta Nuova to Innsbruck (train ECB 88) and the journey from Innsbruck to Verona Porta Nuova (train ECB 89). Thank you.

Hello, I’ve been looking for train tickets from Nice to Monaco. The ‘’Book a reservation’’ section says that I’m ready to board. Does this mean when I have interrail pass I can just hop in the train? And if it does, how do I know if there is any space in the train to get in?

Hi, 3 related questions, please - I hope someone can clarify.I plan to use my 3-month continous pass between 1 July and 30 September. I am a UK resident:Can I use my pass BEFORE an Outbound journey? I will already be abroad when I’d like to start using my 3-month (ie on 1 July). Can I return to UK using an Inbound journey (although I won’t have left the UK on an Outbound)? Can I then have 2 Inbound journeys (instead of 1 Outbound and 1 Inbound)? I  plan to travel again in August and September. I would pay for my own own Outbound (in August) but use my pass for my final Inbound journery at the end of September. OR, should I wait until August to use my Outbound journey and September to use my Inbound? In this case, would I still be able to travel in Europe BEFORE August (ie before I trigger my 1st outbound)?Basically, I need to return to the UK twice between 1 July and 30 Septmeber and would like to travel whenever in EU using the Outbound-Inbound allowance for 2 Inbounds. Many thanks for

Hello,I have created a trip on the mobile phone app. I have now gone to reserve seat but it seems that the times of trains are different to the times on my trip. Then one journey just doesn’t exist on the reservation website. What am I supposed to do?For example- On my trip in the mobile app- July 31st- Torino Porte Susa to via Bologne to Arezzo- 8.10am arriving 13.09.When reserving the seats on the website the train is Torino Porta Susa via Firenze to Arezzo- 8.50am arriving 13.09 Different reservation price, long journey to connect in Firenze- not what we want to do. But the first train just does not exist on the reservation site. Really frustrating. Has anyone had any of these issues? Many thanks for any advice.Chris.

My partner booked a TGV train from Paris to Barcelona using an interrail pass. He could not at the time book a reservation . Is there a way to book one now? the Train is for 17th May Thursday. Thank You

As part of the trip my husband and I are planning, we want to take the train from Vienna to Istanbul (and back).I’ve done a lot of searching for the routes, and while I’m not yet sure of what our stopovers on this pair of long train trips will be, I do know that the trip is likely to involve trains between Vienna and Budapest that require reservations as well as trains between Budapest and Craiova and/or a train from Craiova to Vienna that also require reservations. The Eurail.com site indicates reservations will be mailed to my US address by registered mail.  How long roughly does this take?  2 weeks? or 2 months?  I ask because we will be flying to Europe on June 20, and I’d hate to buy reservations only to have them not get delivered in time.As a second question, I also have noticed that the information about international train between Sofia, Bulgaria and Istanbul, Turkey don’t seem to be available from Eurail.com and the “more information” seems to indicate that you need to buy the

We want to travel from Australia to Europe on November this year. When would we need to purchase a pass by? I want to leave it as late as possible in order to save the money for it (probably the 10 day pass) but I don’t want to leave it TOO late.I assume I have the option to have it on my phone rather than via post so I can save time?
