Solved

I am unable to book a Eurostar train from London to Paris through the Eurail booking platform. The Eurail booking platform seems to be broken - I get an error message every time I try. I tried booking the same train reservation through b-europe.com, but I need a pass cover number to be able to complete the booking. My mobile pass did not come with a pass cover number, so I contacted Eurail customer support to request it. No response after 2 days.Does anyone know when the Eurail.com booking platform will be functional? Does anyone know how long I should expect to wait from Eurail customer support to get my pass cover number?

Hey there,I added a route one day to my trip Because I planned to travel that day but I then decided not to. Nonetheless the system counted it as one travel day and probably added it to the pass even though I didn’t use that day (Wednesday, the 11.05.2022) What can I do to get my day back since I didn’t make use of it in my mobile pass

Hi, I bought a 2 month pass with my girlfriend and am currently planning a trip for the end of july/start of august. We have plans to travel from Amsterdam deep into eastern europe, currently looking at Croatia/Serbia/Bosnia Herzegovina and perhaps even North-macedonia and Bulgaria. All the way until Zagreb, the railway planner app seems to be able to find trains just fine. However, when i try to find trains from Zagreb to Beograd or from Beograd to Skopje, the app shows no results whatsoever. How come, and where should I find these trains then?

Hi Community,I have booked reservation on eurostar from london to paris on 21st May. I want to change that to other date, Eurostart app allows me to do that, Can I go ahead and change the date? What will happen to reservation booked via interrail? Will it still show on interrail account? if the interrail account did not get updated, will my interrail pass get activated on 21st May? Thank you for help. Thanks,

Kindly let me know how the validity date is calculated:  I have a global pass valid for 3 months, which says "Activate the Pass by 8 April 2023", it means, I can make my first journey on 7 April 2023, and use the Global pass until 7 July 2023?The reply is very essential to plan the trip.  Thank you.

Hi, I’d like to travel by train from Wales to Barcelona at the end of May. I’m up for spending some nights in other cities on the journey. Does anyone know the best route and the cheapest way to do this? I’ll also take any recommendations for places to visit/hostels to stay at on the way.

Hi there! I'm currently travelling with a Global Pass and I'm not sure about the inbound/outbound.Of course I know, that there is one day to get out of my country of residence and the second day to come back again. But now my question is: Can I use one of those days just to pass through? Or am I not allowed to cross the border for a second time?I live in Germany and I am in Sweden right now. To go on to Austria, I have to pass through Germany (and no, I don't want to pay an extra ticket for that, because it's cheaper to buy one for my day of return. 🙃). I'm just not sure, if I have to pay an extra ticket to cross the border..? Thanks a lot for your help!

What is the difference between the three reservation options?

When checking trains, some are “included” and some have a cost for reservation. However, also in the ones that are “included”, it says “seat reservations required”. I am confused. Do I need a reservation for an “included” connection. I have a first class global pass.

Hello! We have purchased the EuroRail German passes. Our last destination is going from Munich to Prague. We read that we can use this pass on the ALX 357 train but we can’t seem to book it through the EuroRail website. Can we use our German Rail Pass to travel to Prague?

Hello!I'm traveling with a global pass (2month - 15 travel day), I have the mobile pass. I'm a French traveler. I've starting my trip and I'm currently in brussel. I need to be in London next week. However, when I want to book a train on the app, it is counted as an outbound ticket, because my train is passing through my country of residence. Is it normal? Thanks you in advance

Hi, i will traveling in September from Austria to England. About the reservation in the train in England, is there duty or is all trains in England in the Interrail Global Pass inkluded?  Thank you!

Hello,I mainly live in Austria because I work and study here. But my ID card is german and the address on it is the german address of my parents which is my secondary address.I have bought a Interrail E-Pass few days ago with my austrian address and now I have read that you must add the ID card to the Interrail app, can there be any problems while activating the pass then?Is there a normal up to date austrian registration certificate enough to prove my austrian main residence and are there any important things that I should know before activating the E-Pass or while traveling?Kind regards.

Hi I'm trying to look at a booking reservation for prague to krakow in july and it is coming up with prices unavailable. I have looked on the CD website and it also says there are no reservations available even though it is 61 days until the date of departure and before this is i could see the train information. I am trying to book a night train so i do need to have a reservation but am wondering if it is sold out and how it could possibly be as it isn’t even less than 60 days prior to the train departure date. I am a US citizen who recently moved to Munich, Germany to study for a semester. I am in the process of applying for residency. I do not yet have a residency card and have been here less than 3 months, all I have is a paper saying that I have a registered address in Munich. Can I buy a Interrail pass? What extent of proof do I need of my residency? If I buy it now, can I wait to activate it until I get an official residency card or does the term start the moment I make the purchase?

Hello,I am planning to take the Nightjet from Amsterdam to Innsbruck, which passes trough my country of residence, Germany. Can I take the train without using it as inbound or outbound connection? After all, I'm not getting off in Germany, but the train's route only runs through the country.

Hello, We are hoping to visit Cinque Terre in June. But do the trains between the 5 towns included in the Interrail card? We have 2week passes, for all day travel frist class. So we can travel every day of the 2 weeks we are gone. Do we need to purchase seperate Cinque terra cards? For 3 days its 47 euros pp. So I dont want to spend it if we dont have to. And I cany find it, and they dont show up in the app. Happy if anyone can help. Thank you.

I am trying to book EuroCity 311 on 6th July from Arth Goldau → Venice and I’m surprised to see such a huge price difference for the exactly same train between bahn and OBB (see screenshots in comments)The price difference is EUR 55 on bahn vs EUR 109 on OBB. Why is there such a huge price difference for the same ticket? Am I missing something here?

Hi, me and my 2 friends (3 of us in total) bought our tickets separately. However, we’ve added our seats together for our trip. When I try and make seat reservations it charges me for 3 people. Do the seat reservations automatically upload to their own phone or to mine? Thanks

Hi, when I was trying to buy the flash sale tickets the website kept being down, I had to rush a few minutes before it ended to get one and I know realize I bought a 1 month ticket instead of a two months one. What do I do?

Hi,I bought a flash sale ticket and I put the wrong residence, what do I do?

Please, I want to book a seat in France in www.travel.b-europe.com. They say that my pass holder number is incorrect. I have a mobile pass.  This train is very important for me. Please help me. Where can I find this number?

We have two mobile passes and want to cancel them. We already added 2 of 4 travel days (in one month) but deleted them again, so the passes are deactivated. How can we cancel them to get the money (or a part of the money back). The first travel day that we added is in the future so we have not started the pass. Thanks
