Solved

Hi, I’m planning a travel in august this year. We are 3 family with children (16 person in total).I would like to group the reservation to ensure we can be together in the train.I saw that there was a limitation of 5 travellers when I want to do reservation via the website.Do you know if there is a solution to ensure we are all together in the train and the same train car (wagon)?Kind regards,Grégory.

i am very confused while trying to plan a trip to Europe beginning in Paris.  Here is our itinerary:9/11/22 Fly to Paris9/15/22 take train to Venice9/18/22 take train to Rome10/5/22 take train to Florence10/8/22 take train to ParisFly home from ParisI’ve tried the planner but still not sure which international pass to get or if these cities are on the pass.  Not sure where I would need reservations, confused about which train line to take. This is our first visit to France and Italy. We have no idea what to plan. If anyone has any suggestions, I would be very grateful. Thank you and Blessings,Cyndy

Hi, I have a mobile pass for the upcoming summer. In the mobile app under My Pass I think I have been able to secure two trips so far. One Paris to Marseille and one Genoa to Zurich. Both required seat reservation fee of EUR 10. I have however not paid for this yet. How do I pay for seat reservation and confirm my spot on the train?

I need help in cancelling my tickets so I can buy new ones for a shorter amount of time. However, whenever I try to cancel, the system just says “Sorry, something went wrong with your refund. Please try again, or contact customer service if this keeps happening.” I’ve tried multiple the last few hours, with no change. Customer service does not seem to respond in a timely manner either, which is why I’m just cancelling the tickets instead of exchanging them. Please note these are mobile passes, not paper ones. I would really appreciate some help, thanks!

I have the interrail pass and I’m trying to book and pay for my necessary reservations. It asks for my country of birth but it’s not in the drop down list menu. I am a British citizen and have a British passport but I was born in Ghana. Other people on here have had this issue as well. It would be helpful if we could type in our countries of birth like we can with the city. I leave in one month.

I paid for tickets but i never got any. So i booked and paid again and got my passes. But now i paid double for 1 order. I just want my money back from the payment i made where i didnt recieve passes, but there is no customer service who responds i send 1000 emails. Feels like my money is stolen!!!!!!!! Anyone having the same issues? :(

Hi,I intend to buy the night train from Bratislava Hlavna Stanica to Prague Hlavni Nadrazi on EN476 train on 16/06 at 10:06 pm. On the app it appears as direct train and I need to book a seat. As you can see in my screenshots, the price for the reservation seat is from 3€ but on the interrail website the first option costs 40€. Taking this into account I went directly to the cd.cz site and realized that there was no possibility to buy a seat 6 bed compartment or only the seat without a bed. This happens not only in this day but all the trips I have searched. I tried to book a seat from Bratislava to Breclav and from Breclav to Prague, this way it is possible to book only one seat for less than 5€. - Can I buy these 2 tickets and travel continuously?- Does this route count as 1 day of travel or 2? Since the train is the same that starts at 22h06 and I never have to switch trains...- Is there a reason for such a long stop in Breclav, 2h30?- How do they track the number of days consumed o

Hi I need to buy paper pass because my family is coning next week to germany and we would likt to travel with eurail pass (for my family) and for me interrail. But the website doesnt offer premium shipping for 10 days in two months travel. It states that it will be delivered on 29. Any Idea how to have premium shipping?

Hi,Me and my friend are currently travelling through Europe. Yesterday here phone broke, since then we tried to reach Interrail because she is now unable to use her ticket. We did not get a response and she does not know what to do. Can anyone help her please, it's urgent since we're mid-traveling.Thank you!

Yesterday (may 5th 2022) we bought 3 Interrail Continuous Passes for 1 month. Today (may 6th) we found out about a discount code which is valid from may 6th till may 10th. We didn’t know this discount code was coming up when we paid the full price for our tickets. I was wondering if we could change the previously booked tickets into ones using the discount code. Is it possible to get a refund for the amount of money we paid too much in comparison to the discount prices? It feels risky to have 6 tickets without knowing for sure we’ll be able to get a refund. Hope you can help us out!

I need to go by train on 2 days. I have a global pass for 10 days in 2 month. The pass is active until 22.06.2022. If I search for a journey, I get connections, but after confirmation there is the old date in it. If I want to add a trip to my pass, there is no option for mobile pass and I get errors. Please help me. This is horrible for such an expansive pass. Thanks in advance

Hi! I was looking at train reservations and I have a problem with one train. It is Luxembourg- Paris, train TGV 2887, time departure 18:47. At all dates I am unable to make a reservation, could you please help me with that?

Trying to book tickets for a train from Edinburgh to York on my mobile app. Trains leave like every half hour. Most require seat reservations, but several don’t. Reservations are only a few dollars so I’m thinking I’d like to get one just to feel like my seat is secure. I can’t figure out how to purchase it on app though. It says I need to do it in person. So confused.

Hey guys, I´ve got a big problem while I want to make the reservations which are necessary for my summer tour through europe. I want to take a train from London to Edinburgh on the 31th augsut and  back the other way late the next day but both trains can´t be reserved saying it cant be done by eurail. So i tried the other websites which should let me get my reservations like APC Rail and LNER but there it also isnt possible to get a reservation for both trains and now i don´t now what to do. Would love to get some help from you Thanks, Luca

Hi,part of my trip from Avignon to Rome (i.e. Lyon - Milan) is not in the Pass network as the planner suggests. Does this mean I have to buy a separate ticket (with Trenitalia) for this part of my trip?

hi i have an interrail ticket booked for this summer but i was just informed about the sale that would allow us to travel for longer. is it an option to exchange our ticket for one on sale?

Hello,I’m sorry to ask if that was obvious, but for a reservation in a night train I didn’t get the difference between “berth” and “sleeper”. Do both have beds ? It’s the euro night reservation. Thank’s a lot !

I attempted to email and make reservations for the ferries I need to take to get around when I’m in Greece. It’s been over a week and have yet to receive any email back and I’m worrying there will not be seats left to book by the time I get a response. Anyone had any experience with making reservations with the greek islands pass?

Hi I am Neçirvan from Turkey. I saw that Interrail is doing a 50% off discount for the passes and I wanted to ask if can non-European citizens,in my  case from Turkey,  can benefit from the discount.THX for the help

What are the official websites/apps where I can compare train times to the interrail app for the following stations: Brussels Central  Paris Nord  Zurich Main station  Vienna Central Ljubljana   Venice Mestre Rome Termini eg. For Berlin it would be DB website or Navigator app.

The conditions seem unclear. “You can travel within 11 months from purchase”, does that mean you can wait for the last day of the 11 months and then travel 1 month?

Hello,i think I am nearly at the point that I have all my tickets (here a screenshot of my actual situation).unfortunately I can’t see a qr-code or something like this when I want to see my ticket and how can I do the seat reservation?thank you in advance

Need To cancel reservations from paris Gare de Lyon to Caen France, for today. Cannot find where to do so. Any suggestions?

Hi, I need help because I don't understand how the pass works.I am living in Germany and would like to go to Edinburgh in June. My question is the following, once I buy the 4 days in 1 month pass, should I buy the tickets for the trip to Edinburgh or do I just get on the trains? If I have to reserve the seat, do I have to pay extra? Thank you!

@Nanja @Marion @Leo Hi, I need my pass cover number for my mobile pass to make a reservation and was told the best way to get it was to make a post on here. Thanks!
