I purchased two mobile passes on Eurail.com but need a Pass Cover Number to make train reservations from Paris > Nice, Nice > Avignon and Avignon > Paris.I emailed customer service over a week ago and no response. I need this urgently and require a response ASAP please

A friend and I are looking to book the train line from Toulouse Matabiau (Fr) - Narbonne (Fr) via b-euorpe however it is asking for a passcover number, and it seem this is common with mobile passes. Any recommendation that can help me quickly resolve this, as i am afraid the train will fill up

Can I please have a pass cover number? I am unable to make a reservation without a pass cover number on travel.b-europe.com (I am holding a Eurail mobile pass!) My trip is in 2 weeks and I need to make reservations for my train journeys in France ASAP Thanks!

Hi there,  I am trying to book a trip from London to Amsterdam however it requires a pass cover number, which I do not have. I have a mobile pass. I saw in previous posts that @Nanja was able to assist with this though I’m not sure if there is another way as well. Thank you so much

hi @Nanja , @Leo I was wondering if you guys can help me to get the pass cover numbers to book a reservation for a train from Paris to London on May 17th on the B-europe website as I have tried booking on euril.com but none were available to book. I have submitted a ticket to ask for pass cover number already from reading other posts but it has been couple of days with no news.

I am a resident of Switzerland and have a question about the global 33 days pass. One outbound and one inbound journey from my country of residence is possible if I understood correctely. My question regard the train Station "Basel Bad Bf" which is right at the border and run by Deutsche Bahn. Does a journey from Basel Bad Bf count as an outbound journey for me or not because it is a German station?

I n the process of buying, I was not asked to indicate my ID or passport number. Is that correct or did I miss anything? When shall I be asked to indicate the number please?

Hello everybody!can someone tell me if i won the Eurail pass i can travel only 7 days within one month, right?

Hello. My name is Jorge from Portugal, planning my first Global pass Interrail, mainly in Swiss, Austria and Germany. My planned trip is almost entirely made of “no mandatory reservations” journeys. Some of them are crucial, like if I don’t board that train I will miss the plane to Portugal. Is there anything I can do so I can be sure I will board those specific trains? Thanks

CAN ANYONE HELP A GIRL OUT?! So I purchased an interail pass today during the sale, but didnt realise that you had to be a resident to buy it.. I thought I could just put where I would be residing in the UK as ill be there for 3 months. The Eurail website has been down all day, so I assumed I could just purchase the pass through interail. It says no exchange or refunds, but does anyone know if I can change this interrail pass to a eurail pass as I am an australian citizen. I have italian citizenship as well, but I dont think it would help as you have to be residing in the country. If anyone has had this issue or knows what I should do please let me know !!

Hello, I have just noticed that the date of birth is incorrect on my interrail pass which I just bought 2 days ago and I am about to start travelling in one week. I've already tried to  contact with the customer service via chatbot however there is no reply yet…Who should I contact to correct this?

Hi I thinking to buy the Global pass 1 month continuous. Is it valid to any train in 33 countries or at some main selected routes only?

If I book the 2 month promotion (£227 - don't believe it!) on say 9th May 2022 would that enable me to use the interrail ticket from 8th April 2023 right up to 7th June 2023, even if I only use the second month? It would be worth the tiny bit extra for the Spring weather and flowers! Also - are my dates within those months correct, or would it just be from 1st April 2023 for 2 months?

My pass was automatically extended in 2021 until August 31, 2022, to activate, by covid 19. But now it just plainly says that my pass has expired!!! I contacted customer service and they provided the following solution.Add my pass to the trip, but as a paper pass and not as a mobile pass. Only, yes, then you must enter a start date on which you want to use the pass.At the moment I really don't know when I will travel, probably sometime in early September. Are there any people who have come across this, that their automatically extended pass is now casually indicated as expired? And who can't use their pass now? Or possibly want to make a seat reservation via the interrail website, but which is not possible.

Hi there,I wanted to book a ticket for all 5 of us. We are travelling sometimes together and sometimes we split up und join later .Not all of us have a mobile device, but due to the server outage yesterday we were only able to purchase a ticket on allaboard.eu . What they forgot to mention was, that they only distribute mobile tickets. How can we use this with the mobile ticket? Not all of our children does have there own devices and as far as I know we are not able to tranfer the ticket from one device to another.I would love to get the paperbased Global pass, but how?Thank you for your help!Horst

Hello, For 2 months’ continuous pass, what is the total number of days considered? The months are considered as 30 days or 31 days?Regards,Anusha

Similar problem has been experienced by others on this forum, but I wondered what the resolution was .We've used 2 days travel on our interrail ticket. Today, on a non-travel day, my wife's (iphone) app has allocated a 3rd travel day. This 3rd travel day has been given the same date day 1 of our travel. Plus, it says that this is also an outbound/inbound day (as is day 1).So now she doesn't have enough travel days to get home. Plus we she doesn't have the required inbound day available for travel back to the UK.Contacted customer services but we need resolution in the next 36 hours. Not confident of this getting sorted and convinced we'll have to buy extra tickets.

Hello community, I had some questions about the Paper Pass and the MyTrip section.First of all: is it correct that the paper pass, attached to the plastic cover of the pass, is the one that needs to be stamped on a railway station? Meaning that i do not need to fill this one in myself? Secondly: i understand that i need to fill in the dates and the inbound and outbound station of my travel. Is this also necessary for when i change trains? My example:I'm traveling from Amsterdam to Prague, with a transfer in Frankfurt and then a transfer in Regensburg. Do i need to fill in Amsterdam-Prague on MyTrip, or do i need to fill in Amsterdam-Frankfurt, Frankfurt-Regensburg, et cetera? Thank you in advance for your response!

Which ferries can you use with a continuous global pass, including any cross channel? Cheers

Hi, I bought the five day Interrail Global Pass for 1 month (I reside in Germany). I already used two days of my pass to travel from Düsseldorf to Paris. All worked well. For my 3rd journey, I would like to travel from Düsseldorf to Amsterdam. I therefore open the app, add a journey in my pass under the number 3, and then choose my preferred time and route. All works perfectly fine, but then I do not see this little button on the top right with the QR code symbol to basically “activate that journey” and get the ticket with the QR code. I did see it when I booked my journey from Düsseldorf to Paris, so I am assuming I also need it for my Amsterdam journey as well. For my 4th and 5th journey, I want to book a trip from Düsseldorf to Innsbruck, and the same issue occurs, i.e., I do not see that little QR button. Help needed please, thanks!

I bought the 50% discount 1 month pass about 4 hours ago, and still haven´t received my confirmation email (or the pass). Apparently I can resend the email from my account, but I don´t know how to do it.Thank you very much.

I was wondering about the following situation: if I am currently living in Germany but are a British Citizen, can I buy a Interrail Global Pass for UK? Here is written that this is possible, but I wanted to double check: https://www.interrail.eu/en/support/interested-in-interrailing/what-is-my-country-of-residence
