Solved

Family of 6 traveling through France and Italy in July. We purchased Eurail Global Mobile Passes. We are unable to reserve seats without our Pass Cover Numbers. If anyone could be of assistance, as my emails have gone unanswered, we would greatly appreciate it! Thank you in advance.

Hi, My friend and I have booked some trains for our trip. When booking, for example, we clicked on one for 7am. I’ve just looked at the e-tickets and it says 6am.  I understand there are different time zones however, these countries are an hour ahead of the UK so why has it gone back an hour? Just very confused. Thank you

I bought an interrail pass.I downloaded the  interrail appI made an account for interrail.eu.I have a trip in My trip ( a trip in Norway)Then I go to the reservation system to make the reservation for this trip. And it is not possible, because it says: you have no trip. What is wrong?

Hello! I am having trouble booking the train from Vienna to Split (EN 1153), as it appears that it is not possible to make a reservation. “Prices temporarly unaviable”Is this because it is still too early to buy them? Or are they already sold out? Or do I have to buy them elsewhere?I would be very grateful for any comments that someone had on this route.

I am really confused by how unintuitive this app is. There are three of us and I have all the Mobile Passes on one device. Is this the first mistake? Then I noticed that I can plan a trip, but I can't assign it to all three people... I hope it will get easier with time. So the question remains: How do you do it when you travel with several people? Each person better have the app on their own device? Does anyone have any experience? Thank you!

We’re older travelers so maybe this app thing is simply beyond us bu then again, we use a lot of apps these days. But we followed instructions and downloaded the app. Online on the desktop I can see our reservations but somehow the app is not connecting to those reservations. How do we do this?  What is a trip? What is a journey? There are no definitions anywhere.  We named our tip online Our 2022 Trip on the desktop. Wouldn’t the pass connect to those reservations? But the app keeps wanting to set up new reservations. We’ve got a mere two days before we need the passes. Is there an actual human out there??

Hi there,I have just purchased a One-Month global continuous pass. I am looking to do a ferry trip from Valencia - Ibiza however when I am on the Direct Ferry website, I am unable to locate anywhere to input my interrail pass of which the website states that it covers ferrys or at least discounts them. If you would be able to give me some feedback would be much appreciated as need to keep costs down.If anyone knows how to make these reservations with the pass? And roughly how much this would cost? Many Thanks

Hi! I recently purchased a Eurail pass and I was planning to make several overnight trips. However, I am quite confused wrt to making seat reservations on the OBB website. I have quite a bit of confusion regarding “one-way tickets” vs “seat only”. I have already purchased seat reservations for all legs of the journey for 3Euros each, apart from the Nightjet train(which I could not make a seat reservation) but I am unsure if I need a one-way ticket instead. Was wondering if anyone could provide advice regarding my trip? :) Amsterdam to Berlin Intercity 60403: Amsterdam to Duisburg Hbf Intercity express 949: Duisburg Hbf to Berlin Hbf Berlin to Vienna Intercity 95: Berlin to Wien  Vienna to Venice Option 1(which I may have booked wrongly) Railjet Xpress 764: Wien to Salzburg Nightjet 40463: Salzburg to Venice Option 2 Nightjet 40466: Wien to Venice  Thank you so much!!!

I am traveling from Paris nord to London tomorrow at 11:13 and my travel pass switched the date to the 28th. When i click on that train it shows the 27th but is under the 28th. Idk how to make myself more clear on that part. I also cannot view the QR code and the 27th isn’t showing up on my travel days.

There is a journey I want to take that can’t be found in the Rail Planner app, so I need to add it manually. I am traveling with my family and adding all trips to all five of our passes. The manual trips either don’t appear at all or appear for a short time and then disappear. I’ve also had another journey that wasn’t added manually disappear from the passes of two of my daughters. It seems I am unable to add any journeys at all for the two of them for May 9. We have two month global passes and they have been activated but we haven’t taken our first travel day yet. We are using iOS version 23.1.0 on an iPhone. Thank you!

Hello,I am a travel agent and booking train travel on behalf of my clients, one of whom uses a wheelchair.  They both have Eurail passes, but they want seat reservations on all the trains so they don’t have to do anything themselves. The tickets that are eTickets are fine because I can see the reference number, which I use to go to the individual rail provider websites to change their seats to wheelchair seats. However, on the printed tickets, they will be receiving them, in a month!! I can’t wait that long to make the changes to their seats.  How do I figure out what their booking reference is on these tickets??

Hi Eurail Team, I purchased my tickets back in Feb20 to travel but couldnt because of Covid. The borders are opening up and i would like to exchange my current paper eurail passes to mobile one to use in my upcoming trip. I have tried to call the agent who sold me the tickets, howver found out they have been liqudated. And i have contacted Support and they have asked to wait 48 days. It has been 72 hours with no response. I am travelling to Europe in May and wish to get an extension on my Global passes in order to use them. I look forward to hearing from you. Linda.

I am trying to book my seat reservation for 8th may for my trip from london to paris. There are no available seat reservations showing on my app. When i try to book through B-europe.com - its asking for my pass cover number. I really need to travel on the 8th from london to paris as i have further hotels booked. Can someone help me with seat reservations?

I am trying to book a reservation for a journey from Paris, France to Nice Ville, France, however, due to a technical glitch on the website it won't let me reserve a seat. The reservations are for sure available when I'm not logged into my account. I need a pass cover number but I have a mobile pass, can someone please help me get a pass cover number from my online pass?

Hi there!I am new to the interrail community and I am not sure how to work with it, so maybe you can help? :)This summer I would love to explore Czech by bike. I am only able to go around 10 days. What is the most efficient way?The one country pass will be (I think) the best pass for my situation. That means that I can hop on the train in Keulen and go to Berlin, and from Berlin I can go to Prague (day 1). Then I can go back the same way (day 10). I saw that it’s only available to get a one country pass for 3 days, but I can't travel inside Prague since Prague is the only station in Czech. So one day will get lost? I don’t really know. Also, you can only use it for one month, but does that mean 4 weeks or for example only the month July. Because I can only go from the end of July - beginning of August.Besides that I would want to take my bike, but I cannot find any information about this.Does someone know how this works and how I can organize my trip?Thank you so much.Kind regards,Jess

Hi there. My partner and I have bought a 4 days in 1 month interrail pass, as we're planning a trip to Brussels and Rotterdam. When I go on the Eurostar & Rail Europe websites and put in the details of our departure (London to Brussels, Friday 27th May) there are trains and seats available. When I try to book the same journey using our passes through the Interrail site, it shows a €0 fee, implying no seats available, and will not let me book. Why is this the case when there are seats available through? Is it an issue with your site? Please let me know asap, as if we can't travel on the 27th using Interrail we will need to cancel our passes, as it's not worth the money if we can't use it for London to Brussels. Thanks very much, Liam.

Hi there,i planned my trip on the interrail-website and there was nothing wrong with it (i thought)I live in Germany and want to start my trip here. The start would be Hamburg and the outbound-journey would be to the Netherlands. After a few days I want to go to Linz (Austria), which requires trains across germany, but start and destination arent based in Germany so I think it cant count as inbound/outbound. The route isnt crossing my hometown either. On the last day I want to travel from Linz to Hamburg as inbound-travel. Is this possible since the planner-app rejects this? Thanks for your thoughts

Hi there I am trying to add my pass to a trip but it is saying I “used my travel days” .. however I have a two month continuous pass and have only had it for 2 weeks. Please help!

I sent a message almost 2 days ago to customer support with no answer.  My app is showing  that I have completed two travel days on April/25th and I have only one travel on that day.  I need the day I paid for for my last portion of the trip.Customer support is not giving a prompt service.

When I log in to the website, there is a single “My eurail trip” under my trips. On the railplanner app I created 2 trips with different names. How do I get the trips to be the same on the website and on the app? I want to be sure the reservations I am adding through the website are going to the trip I am using on the app.

I want to book a reservation from Paris- Barcelona and Barcelona - Marseille. Both can only be delivered by post. I‘m leaving tomorrow so i can’t use my own adress and wanted to use the one of my second hostel. I‘m staying there 06.05-10.05 and the reservations are for 13.05 and 17.05. i filled out the adress and everything but below there was a message that due to their calculations it won’t arrive on time. I don’t know how long the shipping takes but i‘m confused on how to book those reservations. Is my only option at a train station ? It’s still 14 days away so i don’t get why it won’t arrive in time ? Booking at a train station seems risky because what am i gonna do if the train is full for that specific day ?

is the global pass useful for cities within the same country?  besides being able to use it between countries? Thnx I’m new here! ❣️

HiI have an interrail ticket and I want to take a tgv train from paris to basel. I see that I have to get a seat reservation, which I know how to get. But I also see that there is a supplement required and I really don’t find any specific information how to get this supplement. Is it already included if I buy the seat reservation? If not, where can I get it and how much will this be?I really hope someone can help me with this!! :) as I am looking for this info already for hours.Best of wishes from SwitzerlandRahel

hello, I would like to take an Interrail pass and when we planify the road trip on the map, we add more nights in each cities (for exemple berlin from the 17th until the 20th),and  the price increase from 226 € to 271€. but normally the price is about the number of the route we choose, not the number of the nights we spend in each town?

I wonder why I can´t see my reservations in the Railplanner App which I make via my Eurail account? In the account I got now some Tickets to Print? Is it possible to move these Reswervations to the app and to connect it with my pass?
