Hi, we have bought a 4 day greek Island pass. When we are planning to stay in Naxos, we want to take a daytrip to Mykonos. But the only ferries we can take from the attica group is too long between (arriving 12:10 and departure 22 something). So I was wondering if I can use the pass on the ferry to Mykonos and then we order a ferry back to Naxos with another ferry company and pay ourself. But when we are done staying in Naxos and on our way to Santorini, will this be a problem in our passes? Because it will look like we are traveling from Mykonos? Since that would be the last travel day in the passes.

I am having problems changing my password. The link gives me the change screen, I change my password and it is ok. But it won’t accept the change!!!!!

Dear travellers,I am travelling through France next September. I found the eurail or europe interail might be a good option. I know I have to pay extra for seat reservations, no problem. Many years ago when I was on the classic interail (aged 20) I used only the cheapest trains, not to pay for extras. but now, I am looking for comfort associated with possible discounts. My question is:when boarding a train in France with the adequate eurail pass (I am planning for the 5-day travel in 1 month option), if the seat is reserved and paid for (the extra for reservation), do I show my pass and reservation receipt? That’s all? Am I subject to any other ticket besides the pass I have already paid for, and the extra reservation also paid for? When I travelled back when, I just had to show my interail pass. Nothing more. is it the same now? Many thanks, Merci, Danke, Obrigado, Grazie,Paula

Hello,I have a Global Pass and I’m trying to make reservations for an overnight train from Paris to Rome on May 8th with sleeping accommodations.  The first train reservation from Paris to Turin seems to be available as usual. The second is a nightly train between Turin (Torino Porta Susa) and Rome (Roma Tiburtina) from 20:40 to 05:53.  When I try to make a seat reservation through the Eurail website, the reservation shows a message:        Prices temporarily unavailable        Check back in a few hours to see prices and book this seat reservationThis message has been there for a few days. I have tried the app, it refers me back to the Eurail website. There are instructions on the Eurail website that recommend booking online with ItaliaRail as an alternative.  The instructions say that you are able to select “Global Pass” in the offer menu to book reservations only, and that way  you do not pay the price of a reservation plus an additional ticket. I am not able to find this option for a

In have a Mobile Pass and I planned a trip in Italy. Now I wanted to book seat reservations for the trains where I need them. If I choose that I have a Mobile Pass in the Interrail Planner App, it tells me that I can only buy reservations in person at train stations. Apparently, it’s only possible to buy reservations online if I have a Paper Pass. But I just found that a bit weird and I was wondering if there is actually no way to buy online reservations with a Mobile Ticket. I would be really thankful if someone could help me here. And if I have to buy reservations in person, can I just buy a seat reservation the same day at a station in Italy? Is it just as simple as that?Isn’t it possible that it’s too late if I buy a reservation one day before or even at the same day?Thank you really much!

I'm trying to make a reservation for myself with a global interrail pass and somebody without a interrail pass. How can I make sure we are seated next to each other? The app automatically gives me a seat in a coach that is not available on the Deutsche Bahn website

So I placed a EUrrail reservation for a trip I’m planning in a couple weeks, and had the paper pass for RENFE shipped to my hostel ahead of time. After talking with the hostel it seems like the package required my signature and ID to be received so the paper pass is stuck in transit. Is there a way to get EURail to provide me the confirmation number of the RENFE reservation for me to be able to reprint the pass when I land in Barcelona, or should I just cancel the reservation and rebook.

I have ordered 3 sets of tickets, but only received 2 sets of tickets.  The receipt shows that I paid for all 3.  All 3 legs show up on my reservation overview.  But, there are only tickets associated with 2 of the legs.  I can not download a ticket for the 3rd leg.  We are traveling with 2 other families.  They booked all 3 legs and received e-tix for all 3 legs.  Help!

I am trying to book seat reservations via Eurail within Romania to travel between Bucharest to Brasov to Sighisoara on the 30th May 22. It seems like all of the inter-regional or night trains require a seat reservation, but Eurail’s website shows the following error:Prices unavailableNo price results were found for this connection. It is possible that all pass holder seats are sold out. Please try searching for another connection or check 'More information' and try other ways to book this seat reservation. If no pass holder seats are available anymore you need to buy a separate full fare ticket to board. Are all the inter-regional or night trains booked out a month in advance? it doesn’t make sense. Can anyone help?

Is it possible to buy a ticket to travel in one country, but still be able to go from your own country to the country you want to go to? FE: you wanna travel in germany, but you still need to go from the netherlands to germany. Or do you need to buy a global pass in this case?

Hi community! On March 28 I bought a global pass in paper format. It should have arrived on or before April 28, according to the same Eurail.com information, but the pass never arrived. I searched in PostNL track and trace and it appeared that the package had been sent to my country Chile. However, when I called the post office in my country and asked about the package, they told me that it had not cleared customs yet, so the sender (Eurail) was responsible for the problem. I am traveling today, April 30, and obviously I will not have the pass in my possession. My query is as follows: in Lisbon, will I be able to claim Eurail and demand a change of pass, from paper to Mobile? It's possible? Or will I have to settle for losing my money?Note: I recently discovered this forum. Too bad I didn't know about your warnings about Eurail and its passes.

We are a family of 6 travelling through Europe and I’m trying to make seat reservations. Unfortunately this is proving to be extremely time-consuming, difficult and frustrating. I tried to make seat reservations from Paris to London via the Eurail website and app, and am unable to find seats for July 2022. I could find the seats through a different website (b-europe), however in order to book a reservation I am required to enter a pass cover number, which I do not have since I purchased a mobile pass.  I’d also appreciate some help in booking seat reservations from Montpellier to Geneva, and Zurich to Paris.

Hello everyone,I have bought and already activated my mobile pass for Sweden  ( which is valid from 20 June to 19 July 2022) in the rail planner app a few weeks ago, but now with the update of the app my mobile pass got lost and it isn’t possible to add it again ( there is always error if I try it to add it again)Please help me !!!!! Thank you very very much!!!!!!!!!!! Hola, ya tengo mi viaje organizado con todos los trenes a la hora que quiero.Cuando tendría que confirmarlos para que me aparezca el QR, antes de cojer cada tren, al principio de mi viaje, unos días antes del viaje. Me podríais ayudar, gracias.

Hello, as part of my interrail pass, I would like to book the night train: NJ 469 (Paris-Est to Wien Meilding) on July 19, 2022 at 7:57 p.m. However, when I go to the reservation site by logging in with my pass, I am only offered two options: a seat at 21.9€ (I don't want to) or a single person cabin at 151€ ( far too expensive). However, when I do a search without logging in, the option "Bed in a 6-berth compartment" I want to take at 44€. This option is not present when I connect with my pass, why? In addition, the prices are more expensive when I connect with my pass. Why ? Thank you for your reply.

I am a non-European with a non-European passport, but I have a student visa for a country in the EU and is currently studying here so I am confused about the ‘country of residence’ bit. I would prefer to get the Eurail pass rather than the Interrail pass, but am I allowed to do so?

Hi, I’m looking to travel in summer, and I’m trying to select my start date to activate my mobile pass. It will only let me pick the day after, not any dates before it. Has this happened to anyone, what should I do? Customer service haven’t responded

Activated both my & wife’s pass on same phone, find it easier to have her’s on her phone. app refuses to deactivate to accommodate that.

I bought a Eurail Global Pass and I want to ride [7/10 07:42 Koeln hbf →9:35 Brunelleschi-mid]train. It is displayed as conditions apply. I do not know what’s means. This is my first trip with a Eurail pass. Can anyone tell me? Thank you

Hello! I want to buy an Interrail pass for the summer. Does the name in the pass have to match my passport name? Since my passport was made, I have gotten married and my new surname is now different than the one on my passport. Kind regards, Cecilie

Hello! I have a few questions regarding the eurail Greek Islands pass. I am looking to buy it for this summer (end of August) to travel between the Greek islands. My questions are: 1. If I purchase the 4 day pass today, is there any way to be sure that seats will still be available on the ferries that I would like? Or do I just have to wait for an email back confirming? 2. When I reserve my ferries, will i get ticketsmailed/mailed to me with my reservations or how do I get my tickets to board the ferries when i arrive in Greece?3. Am i able to activate my pass online, or do I need to wait until I arrive in Greece to activate it?4. Am i able to reserve seats before I receive my paper copy of my pass? 5. Will there be any additional costs when reserving seats? Thank you very very much for your time!!

why is it cheaper to book a thalys place for kids through the thalys system then via eurail reservations?

hello,we are going to buy a 2nd interrail pass for our family this summer to travel to Italy.we bought one to go to Lapland this winter. Are there reductions when we buy several passes during the year? Thanks !

Hi there, If I buy an Interrail-pass with 15 days of travel, will I be able to use this all over Europe? Also on ferries? We are planning a trip from Prague and down Italy, and then travelling by ferry from Bari to Igoumenitsa. We would also like to take a ferry from Athens to Chania. I’m not able to see in the railway-map if it is possible to travel this ferry distance with the pass, and if there will be any additional costs when booking a ferry-trip. How does this work? And do anyone have any experience with travelling from Athen to Chania or Heraklion? Thanks for any help!

My pass shows up on app and is activated. 2 other travelers in our group shows name and pass number.  When we put their pass info in it says something went wrong try soon or contact us.  Emailed multiple times,  still cannot add passes?  Not sure if I'm missing something or what?
