Solved

Hi Eurail CommunityIf for example I missed the trip that I added to my Global Pass, noting that this said added trips to my Global Pass has already a ticket, can I use this same ticket on the next train without having to browse for next train time schedule, saving next train tome schedule to my journey and the adding this to my Global pass to obtain a new ticket? what will happen to the first ticket that I missed — is this forfeited?thanks

Hello Eurail Communityi was trying to plan a trip from Frankfurt to Wiesbaden and the planner says I have to take a train called SBA35930. What is this train SBA ? Is it a partner company of Eurail and is it a participating member of Eurail? Will my Eurail Global Pass be okay to use in this train or I have to but a separate and doffrent train ticket?thanksNathaniel

We have global pass and cannot seem to reserve any trains from Amsterdam to Berlin - always shows the error one leg is not available whether its a connection or the direct train, it can’t be reserved. It takes me all the way to payment and then suddenly the error appears. We have mobile passes, I tried booking on b-europe and it says we need some pass cover number which is only a paper ticket.Same issue when trying to book from Prague to Salzburg, one leg cannot be booked, other can. Tried to go on m.cd’s website and it says “The booking period for this reservation has not yet begun or has already expired.”Can someone please help? Its so difficult to make multiple reservation with constant error messages.

Hello!I was awarded a Discover EU grant and I have a question regarding travel days. Can I take multiple trains using only one travel day or does each individual train we take count as a "travel day"? Thank you in advance, kind regards :)

I’ve been trying to book seat reservations from London to paris, paris to nice, nice to Bordeaux and Bordeaux back to London and it says every possible train is booked up for any of those routes on the days I want or around those dates, I’ve tried interrail.eu and I’ve tried the Belgium railways website and I’ve emailed and I’ve rang up and they just said book on the day when you get to the station and put the phone down?? This seems so risky!!  I’m going in just over a month and I’m completely stuck. Ive also Been onto the Eurostar website to try and book the London to paris route but I can’t seem to attach my interrail pass so I don’t pay full price?? I’ve Nearly given up with the whole thing tbh -someone Help please!!

Ich brauche eine Pass Covernummer um eine Sitzplatzreservierung bei b- Europe zu machen

I desperately need to change the information on my pass and I have contacted customer service about it. They advertise as a 48 hr response time but I have been waiting 4 days now with no response. Has anybody else had this issue before and if so did you end up getting a reply? Thanks

Hi, I have a Pass interrail purchased on 1st september 2021. I should activate it within 1 august. My question is if I activate it  before 1st of august, can I still travel after that date? For esample: I start my trip on 20 july and come back the 3 of august? Thank you!

Hi there, I am doing a little research on whether I want to buy a Global pass with Interrail and I need some help from experienced travellers here. My travel plans are basically flexible travel whenever I want to go somewhere I hop on the train. I want to go towards the south of France and Spain first, probably going into Portugal at some stage, move back up through Switzerland and Italy, Germany etc.  Now, I am looking at a slow travel plan, so go from Amsterdam to Paris, from Paris to Lyon etc etc. BUT, If I look up the train from Amsterdam to Paris on this website I get: We can't find any trains that match your search. Please change your search and try again. If I look it up on any other booking website such as Omio, there definitely is a train available..?  Then I look in the Interrail App if I can find trains (mind you, I do not have a pass added yet) and they state that there are trains but the seat reservation is FROM €35!? Per person? that seems insanely pricey after spending 73

I will be travelling to Europe in a few days time and have registered with a EURail Global Pass. While the ‘Planner’ function in the app has been useful for ‘My Trip’, I have faced repeated issues where the selected date of the travel either disappears or is adjusted to the wrong date. Can this be resolved ASAP? For a large organization such as EURail, app issues like the above-mentioned should not be occurring on a permanent basis as it affects travelers who should have ease going from place to place on time.

Hi all, we are travelling now and suddenly cannot add a travel day to the interracial pass. Is something goes wrong, and try again (see screen shot). So we have to catch a train in half an hour, and what now?? We already removed the specific journey and placed it back in the app. Nothing changed. Help!

Dear, my eurail mobile pass is not working, moreover since April 23 I have sent emails to App support and have not had a response.  I can’t activate a Day trip, so i cant have a ticket. Therefore, today, April 26, I had to buy a train ticket from Vienna to Prague, document is attached.  At the OBB office they told me that this ticket will be reimbursed by them. Ihope to have an answer soon and have the necessary support to solve the problem of my pass.

!urgent!Hey,I can‘t add a journey to my pass in my mobile ticket. Every time I try I get a notification „something went wrong“. Generally, my pass is all set, I didn’t use any of my travel days yet…The viability period of my pass starts tomorrow. Is this the problem? I thought I could add and activate a journey to my pass beforehand…I am really devastated…

Hello. If we are trying to get from Greece to Albania, does the global pass cover the bus expenses? Thank you so much :)

I’m trying to book reservations for a trip to Angouleme and La Rochelle in June.  Before buying my internal passes, it looked as though this would save money as the reservations would cost only 10E each, but now the website says there are none available, and when I go on B-Europe website the costs are higher, and then when I try and book I need a number from a paper pass, which I don’t have.  I’m booking from the UK so not possible to go into a French station, and as we have fairly limited time to travel, I don’t want to risk waiting until the day to book. Are there any other ways to book seat reservations?  Also is it likely that there will be any cheaper reservations available if I wait, or do they get booked a long time in advance?  Thanks in advance.

Hi!!I have two questions:1. How can I know if all possible trains for this summer have been published on the web? I´m trying to find a train that suits me but I haven´t managed to find it yet. Can trains still be published 1 month in advance or something like that? 2. We´re looking for a train that takes us from Amsterdam to Berlin, travelling through the night, but the ideal train for us doesn't allow reservations. On the website we can see that sometimes it says that the train might be full, but on the information the train is marked as "No reservation needed". Does that mean that we can just hop into the train without any reservation? As it is a night train we would like to have seats to have some rest, how can we make the reservation? I´ve heard that the day of our arrival to the station we might have the possibility to book some tickets. Thank you in advance for your help :)

Hello. It seems that the Eurostar in train is already sold out for May 30, so I would like to take a bus late in May 29. How can I buy a ticket using the Eurail discount? Thanks for your time.

Hi! We are two friends who are traveling together and we have our passes on different devices. My friend made a trip and was able to connect her pass to it, but I am not. She sent me the link for the trip but I am not able to see the trip we have planned? The trip is connected to the pass but its empty, I can’t see the journey we have planned only that my pass I connected to a trip. How do I fix this?

Hello. How can I reserve a seat in Eurostar with the Eurail Pass discount? I know that it can be done in Eurail website and b-europe, but for some reason the are no trains for May 30th in any of these sites. Why there are trains all May but just that day the tickets are sold out? Eurostar have trains for that day but I don’t know where to use the code. Thanks for your time.

Hello, I want to travel three months and come back to my home country (Germany) during the first one. That’s why I bought one pass with 4 travel days within one month and another one with 15 travel days within 2 months. Two of the 4 days from the first pass I want to use to get off my home country and to come back. Means there is one left. As I can’t use this one to start from my homecountry again, I want to know, if I can use for the second time to leave my homecountry the second pass I bought (14 travel days within two months) to get to France and if it is possible to afterwards (but within the 30 days) use the first pass again in France (not homecountry) so the 4th travel day wouldn’t be wastetd. This means for a couple of days two passes would be activated for the same time and person. Is this possible? Thanks for your answer.

Is it easy to get reservation seat on departure time instead booking in advance? (traveling with Eurail Pass)Journey 1: Brussels-midi to Paris (Around 6pm in Mid May)Journey 2 : Paris to Lucerne (Around 8-9am in Mid May)Traveling With Kid

Hi all; I just wanted to check whether there is any issue with having unconnected journeys on your pass e.g train from Nice to Genoa, and then next journey Milan to Venice? Between Genoa and Milan we might get a different form of transport to save travel days. Will that be an issue? also does it matter if you have whole country gaps? E.g. travel days get you to Greece then your next train is in Spain (after flying)?
