Why is there NO way to contact Eurail directly, by phone or email (at a reasonably quick response address), or maybe even by text?

I am in trouble with my credit card, so I need to pay the seat reservation at the train station. It is for the tickets from stuttgart HBF Germany to Paris. I will be departing from Vienna. It is time enough to reserv just at the arriving at the station? What can I do if reserves are fully booked? May i buy a full ticket there to continue the trip?thanks

Hello. Does anyone know if the Sofia to Thessaloniki route is still not in service? Cant seem to find any current information online. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I have an interrail  global pass "10 days in 2 months".  On my trip I have now only 8/10 days planned.  Stayed longer in one place.  Now my question: How can I use my two open days. Germany is my residence. Outbound is already included in my 8 days.A to drive from Germany to Poland & back? B make two travel days/trips within Germany C or I can only drive abroad. For example: Buy a ticket from GER to PL and then travel two days in PL with the Global Pass.  Buy a ticket for the journey home. thank you for your help

What’s the cheapest way to get from Ljubljana to lake bled as a day trip, returning to Ljubljana?

Hi,In a few months I would like to take the train from Bratislava to Krakow. The train number would be EC130. Depart from Bratislava is 10:57 and arrival in Krakow would be 17:09.I checked several websites, including the Interrail reservation system, and it seems almost impossible to make a reservation for this train in advance. Does anyone have experience in travelling with this train and making a reservation? Thanks in advance.Kind regards,JorritK

Hi, I like to travel on my first day from Stuttgart to Frankfurt, on the next day from Frankfurt to London. On another date I go back from London to Stuttgart. But it doesn't work. The comment I got s "You've used all your outbound/inbound journeys". What's the problem here? Thanks for help,Stefanie

Hello, I’ve purchased my global pass, but then I went on to activate my pass on the application and on the last step (the third step) of the activation after you entered your first travel date, but it said “something went wrong” and I can’t process through. I contacted the eurail email&in-app service for almost 48 hour already but I still haven’t got any response. What can I do because I have to book my train for my upcoming trip? Thank you very much.

I thought I cancelled 3 reservations, one intentionally, because I put the same individual twice rather than our two different names/travelers, and two reservations accidentally (through my errors). They still show in Reservations Overview (not cancelled?) after several hours. What do I do? Are they actually cancelled?

Hello,I was trying to purchase the Global pass ticket through the Eurail website  https://www.eurail.com/en/eurail-passes/global-pass But once I have put all the details and credit cards details then it redirected me to a different website. Can you please assist me with this?RegardsLi

I am stuck on the traveller details screen, because when I click the yellow '’review your order'’ button, nothing happens. I have checked the information I entered and nothing seems to be wrong. Because of this I cannot finish my order and reserve the seats. I have tried using different browsers, does anyone know a way to fix this?

What’s the name of Venice main station I can get to with interrail pass. I’m doing Ljubljana- Venice then Venice- Rome

Hello, I never received my paper passes following an order on the Interrail site. The pass is for 22 days. The delivery man did not find my address, so the passes are returned to the Netherlands at interrail. However after 4 or even 5 contacts with interrail, no return of their pass, no response. This worries me because my holidays are coming, that I would like to organize my trip and that I have committed a large sum of money. What should be done in this case? Tanks you for your help,  Lea

Is Paris Noord the only station I can get a train to through the interrail pass or can I get a train to Paris Montparnasse 1 Et 2, also using the pass. It’s from Brussels Centraal to Paris.

I have read all the posts about this topic, but the rules are still not 100% clear for me.I have a Youth mobile pass and turn 28 on May 8th and need to activate it by May 7th when I am still 27 years old.The question is, can my first travel day be on May 8th or later (within the 30 days validity of course)? The rules says that the pass must be valid (activated) before I turn 28, not that I have to use the first travel date before I turn 28. Right?

Hello,Do you have to make reservations for the TGV 9211 between Basel SBB and Zurich HB?The app does not display anything, but is of course not reliable.Departure 13u33, arrival 14u26 pm.

Hello, I bought the global Pass and now I have a big problem, please help me! Actually, I had planned to start my journey today. (Bremen - Barcelona) However, I got a message from one of the train companies that the train leaves at a different time than the one shown in the Interrail app. This would mean that I won't be able to catch all the connecting trains. Therefore, I had to reschedule my trip and I will now start my journey tomorrow (16.04.22) at night. Now I can no longer deactivate my outbound/inbound journey today, although I will not be travelling at all today. However, I still need this outbound/inbound for coming home at the end of the holiday. Please help me delete today's travel day, this is just not fair. I am grateful for any help!Thank you very much!

My phone broke the day I was due to travel. I contacted customer services immediately as I need to transfer my pass and my husbands pass to my new phone. I am now in Belgium where I had to purchase tickets due to no pass. I am about to travel to Netherlands but no response from customer services. Please help me. It is very urgent

I have a Dutch permanent resident card, and a non EU passport. So Should I use a permanent resident card ID for Interrail Pass activation? Do I need to bring a passport with me if I travel only in Germany, Austria, Hungary, and Italy?

What if I want to exit Germany which is a large country but the tickets i book are separate? Can it count as 1 outbound or they wont let me?

Hi everyone, I own the Interrail Global Pass and unfortunately I have an issue with the Interrail reservation page. Everytime I’m searching for a trip and available trains, I’m not receiving any output. The page is loading and no train is appearing. After a few hours it’s working for a few minutes. I’m really upset and it’s too hard for me to find or make any reservation.Hope that someone  has  a solution for this issue. Many thanks in advance!

On ÖBB,  the train number which runs Innsbruck Hbf > Salzburg Hbf on Fri, Apr 29 2022 10:17 - 12:03  is Railjet Xpress 161 + Railjet Xpress 184. And I would like to take this RailJet train. I cannot find the exact same train number in Rail Planner. The Planner shows the train EC 161. So I am wondering if it  is the same train? The EC 161 train is scheduled at exactly the same time but it is a different train number.  And what should I do to add a journey in this case ? Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi, I would like to know how to get my interrail pass back. I already made an interrail trip 2-3 years ago and after that i sent my ticket becuase it was said that it would come back to me in like a new style and with a surprise. I just would like to know if i can have it back or if it has at least arrived somewhere. My friend, who was in this trip with me did the same and it has come back with a little game too. Someone can help me? Where do I ask?

I purchased a mobile pass and booked reservations all on the website. I cannot seem to get this to all transfer onto the app. I am worried I have done something wrong and will not be able to use the journeys booked and paid for or be able to use the app. I have the e-tickets in my email and my account on the website.Does anyone know how I can get all of this transferred to the app?Thank you!
