Solved

I was getting ready to activate my mobile pass and I noticed that every passenger’s birthdate is wrong by one day!! I am 100% sure they were input properly. Appears to be a system glitch. We are traveling in May and need this corrected ASAP. Global Pass number is EU30431174I can’t do this on my end and wound like to begin booking reservations.  Thank you. Maria Cruz-Lartigaut

Hi, I’m planning a trip starting in Greece and ending with a few places in Italy, but on the rail planner app when I search for trains every single one (in Italy) says a seat reservation is required from €10? Is this true or can I ignore it? How do I know what kind of train it is, the only info is a code such as ‘FR 9437’?Also, do you have to book these trains in advance or can you just show up on the day? Finally, is there a way to use my Interrail pass to get from Athens to Thessaloniki using one travel day? Thank you so much!

I bought an eurail pass but apparently i can't use it because my country of birth is not available on the drop down menu under reservations !!! I was born in Cuba but I'm a US Citizen with an American passport. What am I supposed to do in this case? I'm trying to request a refund but I dont even see an option for it and the customer service is nonexistent.

HelloI would to ask if it's possible to buy a pass today and use it already tomorrow on the app? Has anyone done it?(I wanted to purchase a deutsche bahn card a month ago and even if they said you could use it right away on the app, it could first be used for travel at least 5 days later, so looking to avoid that exact same situation)Thank you very much for your reply!!

Hi! I am planning on travelling from Venezia Mestre to Rome Termini by the high speed train Frecciarossa. I have a mobile pass and would like to make a seat reservation ahead since my connection time between arrival and departure is pretty short. I tried to use the Eurail reservation tool but I only get an error message when I am about to go to checkout. It has been like this for a day now so I guess it’s not just a temporary glitch. I tried to book online on Trenitalia’s website but couldn’t find any way of adding an interrail discount. I have checked the community for answers but haven’t really find any solution apart from buying a ticket at the station. Does anyone have experience of making seat reservations for Frecciarossa with Mobile pass and could give me some advice? Thanks very much!//Olga

i have 2 electronic 15 day passes on my phone 1 is ok the qr code for second has disappeared now i have been fined €44 how can i retrieve the missing one

@Nanja I purchased several batches of seat reservations on 3rd April, and three separate charges appear on my credit card relating to these purchases. However, the seat reservations were never sent to me, and I do not appear to have a confirmation number for them. I emailed your support email about this on 4th April, listing the seat reservations I had purchased, but have not received any response. I tried again today and still have not had a response. One of the trips I have is leaving in less than a month, so i can’t wait any longer for these seat reservations (or a response from your team). I have purchase some of the reservations again, but some of the ones I needed are no longer available. Could you please get back to me ASAP on this issue?

I am experiencing trouble adding my trip to the pass; it states it’s not valid in all countries.I got a Benelux pass, travelling from Enschede (Netherlands) over Amsterdam to Brussels.always when I want to active the journey of an trip to get the QR Code, it gives me an error message saying: „your pass isn’t valid in some of these countries“.I also tested other trains; it doesn’t let me add any trips to my pass. FAQ wasn’t a help either, as well as the customer service. Can someone help me here or has similar issues?

I am booking a train trip from Paris to Bruges. It says we have to travel by public transport between stations. Does Eurail handle that? Do we need to find our own? Will we need a bus pass in addition to our Eurail pass. We are senior citizens and I’m worried we’ll miss our second train.

Hey everyone!I have some problems with booking a trip from Arnhem Centraal (Netherlands) to Verona Porta Nuova on 14/04/2022. I actually need to be there before 21.00 to check into my hostel. I thought I booked a trip already, but now I can't find it in the app anymore. So, I made other seat reservations, but these are not in the interrail app. So, I can't make a journey in the app and add it to my pass. Is it possible that some seat reservations are available when booking, but are not available in the interrail app?

Hello, I have question about the global pass. Is it possible to book an additional travelday during the trip spontaneously?

I have a iPhone 13 max pro.  It’s running on iOS 15.4.1 and up to date.   The Eurail app is on 23.0 update.   my trips are not staying loaded on my phone when I close out of the app.   I am traveling next week.   What should I do

My App is completely stuffing up!!! Firstly, I am unable to view all my Saved Journey’s in My Trip. Sometimes I will save a journey, and then when I go to view it, it is not there!!Secondly, when I try to book a journey and add it to My Pass, it will add it initially, then later when I check it has completely disappeared!! I am using a Flexi Pass, and it is almost impossible to add 2 journeys to one travel day, as either one of the journey’s always keeps disappearing. This is very very frustrating as I don’t have a valid ticket for the trains I need to catch TOMORROW!!!! I need help ASAP, I will be unable to travel tomorrow if this is not fixed URGENTLY.

Hi guys,Do you have some information about the Bosporus Express from Bucharest to Istanbul? We like to travel in April 2022. ThanksJan

So I’m a french citizen and I’m planning to travel to Istanbul this summer. The problem is I don’t have a passport, only the french identity card. I saw that you can go to Turkey with only the identity card but I was wondering if it is better with a passport, or if the customs officers are going to bother me because of it ? Should I start making a passport ? (The plan is to go from France to Germany then Croatia, Hungary, Romania and finally Turkey). Thank you in advance.

Welche Routen gibt es von Berlin nach Istanbul im Mai 2022?

Dear Intervall team,I have a question concerning my trip to Venice. I will take the train the 14th of April from Berlin to Venice. Departure time from Berlin is 7:37h. Arrival time is 23h50 in St. Lucia (Venice). The Interrail homepage says that I have to book reservations for this trip. I called the Deutsche Bahn and asked them. They informed me that for none of these trains a reservation is actually necessary, but optional. I would be greatful if you could answer me regarding this matter, as the trip moves closer. Also, unfortunately the trip does not appear in the Application. So I ask myself how am I supposed to add this trip when its not in the App? (I have a mobile pass). In general, the planning with your homepage is really complicated as the informations concerning the trips are often not correct. Up to date information is only on the homepage of the deutsche bahn. Unfortunately, as a customer it is also not possible to talk to someone of your team via phone in a more direct way

Hi - how far in advance can I reserve seats on trains in Italy - can I do it in the app? I can see orange text telling me to do but not how!

Hello, with my boyfriend we won an interrail pass, and we want to plan trip but we have a problem with the application When we make a research about the same journey, we don’t have the same results. We made a research for the journey Strasbourg-Wien (Austria) un august, and I get a lot of results (free and paid journey) but on his phone he doesn’t get the  same results as me, he only have paid journey. We don’t understand what is the problem here

Hello together!I want to make a trip with Interrail in the summer and want to take the Global Pass with 7 travel days. One question I have is how the trains are regulated to get to the foreign country and to get back to the home country at the end. Do I have to use one for the outward journey and one for the return journey of the seven travel days or are they extra? So then seven travel days plus two extra for the trip abroad and in the home country.Thank you!
