Solved

Hello, I need some help. Me and my partner bought the interrail pass 2nd class. We are currently in Vienna and we want to travel to Paris. When we go online to check the trains we have option to reserve 2nd and 1st class seat reservation . The ammount payble for each class looks the same. The question is if is possible to reserve the 1st class seats and using our passes? If not why are we allowed the option to select 1st class seat reservation. thank you!

I cant activate my Pass because i cant add an ID Number. I want to travel today! How can i add my ID Number?

Hello, I am traveling through Emilia-Romagna, and I am struggling to find the TPER trains within the Eurail app. Reading other posts on here, it appears that the TPER trains are covered by Eurail, and I can see certain lines (Parma - Borgo Val di Toro - La Spezia), but other lines like Parma - Fiorenzuola - Piacenza aren’t in the Eurail app at all. Additionally, the Regionale Veloce trains show as seat reservation required, but all are unavailable on the Eurail reservation system (not even showing the 0 EUR reservation cost). Is it possible to use these trains?

Hi, I have an Interrail pass with 4 days. My pass reference is LKS8FY. I am currently in Amsterdam and need to go to London through Brussels. I am now at the train station and I was told there is an issue with the train traffic and will not be able to take a train to Brussels today. Therefore, I am stuck in Amsterdam and have to take the train first thing in the morning. Unfortunately, I had already finalized the ticket. I have a travel day left for the train tomorrow to Brussels and london. From london I need to go back to Munich, and since I had a travel day assigned today, I would be out of travel days. Would there please be a way for me to remove todays travel day and change it for Tuesday the 12th? I am terribly sorry for this inconvenience. Thank you so much in advance for your time! I look forward to hearing back from you!

I made some reservations this afternoon, checked all the info, accepted conditions, but I cannot activate the 'to pay' button. Do other people have this problem?

Hi! I am trying to understand the Interrail system. I would like to understand clearly what the 5 days in one month pass allows me to do. What does it mean exactly? Does it mean that I can travel during a month (or less) and that during this time I am allowed to have 5 days during wish I can take unlimited trains? Does it include the first train I'll take leaving my country (Brussels Belgium) and the travel back home?

i purchased this 10 days ticket for the first time. But now i have trouble using it. I am trying to reserve a seat from Munich to Milan on 21 st of April (depart the evening of 21 st to arrive early on 20 th) but there was no seat to reserve. then i need one from berlin to Venice on 11 th of April, still no luck. please help guys.

Dear Interrail Community, I'm looking to travel from Munich to Rome on the 14th of April and I'm therefore thinking about purchasing an Interrail Ticket to do so. I would like to travel on the Nightjet either starting 20:10 or 23:20 from Munich. I'm now wondering if its still possible to get a reservation on one of the trains because I can still find these trains on the Interrail website (https://www.interrail.eu/en/book-reservations?ol=MUENCHEN+HBF+%28GERMANY%29&ov=008020347&dl=ROMA+TERMINI+%28ITALY%29&dv=008308409&vl=&vv=&t=1649930400000&ar=false&rt=&tt=&mc=&mct=0) not on the website of night jet directly for the 14th though (https://www.nightjet.com/de/reiseziele/italien/rom). Can someone help me with this issue? So I'm unsure if I'm able to take one of these trains after purchasing the Interrail ticket. Is it maybe also possible to travel without a reservation when the train is not fully packed with people? Has somebody made a similar exp

Hi travellers, have you experienced to be charged a fully tariff ticket although you are a eurail pass holder?I bought a ticket at Paris Gare de Lyon Station, on these self.service machines, and I was charged full tariff for a ticket from Paris to Berlin (euros 213) instead of partially as I have my eurail pass, so I should be charged with just euros 30 - 40 app.Have you experienced this issue? how it was solved?, I try to get in touch with eurail offices or agents but i just got connected with a chatbot, and they suppose to get back to me within 48 hours.Do I have possibilities to get the extra money paid back? any chances? anyone on this community could comment? I will really appreciate it!!Bye for now.

hello, i bought a pass and my first trip will be from london to liverpool, as soon as i arrive in europe.  I managed to find the train trip, I generated the ticket, but it says that I need to reserve the seat, but as my pass is on mobile, the option to book at the station only appears.  Is there any risk of me arriving at the station and not having a seat on the train, or with the ticket in hand I already have a guaranteed space on the train?

Hi!!! I want to go from Munich to Florence but there are not trains the day I want to go. I do not understand why it happends because if i put other days there are trains. What can I do?

Hi All, I am travelling in Italy at the end of this month. I am currently planning my journey on the Eurail app. I have a mobile pass.I have saved a journey to My Trip with a 10 Eur Seat Reservation charge. How is this charge paid? There is no option on the App to pay.Under “More’ you can select ‘Seat Reservations’ then select ‘Italy’ and it says ‘Book at major train stations – At a ticket office or self-service machine’Does this mean the reservation fee is paid at the station on the day? thanks,

Hi,  I’m trying to book Eurostar tickets from Paris to London,  they are available on Eurostar but you can’t use the pass on the booking page, however, on the B-Europe site, it says there are no trains available.  Any ideas for alternative ways to book tickets?  I used B-Europe to book tickets for my outward journey so not sure why its not working now, I can’t find tickets for any date.  THANK YOU

I have bought two Interrail-passes on the first of April and have just put in a request for a refund. My ordernumber is IN30465750.I am trying to reach Interrail-support because I think you owe me a 100% refund, not just 85%.Before I bought the passes I looked at the trip Amsterdam/Girona with highspeed trains on your website and everything I tried was shown as possible to book, this was on the 31th of March. On the first of April I bought passes and tried to make the actual reservations but found that this isn't possible. I always get a message 'bookingsystem not available, try again in a few hours'. I even get this message when I try to book months into the future. It appears that your bookingsystem does not work.I tried to reach Interrail-support to find out what is going on but found that it is not possible to contact your organization. I always end up on this page https://www.interrail.eu/en/support and the only point of contact is community.eurail.com. For this reason I decided t

I have not yet received my paper pass, delivery date was by 28 March. Can I change to mobile pass. I am leaving in 5 days time - this is getting urgent, I did email on Friday - but have had not responseThanks

May I have your help to purchase seat reservations on the following trains for my party of 6 Travelers?: June 27 TGV 8541 TGV INOUIDeparting 12:11 PM PARIS MONTPARNASSE 1 ET 2 Arriving 2:17 PM BORDEAUX ST JEAN  June 30 TGV 8504 TGV INOUIDeparting 10:46 AM BORDEAUX ST JEANArriving 12:54 PM PARIS MONTPARNASSE 1 ET 2 Currently, Eurail.com errs when attempting to Book these reservations online... "Please try to find an alternate connection.  The unavailable leg will be removed from your cart."  But, as far as I know, there is no other way to purchase these seat reservations.  Sncf-connect.com does not provide an option to purchase a seat reservation; only a ticket.I've already purchased seat reservations for the legs of our journey before and after the trains shown above (from London before and after Paris to Munich).  So, travel at other times is not preferable.  Nonetheless, I've experimented with booking seat reservations on other trains between Paris and Bordeaux; all fail with the sam

I bought the global Eurail pass.  It’s the Mobile version.  I knew some trains required reservations (didn’t realize nearly all do).  I’m uncertain how to book these and don’t want to pay more than I need to.  I can see my pass and I have “my journey” saved.  There’s a button on the top right of each leg I can click to turn on.  I’m not sure what exactly this is though as it doesn’t buy a ticket or reserve a seat, so what’s the purpose?  I also am seeing different times/routes on different sights.  For example, I saw a London to Amsterdam on May 2nd at 11am on one site, but can’t find it on the Eurail App.  I’m not sure if there’s different trains or what?  I also notice there is 1st comfort and 1st class premium?  I also see some tickets they mail to you??   If seats are selling out, I’d like to buy them in advance (do have 1 overnight train).  However, I was also hoping to be as flexible as possible.  For example, if I wanted to leave somewhere a day or two early to explore somewhere

I saw on the inter rail train finder that there is a direct night train (non sleeper) running from Amsterdam Centraal at 22:34 getting into Berlin the following morning at 05:52 (running regularly but I specifically wanted to take it on 26 June). I can't find this train on the inter rail app or on any other train service timetables, is it a mistake? Are there only daytime trains available? Don't want to turn up at the station late at night to find it's not running and have to try find accommodation, wouldn't really bea great start to my trip!

I tried to make a reservation for a journey on Eurostar.  They tell you that you get a confirmation email within 30 minutes.  This happened when I made my outbound reservation.  This time it did not.  Which is why, after one hour +, I thought it  had not worked for some reason, and I tried again.By pure chance, I found a page called “reservations overview” (or something similar) and found that I had made two reservations for the same train in my name.  I also found that I could not get a refund !  And after several hours, I still have not got a confirmation email with a ticket which I can print out (and which I need !), and I cannot even find the reservations page again in the mobile pass …  I am close to tears because the b… thing is so impossible to navigate.  I have wasted hours trying to get back to pages, when I have found that  I am being sent around in circles to multiple pages offering me answers to questions I did not ask but not touching upon the problems I am trying to solve

Hi, is my first time to travel to europe. What is more convenient for 3 trips that need to do with my wife (London-Paris, Paris-Zurich, Barcelona-Madrid)?:• Buy a pass (Eurail) for these 3 trips or buy 3 ticket separated?• Where is more conevenient to buy (what website)?• Is necesary to buy seat reserve beside the ticket or the ticket include this reserve?

I treated myself to a 1st class Interrail pass - it looked like a good idea at the time.  The problem is now trying to make a seat reservation, since obviously reservations are not included in the Interrail pass, when they do not even know you are going to travel on a given train.  In Germany, seat reservation is included for 1st class tickets, so you do not get the offer, on the bahn.de page, to just reserve a seat for the first class (without buying a ticket).  How do I do this ?  Do I have to go to the local railway station, where they have already told me that they know nothing about Interrail, to make a reservation which is possibly impossible to make ?

Hello :) 2 years ago I had to shorten my trip cause Corona arrived!!! I remember receiving a message that if I used it 4 or less days I could get a new interrail pass when the situation would calm down! Now is the time :))) but I don’t find that mail back. How should I ask a new pass in refund of mine? I kind of wanna travel next week already (last minute request of a friend to go with her cause it s finished with her boyfriend) sooo It would be amazing to get an answer quick;) but no worries if you need time ;)

I used the interrail website to book seat reservations and start my trip but none of these are showing on the app, can someone help?

It says all people must travel together. If 5 people want to take a day trip and 3 stay at hotel is this allowed?
