Hi,I’m travelling to St. Christina in June, and I need to get there from the train station in Brixen. There is a public bus line (350) I could use. Will this bus line be covered by the InterRail pass?Your answers are appreciated.

Can I go twice on the same journey if it is not my country of residence? (e.g. Paris - Zurich)?

Hello, I would like to cancel my order of my pass. I checked BEFORE ordering whether the relevant trains were available for reservation (yes they were). Then I bought the pass and all of a sudden they are no longer available.I feel slightly ripped off and hoped for a cancellation as a gesture of goodwill. There is no possiblity beside of chatting with a bot...very bad support.Any ideas?

I have planned to travel from Venice to Lyon the 28th of July. In the Railplanner App, I can only see a train going via Austria and Switzerland. This takes around 24 hours, whilst when I look at the site of the Italian train company, I see a train via Milan that's way faster. Can I take this train with my Interrail Pas too, or not? If I could take this train, how do I have to make a reservation for it? Kind regards, Mels Ubels

Merci d avance 😉

I’m trying to buy a pass before the 10% off expires toniught but in one of last pages my country of residence Uk is not an option!

Hello! I have messaged support but not sure if they will get back in time. My girlfriend and I live in Sweden. We are currently on the train going home from the UK and are on the Hamburg to Copenhagen leg where we are planning on staying overnight. Tomorrow (4 April) we are planning to take an SJ train to Stockholm via Malmö. We have already booked seat reservations for the trains tomorrow. The InterRail app thinks that we are using an inbound today (3 April) despite ending in Copenhagen. I believe this is because we originally planned to go to Stockholm today but had to change as SJ has no available seats for reservation. When trying to add trips for tomorrow (and yes, we have anothe travel day) it comes up with the error that we have no outbound/inbound journies left. This is despite neither the My Trip nor My Plan section having any inbound trips selected or refering to Sweden. So now we are not sure how long we will be in Copenhagen for and whether we will be able to take the train

I got sick during my DiscoverEU trip 😭😭 And when I get sick I am always sick for at least two weeks so I'll basically miss the rest of my trip. Is there any way I could continue my trip later? I still have 4 travel days left.

I need to book seat reservation for 2 person travelling from Lyon to Paris on 19Jun22 on the 534PM train, can someone tell me if there are still seats available for Eurail pass holders? I want to be sure before proceeding to buy the Eurail pass. Thank you!

I’m trying to book seat reservations for our global Eurail pass and cannot find the train I’m trying to book on the website. There seem to be no trains departing from Brussels midi station.  This is so frustrating. Am I doing something wrong?

Hello, i would like to use overnight trains to travel from Lisbon (Portugal) to (Leipzig). I wanted to use the interrailpass where yiu have for days in a month. Since i want to travel over nigth. My question is: Does an overnight train count as two or one day of travveling in the pass?

Hi, I’m going to do an internal next week and I’m trying to book a seat reservation from Nîmes to Barcelona on the website. But I can’t finish the reservation because it says that can’t deliver, but I tried many different countries and it always says that. Can someone help me?

Hello community,I recently purchased an Interrail Global Pass in order to travel to France and Spain next week. My country of residence is Germany.  I’m planning to travel from Strasbourg to Barcelona on Wednesday. I have to book two reservations for that tour: One for Strasbourg-Lyon (1) and one for Lyon-Barcelona (2). When I click “How and when to book” in the app it brings me to the “Seat reservations” screen where it only says: “Book at major train stations”  What does that mean? I actually want to book my reservation right now in order to have a smooth travel without any hassle. The exact same message applies for my tour from Barcelona to Paris on Friday and for the tour from Paris to Berlin the day after.May you please advise how to handle that? My goal is to get my reservations done right now.

Hi community,I am using my last inbound/outbound trip to go back to Germany from the Netherlands today but, unfortunately, a problem has stopped all train traffic in the Netherlands. I know I can't cancel that specific trip the same day but if I had no choice but to go tomorrow, how would it work ?Thanks for your answers

How do I book tickets if the app doesn’t work?  Can I use the pass in a railway station ?

So looking at a 10 day pass and i see the price should be the same for eurail or interrail, however one has 10% off and the other doesn't.no on a 1st class for 2 over 10 days in two month the difference of 90 euros roughly.we are UK residents and confused as hell as to which ones we can and cant book and that the price match appears to be untrue it worries us. Looking at July to go away and there are a couple of over night travles where a sleeper seems like a good idea, what sort of cost can we expect on routes  route 1 Milan Central - Salernoroute 2 Roma Termini - VeniceRoute 3 Venice - Vienna what sort of facilities can we expect first or second class?

I have booked a Eurostar trip St Pancras to Lille and paid the seat reservation supplement but I other than a payment confirmation I cannot find details of the seat reservation?

I received my seat reservations for the trip in Italy ( 8 pers), but several are missing and others are 3 or 5 times included. What can I do?

We are planning to do a Rail tour of Europe starting in June 2023 from the UK.Even though our plan is to travel first class where possible it still works out slightly cheaper to use the Interrail pass.My question is how do you reserve seats on High speed/Night trains. Quite a few of the high speed trains don’t seem to show on the Interrail planner for some reason. Do you have to go on each train company’s website to reserve seats ? This would be a logistical nightmare. For example we plan to Travel from Geneva to Florence (via Milan) on the High speed network (Travel time 6hr 25 mins) but these trains don’t show on the Interrail planner. It’s all quite baffling….I’m beginning to wonder if it will be easier just to book the trains ourselves and not use the Interrail pass after all.Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi! I bought a global pass for 7 travel days in 1 month but later realized I only needed 5 days. I bought the second one and requested the exchange (refund of the first one). The confirmation email stated I would hear back in 48 hrs. I didn’t hear from them and for the past week I’ve emailed several times and even chatted and messaged through Facebook.  I don’t know how else to contact them. Both passes are unused and not yet activated. I purchased the plus feature to make them 100% refundable. Requesting refund for the original 7 day global pass EU30412802. Would like to keep the 5 day pass. Please help. Maria

Hello everyone,I was wondering which pass to choose. There is the Global and the One-Country-pass and I do not quite get the difference between these two. Can I travel in several countries with the Global-Pass in Europe? Can I travel with sleeper-trains with that pass? Can I travel from my home country to my destination in another country and back with the one-country-pass?Thanks a lot for your help!

I’m trying to book on the 12:22 from Paris to Zurich on the 4th July 2022, on the interrail site it says “Reservation Unavailable”, but on the TGV/SNCF website it states there are seats available to book.  Any idea why I can’t reserve the seats?  If I bought tickets through TGV direct could I be reimbursed the ticket price?
