I‘m currently trying to book a reservation for a train. They asked me for my country of birth. I can‘t choose the country I‘m from. I have the German Citizenship but I was not born in Europe. What can I do??I need to use the train tommorow.

I am not able to book a reservation for this journey (screenshot attached). The website for reservations looks slightly different from what it was a few days ago. Is there a problem with the website that will be fixed soon? My journey is coming up and I need a reservation. I’m travelling from Italy to Germany on a OBB Nightjet train. Is there another way to book the reservation? Reservations are not available on the OBB website even when Eurail website shows ‘high availability of seats’

I am trying to use the reservation tool on the eurail website.  I am not able to make a reservation for any high speed train from Rome to Italy on 6/30/22.  There is only one option that shows up which is an overnight local train with a transfer.

Hello everyone!I'm trying to plan my trip for July and I can't find connections from Florence to Rome. Does anyone know why this happens? In August, available times will appear again. I can not realize!Thank you all! good trips

Is the extra £19 ‘free cancellation’ when booking an interrail pass necessary? If I didn’t get this could I still use the ticket within 11months of buying it or is that only possible when paying the extra fee. If I OPT for the paper ticket instead does the extra £10 cover a refund (if needed)?

I have purchased a Eurail Global Senior pass. It is good for 4 trips in one month.  I have plans for 2 routes at this point:4/29/2022 - Frankfurt to Basel5/9/2022 - Amsterdam to Paris (reservations needed)Should I activate before I get to Frankfurt?  Can I make the reservation for second trip before activation? Thanks Pam

How can I know if it is profitable to buy the pass, if they are going to charge me extras later?

Hello,Going from Berlin to Amsterdam in June. A reservation is recommended, but not required. Is it a good idea to book a seat? If we do not reserve a seat, will we still be able to find a seat once we board the train? That is, does a ticket guarantee a seat, or do they sell more tickets than there are seats available?Thank you!

hiya! me and a friend just bought an interrail pass that we are planning to use throughout July... I'm very confused : we've started planning trains as we know July will be extremely busy, but a. cannot find where to book our seat reservations / how we say that we are taking a specific train, and b. a lot of trains that I found looking at the UK Trainline website arent available on the Interrail journey planner? (I've checked if interrail covers the specific train lines we were looking at and they do) - what do i do?

I want to do my first interrail trip with a global pass this summer. As there ist the 10% sale right now, I wanted to buy the '10 days in 2 months' ticket today. But at one point of filling in my data I had to set a date on which I wanted to start the trip. Is this date fixed or can it still be changed?Bc if the tickets aren't on sale, they can be used flexibly within 11 months.I couldn't find any information on this topic, so I did not buy the ticket yet.hope somebody can help :)

I was wondering whether you could indeed use the “German Rail Pass” to travel from Aachen to Innsbruck (Autria)?

Just purchased a 5 day global pass. Headed from Venice to Paris we’re changing trains in Florence. The connecting train says “not in plan network “ Do I need to purchase a new ticket or is there just a fee added to my global pass?thanks

Unfortunately, we need to enter the pass cover number to book our seats for a train from Strasbourg to Paris. We cannot continue without the pass cover number so could you please give us 2 pass cover numbers so that we can book our seats?Thank you in advance!Best wishes,Marie

Hi, I am considering buying a global pass 4-days to fulfill my travels. My residencial address is in Berlin.Berlin - Eastern France (day1) Eastern France - Paris region (day2) Paris region - Lyon region (day3) Lyon region - Berlin (day4)Nonetheless the way I understand the terms and conditions of this pass, I mainly can use the pass only in Germany, with the exception of two travels: one out and one back to the country of residence.“Der Interrail Global-Pass berechtigt dich zum Reisen in deinem Wohnsitzland. Du kannst eine Fahrt aus dem Land und eine Fahrt in das Land nutzen. Diese Fahrten können jeweils zu einem beliebigen Zeitpunkt deiner Reise stattfinden”Is this correct? Thanks for giving me some help!Vee

In some routes I have to change stations with a bus, is it included?

Hi Community,Im trying to find a connecting train between Barcelona and Lisbon, but the app can’t find any. Any of you experience with this route? Or how could i solve the problem? Cheers!

Hi, I have a question about the inbound and outbound days: I would like to travel, from Germany to Vienna, than to Strasbourg, from Strasbourg to Graz and back to Strasbourg. That makes four travel days, and my residence country would be Germany. The problem is, that I am passing Germany two times (Vienna - Strasbourg and Graz - Strasbourg), and I am gonna start my journey in Germany. While passing my residence country, but not stopping there, is that an inbound or outbound day?

I have a question about the Electronic Global Pass. I travelled last month with my global pass.In the Railplanner App you can enter a trip for the pass. The trip will be on the ticket. The ticket inspector will scan the barcode on your ticket and will check if the train you are on has been added to your ticket.  Now i have te following situation. I made a trip from Munster (Germany) via Munich to Innsbruck (Austria). I had it in one trip. The problem was with the train from Munster to Munich which ends (because of a delay) in Stuttgart (next stops where cancelled).  In Stuttgart i had to take another train. The problem is i couldn’t change the trip (only delete it).  And i also couldn’t add another trip from Stuttgart to Munich to my Pass. I don’t know the error but i think it was something like an overlapping trip can not be added.I know deleted de complete trip and added new trips (the previous trains en the new trains).Did i something wrong ?   I think it must be possible to change a
