Solved

I won the Interrail Global Pass thanks to DiscoverEU program. I would like to book an Italian Frecciarossa train (from Turin to Paris) but the self-service system doesn't allow me to (screenshot below). I checked alternative ways to book the train and I'm confused about the information that I found (photo below). I have a mobile pass. If I understand correctly, I can't book the train with Italiarail with a mobile pass? Why is that? I found my train on ItaliaRail (photo below) Do I have any other option to book this ticket with a mobile pass at a discounted price? Or do I have to book it at full price (35€) at the Italian train booking website (trenitalia.com)?

HelloI’m going to visit France from Netherlands, can I use One Country Pass to leave NL and get back there? Or do I need to add it as a separate destination/separate pass?

I would like to travel by train from Florence Italy (early October) to Zurich Switzerland. Are there any direct trains? If no what trains do you take? We will have luggage are there limits, we will have two bags each. What is the cost?

Hey!We want to use the Interrail ticket for a month in the summer and would like to buy it now. Do we have to set the final route when buying or can we buy a ticket for five days and decide at short notice where to go?Thanks so much for an answer!

Vielen Dank

My paper passes that I purchased did not arrive, my trip is coming near and I asked them from my country of origin, the NL post does not give a response nor even Eurail, what do I do?

I’d like to book a reservation from Brussels to Amsterdam but I can’t get an option to buy a ticket for the time I’d like to go. I’d like to take the 9:52 from Brussels MIDI to Amsterdam centraal At 11:44 but as you can see I can’t buy a ticket  I will attach photos to explain further. For the options I can buy reservations for; I can’t find those times on the Interrail app to add them to it anyone know something that could help?

I want to travel from bodoe to Narvik without going to Sweden.

Hi. Me and my friend bought a paper pass and now we want to put the pass cover number into the app, so we have the opportunity to make seats reservations in the app. But every time we write our pass cover number in the app, it says error/the pass number is incorrect. Hope you can help. Thank you.

Hi,I got interrail passes for my family and want to make some reservations and so I come to this page. I try to add a traveler to my trip. I enter my last name and then try to enter the pass number, that I find on the confirmation letter for my mobile pass. It starts with an I and then 8 digits follow. But it says that only 6 didgits can be entered so it cuts off the last digits. Is there any kind person who can explain what I should do? Thanks in advance!

Hello all, nice to see such a lively forum here!I just spent 4 hours searching very desperately: we are a group of seven people and we want to go from Paris to Avignon on April 13. The departure must be after 11:30 in the morning.Unfortunately, the reservation app does not say if it is a technical error or there are no reservations available. But the TGV does not seem to be bookable. Now my question: does anyone know of a connection between Paris and Avignon on the regional express, and how do we get a reservation. Even if we did not need one, we can stand somewhere and set in the train.I know these are trivial questions, but I also searched different platforms and did not find a concrete answer.Or does it make sense to just go to a travel agency and ask? Have any of you done this tour before?Would be really really grateful for an answer. Thank you so much

I have two Eurail Global 1st class passes that I plan on using starting april 5th. I can not book one reservation on trips that needs a reservation. It appears the passes are already sold out. If I go to the country railway page it shows plenty if seats. This is very frustrating for two reasons 1) the ridiculous amount of time I have wasted trying to book reservations and then realizing I shouldn't have boughten a pass since it is already sold out. My question is how can I get a refund?

For mobile passes, a travel runs from 0:00 until 23:59 CET, as is mentioned on this page and this page. However, what happens during daylight savings time? If we take the text on these pages literally, then during daylight savings time, a travel day also runs from 0:00 until 23:59 CET, which is 1:00 until 0:59 CEST.I suspect that during daylight savings time, a travel day runs from 0:00 until 23:59 CEST. If that is indeed the case, then I think it's a good idea to state that explicitly on the pages mentioned.

Hi, I have a question. I bought interrail tickets for this year and at the time of purchase I downloaded the app and was able to see all of the trains between each destination and was able to plan it out. This was about 2 months ago. Now however when I try to look up train times for July nothing is available and the train times only go as far as May. I was wondering why this is happening as it was working when I first got the tickets but now I can’t check for July. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hello, I want to travel to the Netherlands.I have a mobile pass. If on the day of the trip I finally want to stay longer in a city and report the time of my next train, is it possible to add this new trip?Knowing that it is impossible to delete a travel day

Hi everyone,I’m planning my first trip with an Interrail Global Ticket and I need some advice. My country of residence is Germany. I’d like to travel back with an over night train from Rome, which ends in Munich, but I have to switch trains then to get back home.I thought I can just use 2 travel days for this on my pass, but the app doesn’t allow me to select the the journeys because I “already used my outbound travel”. I have enough travel days left, but unfortunately I have to switch trains after midnight. Do I have to purchase another ticket to get home? Thanks for your help.

I would like to use my last inbound trip to Germany. The only train I can take is a night train and I have to change trains in Germany the next morning - so I need two days of travel. But I can't get a ticket for the second day because my last trip to Germany is used up.But I absolutely have to take this train. What should I do?

I am planning a trip to Spain and was looking st purchasing a Eruorail pass. I was wondering if the pass is for every train company or just a select few.

Hi there,We just bought a global pass and would like to proceed to some reservation. These reservation canot be made with the eurail website (night trains). To make the reservation on the website of the companies we need the number of our pass.Do anybody knows how to get these number without waiting the shipment of the pass ? Thanks a million !Samuel

Dear community, I have a question regarding my seat reservation. I booked a seat reservation for the train from Lyon (France) to Barcelona (Spain). Since the printed ticket for the seat reservation will be delivered after starting my journey and I will already be at a friend's place at that time, I had to indicate his name and his address as the delivery address. With this post, I just wanted to make sure that the name indicated on the seat reservation ticket will be my name, not his name? My name was automatically chosen as the traveller's name during the booking process, however, I wanted to make sure that everything will be okay with the ticket. Thank you in advance for your replies!

Buenas, tengo un problema compre el pase eurail con pase electronico y no decía nada de las reservas, me entero ahora que solo las reservas de aseinto se pueden hacer con un pase impreso. Alguien sabe como puedo resolver esto? Gracias.

So I will be travelling from Hamburg (Germany) to Madrid (Spain) via Strasbourg (France). My Train departs in Hamburg (Germany) in the evening of my first travel day (outbound) and arrives in Offenburg (Germany) in the morning. In order to get to Strasbourg (France), I will have to take a local train from Offenburg (Germany) to Strasbourg (France), which only takes about 30 Minutes. But because I will be changing trains past midnight in Offenburg, which is still in my home country, the Interrail-App counts it as a second inbound-outbound day, although it is only one journey. Is there a way to avoid this problem?I don’t have the possibility to take an other train or use a different route.
