I have bought Global Passes for myself and my Wife - I have added and activated mine to my phone - I have added her pass also - do I need to remove it and do so on her phone?

Good Afternoon,I have a Interrail Global Pass and have been planning a multi destination journey and have managed to book several seat reservations. I have come unstuck on one section, Innsbruck to Sargans where it says that availibilty is good but I cannot get as far as payment. At  the review your order stage several errors come up, “One leg of your journey could not be booked”,   “Please try to find an alternative connection, the unavailable leg of your journey will be removed from your cart.”It does not allow me to proceed to payment.I have tried various other train times and it comes up with the same issue each time.I would be gratgeful of any help on this matter.Ian

Hello, I am about to visit a friend in the UK, so I bought a One Country Pass. I live in Switzerland, so I need to do a seat reservation for the TGV through France (to Paris) and then the Eurostar (to London). However, I am not able to book a seat, it says “not valid for your pass”. So my first question is, why? Can I travel trough different country with One Country Pass? (I think the answer is YES, because I am travelling directly to London, it is 1 day of travel) Then, I have an old Global Interrail (expired), and I am able to book a seat with this old pass. my second question is: should I book my seats with this old pass? Thank you for the help

Hello everyone, I am trying to reserve a seat on the train leaving HANNOVER HBF on the 18th of April at 14:40 for AMSTERDAM CENTRAAL at 19:00. Whenever I try to reserve seats I get an error stating “Please try to find an alternate connection. The unavailable leg will be removed from your cart.”On EUrail websiteBut the thing is, when I look on the DB website, there is availability on that train and I can even book seat reservations.    I have also tried to mobile eurail website on my phone, but I can’t even add the seats to my cart on there. I’m not sure what’s going on, because I was able to reserve seats on a train from Amsterdam to Paris with no issues.Someone please help, I would like to hold the seat reservation in my EUrail account for simplicity when traveling.

Hi, can I use my mobile interrail pass to check in at my train station in Zwolle? Cause there are like gates where you have to check in with you traincard or pass, but I only have the pass on my mobile..

Hey everyone!Situation: I'm currently stuck in Spain because I have to be in quarantine. Because of that I can't travel back my planned route and use my seat reservations. I booked all of them at a ticket office in France and Germany, so I don't have them digital, only printed with me. The first train back would originally be on the 18th of March. I already tried to check whether I can cancel the tickets on the internet, but DB said on its website that they aren't able to (I'm not sure about that though).  Question: Do you know if there is any way to cancel or at least postpone the reservations? I have friends who would be able to go to a ticket office in Spain for me as well.

I was trying to open my tomorrow’s travel day but I think I selected today’s travel day so I can’t use one day of travel day unfortunately I tried to cancel it but it is impossible .. Is there any way to get back this ??

Hello everybody, I’m planning a trip with my friend, but something is not very clear to us about the use of a night train. We want to know when you want to travel with a night train you can use other trains the whole day. So for example we take a night train that departures at 23.00 are we able to take that whole day all trains we want and then use the night train within one travel day or does the usage of a night train cost one travel day and if we want to take the trains, at that same day as the night train departures, also cost us another travel day?

Hi everyone !I’ve noticed that some travelers ask for similar questions, but it was a few months ago, so maybe the answer has changed. My boyfriend and I would like to go from slovenia to serbia and then from serbia to greece. But impossible to find train which does those route.I think I need to go from Slovenia to Zagreb, ans then from Zagreb to Serbia (Beograd), but I can’t find anything…I hope you can help, Thank you :)

I’ve contacted customer support twice now and still had no response. And I urgently need to book tickets.  I bought a first class three month global pass, and when I first tried to book it seemed that  the pass cover number was incorrect. So Eurail sent me a new number. But still no booking agency, either Eurail or the French site, will accept this new pass number.  I”ve tried every combination of numbers from the ticket and it just says “Your pass number looks incorrect” .Is there any way to get actual help with this issue?  I can’t start travelling until it is sorted. Am pretty upset about this.

HiI am planning my first Interrail adventure. My first journey is from Sweden to the very north of Germany and is with 5 connections, mostly with short  transfer. The risk of missing a connection is therefore present. When I connect a journey to my Interrail pass (not bought or validated yet) will the ticket be valid for the all connections or do I get separate tickets for each part?RegardsRobertPS: I will be using the App, no paper.

Hi! I'm currently planning my 3-month Interrail trip trough Europe and I'm planning to buy an Interrail Global pass (because I'm from Europe). I'm making an overview of all the discounts that apply to the countries I'm visiting. But in some of the descriptions it seems like you can only use an Eurail pass to get the discount. For example:Grimaldi Lines(boat):Grimaldi Lines offers a variety of routes to choose from – travel to Greece, Spain, Italy and its magnificent Island of Sardinia. Admire the spectacular shores of Europe, as you unwind on the deck of the ferries run by Grimaldi Lines. Dive into a world of entertainment and comfort with a range of facilities on board. To shorten long journeys between countries, choose this quick and comfortable ferry trip. Eurail Pass holders get a 20% reduction on ship passage and 10% discount on accomodation (cabin, berth , pullman seats).Does anyone know if I can still get this discount with an Interrail pass? Or is it only for Eurail passes?Greet

I am trying to book to Holyhead from London.  The app lets me get a ticket, but no seat.  Then gives the warning seat reservations are required.  I am utterly confused! help!

Hello!I have found the cost of a reservation between London and Paris (30 Euros) but I do not see one for Paris to London. We will only need a one way ticket to London. Where can I see this information before I purchase a Eurail Pass? Thanks!

Hello everyone!Would somebody know why InterRail pass holders need to pay a extra fee for using Brussels Airport? And what other option do I have, if I want to use a bus from the airport,  do I still need to pay that fee or is it only for using the trains?Thank you.

I am a citizen of a non-European countryI have been living in Germany for less than 6 monthsMy residence permit is not a plastic card, but a long term visa stamp in my passportShould i get the Eurail or interrail pass?

It looks like in order to use Eurostar Trains (from Paris to London) we would need to purchase the Global pass + pay for the reservation. Please confirm this is correct! Thanks!

Hey everyone,I'm about to buy a Global Pass for my journey going from Germany to Denmark, Sweden and Norway and am not sure whether to buy first Class or second Class Pass. In Germany ist common that by purchasing first class tickets seat reservation ist already included. So my question is if somebody knows how this is for Denmark, Sweden and Norway. Do I still have to buy seat reservation or is the reservation even more expensive?Would be perfect if somebody could tell :)

Hi, I’m trying to make a reservation for my friend and I going from Salerno to Florence in Italy. We both have Eurail passes. But when I try to make the reservation it is the same price as without the Eurail pass. Is this functioning correctly? Does that mean the Eurail pass won’t save me any money on this trip? Or have I just not successfully linked our passes to this reservation? Thanks,Josh

Im visiting a friend in Germany but want to see other part of Europe like Brussels, Netherland , France and others. What travel pass should I get?

Hello, sorry if this has been asked before. If I buy eurail pass today for 7 days in 1 month and then book a night train using the eurail, does the 1 month start when I finished the booking process or when I started travelling?
