Solved

I’ve tried planning my route using the rail planner app but can’t seem to find any night trains. Some of the train journeys I’ve chosen are quite long (7-8hrs) and no option for a night train is available. I don’t really want to be going on long journeys during the day so a night train is the best option, does anyone know how to find a night train if it doesn’t show on the app or anything that means I don’t have to travel long hours during the day. Thanks.

I won a discoverEu travel ticket and I was supposed to use it in august but unfortunately i can’t go in august anymore. i already added my pass in the app(with all the information including the validity period) and now i want to change my validity period but i don’t know how. I was wandering if i can do this and if i can maybe explain it to me how to do it. thank you! have a nice day!

I’m trying to book a seat reservation  in advance for June but I am having trouble doing so going from Edinburgh to London. I thought I could book in advance.

I want to visit several countries in approximately 15 days and for example, if my first destination is Italy and I want to visit some cities how does the day of travel work? Because in the application it tells me one day for each city, how could I do that? I would like to know how it works and how it is activated every day of travel. Thank you

Hi, I saw that the website mention about getting deals for accommodation. Are there a list of hotels where we can get reduced pricing?. Is there a promocode to use?We, a family of four are travelling multiple cities (Berlin, Prague, Vienna, Venice, Rome, Milan, Zurich and Paris). How do I get best deals using the pass? Thank you.

Is a return trip  on the same day considered as only one of the ten days? Thank you!

Hello,I want to leave for 3 weekends of 4 days, then I want to leave for 20 days. My first weekend begins in April and my 20-day stay at the end of June. What pass do you recommend?I had thought of the full 3 month pass, is there a more economical option? Moreover, since I will make several trips I will therefore enter and leave my country of France several times. Am I entitled to it? Because I believe that normally you have to go back and leave your country in one trip.Thank you for your answers

I’m thinking about using my pass to board the Vienna to Kiev sleeper, but I might prefer to do so from Budapest rather than Vienna.Of course Ukraine isn’t in the Interrail pass area, but you can use a pass to cover the section up to the border, which is really useful. This isn’t something I found out myself, it’s from this helpful blog: https://railguideeurope.com/nightjet-eurail/Anyway, to cut to the chase, the price from Vienna, for two passholders sharing a compartment, bought at oebb.at, is €114. However, this can only be bought from Vienna (not from any other station en-route) and the ticket can only be collected in person within Austria (so I would probably have to do the journey west-east, in order to have been to Austria first). To buy from or to Budapest, the only option is to go with an agency like Polrail, which doesn’t count any Interrail discount, and charges a whopping 1220zł (€270), plus whatever postage of the physical ticket costs to where you live (unless you collect i

Global Pass: Does the price change if buying the pass last minute or not? Is there a price difference of when you buy the Global Pass? Meaning if I buy the Global Pass 2 months before I start using it, will it be cheaper vs. buying it last minute? The question arises from that of: Do I save money if I buy it in advance or not?

I am new and still confused what exactly “activating” my pass means. I understand that I have to fill in some more information and that I will be able to change my starting date before said that. But can I also deactivate the pass again and get the 85% refund if I decide to return it before my starting date?

My girlfriend and I bought an EURAIL pass and can't reserve a seat from London to Amsterdam. The EURAIL app will not let us boom a reservation for a train from London Pancreas to Amsterdam Centraal despite saying we need a reservation. To double check if the train was booked for pass holders, I checked both the farthest available dates with dates a few months ahead and before our trip and still can't make a reservation via the site. It appears the only way to have a reservation is to buy tickets which defeats the purpose of buying a EURAIL pass in the first place. How do we book tickets with the promised price of $34 per person? We even synced the pass to the trip which said it would be okay to reserve. The starting date is April 1 at 7:00 AM GMT.

When getting on a train to another destination in Europe how do you know which train station to get the train from and which station it goes to? Are there multiple options. Thanks.

I would like to know what is the pass I need to buy, I’m in Paris and I would like to go to London for 2 days and come back to Paris. Do I purchase one country ? which one will be Paris or London?

Does anybody know if in the app (Rail Planner), there's a best station to book a seat reservation from London to Disney Paris? I cannot see inside the app an option directly to the station Marne-la-Vallée. #help

Hola somos un grupo de 4 amigos, y queremos reservar para ir juntos en el tren. ¿se puede hacer?

How do I buy the pass in British Pounds? Can I buy it on the eu site (in Euros) with a English Bank Account?

Hi!I would like to book a seat for a particular train connection that I found in the Interail app. For booking I am always sent to the website, but there I cannot find my suitable connection... Can you tell me how else I can make a reservation for the connection ? Or can I theoretically go without a reservation? After all, I can already download the ticket for my connection, even without reservation. Thanks for your help!

We have completed our trip using the rail-app. All tickets for our group of 8 people are on my telephone. I now realize when I loose my phone we have no back-up. I thought of making print-screens and sent those to each member of the group. I don't know whether this is acceptable for inspection in the train. My question:Is there a way to make an easy backup for all the trips I have created for our group? Thanks for rely.

Hello!i want to make a reservation for my first train which is Montpellier (France) to Valencia (Spain) with a change of train at Barcelone, but I don’t have the same informations on the website of Interrail and on the app : the cost on the app is 40€ and on the website it is 17€ for the same train. Also the website mentions I’ll receive a print ticket and the app does not.which one should I use ?

Hi, I am looking into the trainride from Hamburg (Germany) to Hirtshals (Denmark) and on the app it says that seat reservations are required, but when I have to pay it says it is optional? On the website it also says that it is not required.. Can I hop on the train without a reservation? Thanks in advance!

I am looking to travel round Europe for two months starting in late April. I want to reserve seats on certain high-speed trains but unsure how to do this without fully activating my pass. Is there a way I can reserve seats months in advance without activating my two months of travel?

I have a Global Pass and need to reserve a seat on Eurostar, but the timetables on the two sites don’t match! How can I be sure I’ll have a seat to start and end my journey? This question is too confusing for the chatbot to deal with!!
