Hey! I’m currently in Athens and I would like to buy the greek islands pass. The problem is that it’s not possible to buy the mobile pass for the greek islands, and that if I order it, it’ll take took much time to get here. I need it asap… Is there a place in Athens where I can buy this pass?  Thanks in advance

A friend and I want to book a ferry from Bari to Patras with the Greek islands interrail pass with 6 travel days within a month. We read in the information guide about this pass that we can book a bed on the ferry with a first class pass only. If we try to purchase the Greek islands pass online we don't have an option for first class. How do we get a bed on the ferry? Do we need to choose this when making the reservation at the ferry company?

Hi,Im going to be travelling to Norway next week and am trying to book out overnight trains down to Oslo, but whilst I have a mobile pass, it only allows me to get a paper ticket. It won’t arrive in the UK before I go and don’t want to get it sent to Norway. Is there anyway of getting it sent to the ticket office? Or being able to book it when I get to the station? I don’t want to get stranded if I can’t do the latter.Any advice or solution would be most appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Hello, This is my first time here ! There's one point that I cannot understand.. Can I travel in two countries on one day of journey ?? Or is it just one country in one day of journey ?? For example I would like to go from Grenoble (France) to Milano (Italy) and to Slovenia in one day. The first night of sleep would be in Slovenia... Thank you so much for your help. Evmorfia

Hello, I am considering using a Global Pass for traveling. I have two questions where I have difficulty finding answers to. Do you need to create a complete trip with dates before you can start or can you just plan your trip for the first day and plan while you are traveling.  One of the people that will travel with us is not a residence in our start country. Will that person be able to start with us and will the card work the same for all of us if we arrive to the country where that person lives ?

I'm traveling with my friend, each one have the app in their own phone but in my app doesn't show app the same trip than hers not the same time not the same train and even more expensive

If I want to get on the Bernina Express panoramic train from Tirano to St. Moritz (and/or vice versa), do I need a pass that covers Italy as well as Switzerland, or do they waive the requirement for Italy because its such a short stint in Italy (and because that’s what I want the answer to be, but I suspect it won’t be… hahaha).

Is the one-country-interrail pass Switserland valid for the Bernina expresbus? I want to travel from ST Moritz viaTirano to Lugano? I already have the seat-reservations. The express-bus Tirano-Lugano crosses Italy.

which journeys by train do I have to write down in my ticket, if I don't take the train on a day I still have to write it down & will it then be counted

Hi there,Our family is ready to purchase a Global Pass 10 days/2 Months. Per the conditions on the site I see that we have an 11 month deadline to use the pass. Does this mean we have to activate the pass within 11 months, or complete our 10 days of travel within 11 months?Due to possible (but hopefully unlikely) new Covid issues I want to know when would be our last day to cancel the pass and get a full refund?  The site says a full refund is possible if one cancels “no later than six months from the last possible activation date of the Pass”.For example if today is January 31(purchase day), Expiration day 11 months from now would be December 31 and 6 months prior to this is June 30. So would June 30 be our latest cancellation day?Our first day of using the rail system will be in late May, so I think we are OK here, but just want to make sure as there seems to be some ambiguity of the terms.Thank you! John

Heyy, I have a question, do I have to do it online when I book my ticket & specify which cities I'm going to, including those between trips.  e.g. Paris - Rouen Rouen - Dieppe Dieppe - Rouen

My wife and I plan to travel from Venice to Paris, via Munich on the Night Jet and then TVG in Oct 2022. We have 1st class Eurail passes and know we need to book the sleeper in 90 days prior and 120 days advance for the TVG.How do we reserve the sleeper portion?  I have checked the Night Jet and it wants to book it as if we do NOT have passes.Thank you.

Want to visit rome, Florence, naples.   Dose euro rail serve these towns?  Is there option to get hotel through euro rail?.   If i get Italy euro pass can go round trip to rome?   Is there a phone number with live agent?   Your robot rubbish!

I have not received my paper pass even though I ordered it on November 26th of 2021. The tracking updates have also stopped updating, with the last update being on January 1st 2022. It seems as if my pass may have been lost in the mail. I would like to obtain a mobile pass as a replacement for my paper pass.   After reading through the return and replacement policies it seems that an exchange is only possible if I send the paper pass back. Is it possible to obtain a replacement pass if I am unable to send the paper pass back due to it being lost in the mail?

Can someone help me with the pass i need please? So my plan would be start from my home town and travel to London i want to travel to Norway so i know i need to travel via various country's i want to keep the cost down so only overnight stays in hotels en-route if i really need to.I wish to be in Norway from 3rd August-7th August so will book 7 night accommodation then do the journey home. May not travel around Norway so much while we are there will maybe hire a car . Hello!I am searching for a route between Berlin and Split. Right now, I have 2 options: by Flixbus from Zagreb to Split, or with a nightboat from Ancona to Split. Both are not fully covered by the global pass. What is the best way to travel to Split? (I think by boat, but the journey to the boat isn't pleasant in my opinion)Thanks!

Hello, why is the global pass cheaper than the one country pass? We are wanting to interrail around Switzerland but it is cheaper for us to buy the global pass. Will this still give the same experience as one country pass? :) thank you

Am I reading the rules correct that if I want to travel from Inverness to France, I can only use the Interail pass for one journey, I.e. either the Inverness to London or the London to Paris but not both?

Hi, I was wondering how I get to certain landmarks, activities etc that are not reachable by train. Let’s say that if I stay at a certain hostel somewhere, and an activity is 1 hour away, how would I get there? I assume bus is the common answer, do I just buy a ticket in the bus or are there certain bus companies that are covered by interrail? Thank you, David

Hi, I was wondering if I have a transfer, do I also have to write that in my travel diary? So if I were to travel from Brussels to Nuremberg with a change in Frankfurt do i have to write: from brussels to nuremberg and then from nuremberg to frankfurt or can I just write from brussels to Nuremberg on my travel diary? Thank you, David

I wasn’t able to book a nightjet ticket for July on the Amsterdam to Vienna route via ÖBB as there weren’t any routes showing in my search. So I asked ÖBB’s customer services why this was, and got a reply today: “The reason why the Nightjet from Amsterdam to Vienna is not bookable is due to construction works. The timetable still has to be worked out for this. Therefore, please keep trying to book the desired journey.” Does anyone know about this, and when the timetable is likely to be “worked out”? I am a bit confused about the advice to keep trying! I’ve got a whole family holiday resting on very specific travel requirements, so would appreciate a bit of help understanding if I should just find an alternative if if it’s likely I’ll be able to book this route in a few months. I could ask ÖBB but the last reply took 11 days so thought it would be faster here.  Thanks!

Eurail Global Pass Ref: TLVCPYI am a tourist from India who got this pass prior to my travel to Europe. I had used the Eurail Pass on a few occasions in the past years. Those days it was just physical paper and I had to just put in the date of my travel before I board any train, it was easy and simple to start with after validating the pass at a train station before my first travel. With this digital pass I had downloaded the app and tried working on it. Sooner I realized to have done something and lost the 1st day of travel (19th of Oct 2021) even without traveling anywhere. I had to make my travel on 21st morning from Geneva to Rosenheim (Germany). So on 20th visited the train station at Cornavin, Geneva I showed by Eurail pass details entered in the app and also by travel details for next day. The person who attended me at the Information center said my Eurail Pass was all set and I can have an hassle free travel. Next day at Geneva Aeroport train station again I went and asked a per

Hi, I was wondering if I need a credit card when I go interrailing for three months for hostels etc. or if just a debit card is enough. Thank you, David
