Hi everyone!I am planning my journey from Germany down to Grenoble, France, and realized the Browser & the App show different options for the journey. It is not alway the same connections. What is your experience - which one is the more reliable? How long in advance to you plan trips and what are your tips?My journey might be up to 12 hours, so I am hoping to plan in a way that I do not have to make last minute changes.

I would like to book the Napoles - Catania (Italy) night train. If I am not logged in, the interrail page shows a reservation fee of 3€ for the normal seat, if I log in to make the reservation, the price change to 97 € per person, thats even more than the normal ticket price from TrenItalia (79 €). How can I book a normal 2nd class seat for € 3? Is it better to make a reservation in the office on site?ThanksEllen

Hello! Can anyone help me to find out if this train is still running or not:Train from Kraljevo to Kosovska Mitrovica Sever (06:50 - 10:22 and 14:50 - 18:22). If I search this train on the official Website of the serbian railway company, I find the train http://www.srbvoz.rs/en/timetable/:But if I search this train in the official European Rail Timetable - Book, it shows me only a train from Kraljevo to Raska, and on the official Timetable of the serbian railway company it shows me only a train to Rudnica: https://www.srbvoz.rs/en/timetable-kurir/Anyone here to explain me that problem? :)

Hi!I started travelling with my Interrail Global Paper pass since december 11. I have four travel days included, but I would like to extend it to 5 days or a two months pass with more days. How would I go about changing the pass? Is it a problem that it is a paper pass? Can my new one be a mobile pass? How long would the process take? thank you trainlovers 🚂!

hello, Unfortunately I typed the name of my girlfriend wrong so she cant activate her pass. We actually wanted to travel tomorrow.. is there any chance to get a fast answer of the customer service?

The train TGV 9570 from Germany to France on 28th December 6:52PM says cannot reserve on the Interrail seat reservation online system. Can I find reservations at the counter? Or does it mean that the reservations are not available for pass holders even if I get it done offline through a manned sales of DB? Also is there any other way? As I really need to reserve it and travel

We have a trip already started and a partner have some symptoms. We have used one day of the seven days in a month pack. We want know if some covid policy allows to freeze the month to retake later.

I live in Malmo, Sweden and will travel in Oslo in Jan. I wish to also travel from Oslo to Tromso. Does one country pass cover that travel because google search does not show any train from Oslo to Tromso. I also have an opinion that north Norway train network is not connected to rest of Norway.is it useful to buy one country pass for Norway, 3 days for this travel. I will just go and come back to Malmo via Oslo.

My trip from London to Brussels was canceled by Eurostar, who told me to contact Interrail for a refund. What now?

So, has these restrictions now caused no travel between the two countries?  So, if I just purchased tickets on yesterday through Eurostar,  I can't get my money back at all? I am a US citizen as I was trying to celebrate my anniversary there.  Am I reading this correctly???  Please help ????

hello everybody! It's my first time with Global Pass and I have a question:I travel from the Nederlands (Den Bosch) to Munich, i leave at 8:55, I am going to stay in Munich a couple of hour. Then the same day at 23:30 I take the night train from Munich to Budapest, I arrive the next day at 9:02. Is this 1 or 2 days?

Hello everyone! I’m first time traveling with Interrail and in need of your help. I want to travel from Germany to Italy this December. During my stay in Italy, i might travel to some cities there. Then, I will travel to Spain for several days, back to Italy. Then travel back to Germany. My questions are: Global pass will cover train cost from Germany to Italy and return. Is it correct? And it is considered 2 travel days? Does Global pass cover cost for using trains from Italy to Spain and return to Italy? Does it cover trains cost forward and back within Italy cities? cities within Spain? Thanks so much. Truc

Hello :-)I’m attempting to book seat reservations for Paris Est to Strasbourg for 17 December and also for Turckheim to Paris Est for 22 December with Eurail pass already purchased.  However, it’s given me no options at all to book.  Is this possible that they are all sold out for all trains?   Note, one passenger is a child age 10. Looking for insight?  Should I be booking on a different site other than Eurail?  Help!Thank you kindly!Jenny Snapp :-)

Hi,Me and my friend are going from Verona to Zagreb on the 29th. It looks like we either need to buy a ticket or reserve a seat for the train from Trieste to Ljubljana at 13:03 (link below). Our Interrail app says we can’t book this connection through Interrail, but need to book it ourselves. Do we need to buy a ticket or can we just reserve a seat and show our Interrail passes? https://fahrplan.oebb.at/webapp/?context=TP&SID=A%3D1%40O%3DTrieste%20Centrale%40X%3D13770431%40Y%3D45657408%40U%3D181%40L%3D8300107%40B%3D1%40p%3D1639644439%40&ZID=A%3D1%40O%3DLjubljana%40X%3D14512940%40Y%3D46058687%40U%3D181%40L%3D7900003%40B%3D1%40p%3D1639644439%40&date=30.12.2021&time=01:00:00&timeSel=1&returnTimeSel=1&journeyProducts=7167&start=1&context=TP&SID=A%3D1%40O%3DTrieste%20Centrale%40X%3D13770431%40Y%3D45657408%40U%3D181%40L%3D8300107%40B%3D1%40p%3D1639644439%40&ZID=A%3D1%40O%3DLjubljana%40X%3D14512940%40Y%3D46058687%40U%3D181%40L%3D7900003%40B%3D1%40p%

I am trying to plan a trip to Italy in the Summer of 2022 when I was looking online at the train schedules, I noticed that after a certain date, some trains are not available. For example I was looking at trains from Rome to Perugia and it shows trains that are available until June 12, after June 12 there are no trains that go from Rome to Perugia. I found this with a few other trains, is there something I am looking at wrong or do the trains just not run after June 12?I was thinking maybe it has to do with being too far in advance but I am able to look at other itineraries a year in advance.I have traveled a lot throughout Europe but this will be my first time using EuRail, so I am still a little unsure of how it works! I would love to book my trip as soon as I can so any help would be greatly appreciated!

I need help/advice for the following itinerary by train. Thank you.Feb 20 - Munich to St. MoritzFeb 25 - St. Moritz to Kitzbuehel, AustriaMarch 2 - Kitzbuehel - Munich

Hi, we have booked two 1 months passes for December 13 to January 13 in Switzerland and activated them as we were almost about to leave for the trip. However due to new restrictions we couldn’t travel anymore… we paid a lot of money and would be really pity if it all went to waste. The pass is active and the first travel day already passed but it has never used… is there a way to refund it or move it to another time considering these extraordinary circumstances?

Hi! I bought a second class pass for 4 days. Travelling from Copenhagen to Stockholm is one of my journeys. This journey, however, requires a reservation. I tried doing this via SJ‘s website and it actually works. The thing is that the 2nd class reservation costs 69kr but right next to it there’s the option to choose first class for 140kr which sounds really tempting. Since I had to provide my Interrail pass number in the process I’m wondering if I can make the 1st class reservation and take that train (with my 2nd class pass)? Do you think that’s possible or shouldn’t I even had the option to choose a first class reservation? Thanks!Cheers,Andrej

Thus must be a simple question available somewhere but could someone tell me what EU countries accept Eurail global pass which are not in Schengen zone? I think UK is one. Maybe Scandinavian countries?

My family have just come home from our first interrail trip (Örebro, Sweden - Nimes, France). It sais on our global passes, that we can send them in, and get a gift. Where shall we send them?

For only seat reservation through bahn.de it says reservation impossible. Do someone know why is so? And how can i reserve a seat online without calling or going to ticket office?

Hello! I‘ve bought a Global Pass with four travel days. My trip is the following:Day 1 (19.12.21): Cadiz-Sevilla-BarcelonaDay 2 (20.12.21): Barcelona-Lyon-Geneve (inbound)Day 3 (27.12.21) Geneve-Lyon-Barcelona (outbound)Day 4 (28.12.21) Barcelona-Sevilla-CadizMy homecountry is Switzerland and I expected one inbound and one outbound journey with this global pass. But on the pass it‘s written „not valid in Switzerland“. Why? Thanks and best regards

Hi everyone. I decided to go first time by train to Spain. But I reealized some connectins or trains wich can be find on national railway company's train finder can't be find in interrail train finder. For example connection between Barcelona and Cádiz can't be found at all, even though Renfe finder finds lots of connections. Interrail finder even doesn't know city of Cádiz. Or there are some trains which appears on Renfe finder, namely AVLO no. 06301 at 6:20 7th of january 2022, which can catch TGV 9708, but Interrail finder find just AVE no. 03063 at 6:30 the same day. But this train arrives to Barcelona just after departing TGV 9708. How can I load the journey to my mobile global pass if the finder does't even find specific train. Or can i just activate the travel day by another journey, sit on board to another train with reservation bought in the station and inspector will accept it? I don’t know how obligatory the trip loaded in mobile pass is.Thanks for your answer.
