Solved

good afternoon!  We are having trouble reserving our seats on the 31/12/2021 09:10 barcelona sants - 15:46 Paris gare dy lyon train (tgv train 9708).  The eurail page system gives me an error and restarts the operation.  Is it possible to make reservations for our seats with you?  We live in Argentina and for this reason it is impossible for us to go through the station at the moment.

The Eurail Planning app says there are half a dozen trains from Annecy France to Geneva Switzerland on Sunday. However, when I check the French Oui-scnf app, it shows no trains Trainline also shows no trains at all. A local fellow says there are no trains or not dependable, and recommends the bus. But the Eurail app still shows these train trips - they are TER (SCNF) trains with numbers and stops listed out.  Can anyone explain what is going on? Is the planning app wrong, or is SCNF wrong? I am not sure if the train office will be open on a Sunday to ask them.

Hello all, On this page, it is said that the pass holders can travel by bus to Prague from Munich or Nuremberg (see the screenshot) : https://www.interrail.eu/en/plan-your-trip/trains-europe/trains-country/trains-germany But I can't find more information, it doesn't appear on the page "benefits". And when I plan a "Munich-Prague" trip with the timetable, there is no bus. How can I have more information and book a seat ?And is it only for the Germany pass holders, or also for the global pass holders ? Thank you !

I was planning my trip on the app, but one trip that I found with the trip planner online does not appear in the app. So I wanted to add it manually, but I was wondering how I should fill it in with a trip that has a transfer. Do I add the different trains individually or just from the beginning city to the last city? Thankyou :)

Hi everyone, My friend and I were thinking of using our pass in the new year and was wondering how we can send our PCRs in advance to countries to prove that we are negative? Or were wondering how it would be possible at all to travel at this time considering the need for PCR testing in almost every country? Thanks, Ben

I wonder if anyone could inform me how to handle this situation if it arises again. I had my ugliest train experience in Switzerland, on the 18 minute train ride from Lauterbrunnen to Interlaken. This train line is not SBB and so not offer free rides, but does give a 25% discount with the pass. I bought two paper tickets - which would have been about 7 chf each but were discounted to 5 chf or so. So I saved 2 chf using the pass.  A conductor questioned me about it - and wanted to see the QR code for the pass. Since the train trip does not even appear in the rail planner, I had no idea how I could generate a ticket. This was further compounded by having no internet access. I am not sure if I could have added it manually or what to do.  This conductor was almost yelling at us like she had caught some criminals sneaking on the train, and demanding we go with her to the office at the terminus. This then entailed nearly an hour of my time. At one point I went over to the grocery store acros

Hi everyone, I have a three month Eurail global pass and my mobile device shows the validity period as: 11 OCT - 10 DEC 2021. I presume then, that the pass will be valid on the 10th of December? I'm just confirming as I don't want to be left with an invalid pass on the final day.  Thank you very much

Hello,Would it be possible to add the trip to the pass while journey has started? I mean if i forgot to add it before train departs, can i still add it to the pass after departure time? Thank you.

Is Eurail community and the Interrail community the one and thesame organisation?

Hello, Can i link 2 trips to the same pass?My pass is 10 dsys in 2 months and in each month i have different itinerary which i need separated in 2 diferent trips but linked to the same pass. Thanks for answering,Matei

Hi, I just had an enquiry about buying a pass. I have been living in the UK on a Youth Mobility Visa since May 2019. My visa originally ended in May 2021, but due to COVID19 I had my visa extended until December 2021. My permanent residence card that I received on arrival to the UK has expired (with my original visa end date). I will be travelling on my Australian passport, so with my UK resident card being expired do I need to buy a eurail pass instead?

Well, our trip got cut very short. We flew home last week just as most of the countries we had planned to visit began shutting down, lockdowns and canceling events.  This may not be the forum to pose the question of a refund so if not, please let me know.  We have a 3 month Global Pass and did use it several times so under normal circumstances no refund is possible but I’m hoping that due to the Covid situation some partial refund would be.  Thanks for any information available.  Glenn

I’m trying to buy a ticket and am at Check Out. On the Traveler Details page where you fill out your honorifics (which should include other options than Mr and Ms for our non-binary friends, such as Mx perhaps), name, surname, birthday and country of residence I’ve run into a problem. My country of residence (Sweden) is not on the list. Noticed that neither is Turkey. Was planning to travel a month from now.

Hi!I am trying to change the Validity (start date) of my pass and can’t seem to find where I do that.  Does anyone have a suggestion or knowledge on how to do this? Thank you~Lori

I'm Eurail Pass holder.I boarded the Berlin S-Bahn yesterday and I showed a mobile QR, but the reading was not successful and I got a penalty paper.I just emailed a protest, Is there anything else I can do?

I and my friend are planning to travel from Zagreb to Split in a few days. However, the ticket is available in only a paper format and it won't deliver as we are late with the booking. It is suggested on the Eurail app that we buy it offline. We are traveling in Prague and Budapest and probably Ljubljana before that. Can we buy the ticket offline at any of these stations, or do we have to buy it in Croatia itself? We don't want to risk not getting a booking.

Hello, I am trying to book a TGV between Marseille and Lyon for Saturday the 25th.However I get an unexpected error during the last step of the process and I don’t know why, could somebody help me out please ?

Bonjour !
