Solved

Hi anyone and everyone: I have a Eurostar reservation tomorrow from Brussels to London, already paid for and confirmed. However, when I try to add the journey in the app, it can’t find my train (only an earlier or later one). I’m worried I might have issues if I only have a reservation and not a journey QR code? Many thanks to anyone who has some advice here at short notice!Cheers!

My mother and I have our Passes and now I am trying to see what the pass itself covers. We are planning to go through several countries but I was wondering if the Pass only covers the main trains between countries or also smaller lines within each country? For reference, we are going to Paris, Germany, Prague, Vienna, Austria, Rome and Switzerland.

I already tried contacting someone from Interrail but it says that they will try to get back to me within 7 days!I don’t have 7 days!! My booking number is IN30326752

Why ten app does not let me reserve from Paris to Barcelona??

Gracias. Mi nombre es Liliana Maselli de Argentina.

Hi there :)I’m thinking about buying a Global Pass 4 Days in 1 Month to do a trip to Spain (Barcelona) and Scottland (Glasgow). Regarding to interrail, I’d have to pay over 100 € extra for seat reservations for this trip. Are the prices on this page realistic? A reservation on a TGV for example costs 31 € for example. Is this true? Thanks so much for your help!Best, Lisa

Ahoy! I am trying to book my first travel day and have selected the following route for Monday 25 of October, 2021: Edinburgh to London Kings Cross London St. Pancras Intl to Brussels-Midi Brussels-Midi to Wels, Austria. When I click on “My Pass” I am able to see my ticket for all three trains. But all three require seat reservations and I have been unable to make them on the website or the app. I saw that UK reservations need to be made at the train station - is this correct? Am I guaranteed a seat on the train if I have the QR code or do I run the risk of losing a place on the train if I can’t get to the station soon enough (example: I have a 51 minute turn around from Kings Cross to St. Pancras - is that enough time to reserve a seat? For two of my trains, the app reads “Seat reservations required - from N/A” - does that mean the train is sold out? And is there a way to reserve my ticket on ES 9142 from St. Pancras to Brussels-Midi in advance? Thank you for your patience with all of t

Is the Global Pass valid in Great Britain or not? I find a lot of conflicting information on this and when I contacted Avanti West Coast customer support to ask for reservations they denied that Interrail passes are valid on the train. In favourhttps://www.eurail.com/en/get-inspired/top-destinations/great-britain-trainhttps://www.nationalrail.co.uk/stations_destinations/interrail.aspx AgainstAvanti West Coast customer supporthttps://twitter.com/raildeliverygrp/status/1159052759653634048https://www.raildeliverygroup.com/media-centre/press-releases/2019/469775895-2019-08-07.html How do I tell whether we can travel in Great Britain or not and how do I reserve seats? Eurail support is not responding to the question.

I want to go back from Poland to Germany but are planning to stop for a few hours in Berlin. I couldn't find a way to do this with the travel planner. I'm afraid that after adding the first train the inbound trip would be used cannot be used anymore for the long leg in Germany. Any idea or experience? Or should I just add the whole day as one leg manually?

Hi travel matesI am trying to find a way to go from Italy to Greece but the app does not give me any train.¿Which are the combination i should do?Hoping you are all right

Hello, so a Friend and I want to visit Sarajevo. However, we can't find the country or the city in the app. Has anyone here had any experience with Bosnia-herzegovina?

Is it possible to change the number of travel days after buying the pass? (And to get a refund). I still have over a week before activating the pass, Im not sure if this would affect it…Has anyone tried to do it?

My phone is completely broken due to water damage. I have a replacement phone now, but I cannot reach anyone from Eurrail to change my pass to another device. I have already sent an email but it takes very long for them to respond. I need to travel soon and need my pass… anyone that can help?

Hi Been a while since i planned a trip, trying to find the 1801 train from prague to zurich which arrives at 0820 the next day. First time Interrail user!1. I want to travel to the UK from Germany (where I live), and my intention is to travel to Brussels, then to London (via the Eurostar) on the same day - or does the Eurostar count as one travel day on its own?2. And also, can I take any route from Berlin to Brussels? IE, could I go from Berlin to Dortmund, stay there for a few hours, then go from Dortmund to Cologne, Cologne to Brussels, or must I take the most direct route?3. And finally (sorry for all the questions!), I was thinking of going to Brussels one way, and to Amsterdam or Paris on the way back from London via the Eurostar - any suggestions for best route?I’m trying to plan the quickest/cheapest but most fun way to go back to the UK, and deciding on whether to book the Interrail or individual tickets! Thanks in advance!!

Hello everyone. I have some questions about the interrail pass. I would like to take it to travel in Europe and precisely Lyon/Liège. How does it work? I just have to pay the 185 euros for the 4-day pass per month and I can take any train? I saw that we had to book, that increases the final price, no? Thank you for your future answers

Hi all,I have a question regarding the policies of interrail about the duration of a day of the pass. Since a day of the pass is valid from 00:00 to 23:59 of that day, if i take a train before that the day pass ends but i am arriving after midnight, is this starting another day pass or not?I am going with a concrete example: I Take a train at 23:50 and i arrive at 6:30, is this ticket starting the new day pass?Hope you understoodThanks in advanceAndrea

Hi, I’ve seen on the website eurail.com that Estonia and its railways Elron should be covered in the Global Pass. My plans hae changed a bit and I’m currently in Estonia but I’m unable to find any of the Estonian towns in the official Eurail timerables and thus can’t “purchase” any ticket. What can I do? My Pass will be valid from tomorrow. Has anything changed and Estonia isn’t part of Eurail anymore? Thanks

Hello I have a NC100 with mostly the same possibilities as BC100. So at least by rumors I have heard, that I can drive to from Germany to Basel Badischer Bahnhof. In Basel Badischer Bahnhof I am geographically in Switzerland. Can I drive from Basel Badischer Bahnhof further in Switzerland with the One Country Ticket for Switzerland? If not: Are there any workarounds?

HelloI can see two different Basel Badischer Bahnhof (one for Switzerland and one for Germany) in the Interrail-App. Why there are no trains driving from Basel Badischer Bahnhof (Switzerland) but trains drive form Basel Badischer Bahnhof (Germany)? Can I drive with One Country Ticket Switzerland from Basel Badischer Bahnhof (Germany) to Destination in Switzerland?
