I am trying to fill out the trip planner but cannot find one of our destinations Fussen Germany. Why isn’t this a listed destination?

Hi everyone!Does anyone knows when will the timetable be available for late December?I´m planning to travel to Europe for Christmas, but train times are only available till December 11.Thanks,Mohsin

We’re trying to travel from newcastle  uk to figures vilafante spain, and need to make seat reservations. We have successfully done so for eurostar, but the french connection requires sending paper tickets and there is insufficient time. We can’t have our tickets sent to a hotel in France as we’re doing the trip in one day and not staying at a hotel.Does anyone know how we can make a seat reservation and pick up from a ticket machine or station?I know we could risk it and try and make a seat reservation when we arrive at the station in France, but I want to book it in advance, and pick up the paper ticket for the reservation when we arrive. Also, we’ve tried calling SNCF and they weren’t helpful or clear about how to proceed.

A friend and I are currently travelling through Sweden. To reserve seats in Swedish trains (which is required) interrailers must digitally reserve seats through the Interrail app. When attempting to add my paper pass to the mobile app, everything works fine until I have to fill in the Paper Pass' Pass Code. This consistrntly produces an error due to an incorrect / invalid pass code. The error: "Your Pass Code Doesn't Seem right" keeps appearing, altough I am certain that the Pass Code is correct on paper (starting with 'I', 8 digit numbers. After browsing the forums I noticed many people with a similar issue, and it tends to be a technical hiccup on Interrail's side. This is correct right? Both in person at trainstations or SJ's (Swedish Rail) website don't sell seat reservations separately. Due to this I have been stuck in Gothenburg, and it is starting to get costly :( Please help me out ASAP (providing me with a new code?), I would be more than willing to call / email concerning this

I am a travel agent and working with a 3rd party travel vendor from whom my clients booked pre-pandemic. Now that we are rebooking their trip, the 3rd party is telling me that the clients have a pass purchased through them, but they can no longer make reservations for the client. Is it possible for me to book their reservations on their behalf? I see in the tutorials that once you have added a pass to your account, you cannot change it to another device. I am very worried because I added the pass to my phone in an attempt to book their reservations. The only part of the pass that will show up is for their minor daughter. As I was trying to trouble shoot, I found the information that the pass cannot be added to another device. The 3rd party travel vendor is no help. This is my first experience with booking rail in this manner. Please help.

My QR-CODE is not recognized by the scanners of conductors in Czech Republic. They are telling me it would be invalid. Some conductors are just having a look at it and ignore it, some are forcing me to buy a ticket. How to deal with this issue?

I live in UK, which pass do I need to travel around Europe? Eurrail or Interrail?

Hi Everyone!I`m Alba, live in Germany but I´m from Spain. These Winter I would like to spend two weeks with my Family in Seville, but I don´t want to travel with plane, so… I decided to take only train for the journey. I found some difficulties to check the travel and I need some help…I already check that I need 2 Days travel for my destination, Essen - Brussels, Brussels-Lyon, Lyon-Barcelona (first day), Barcelona-Seville (second day) but, I don´t have any idea about the reservation requirements… How can I estimate how much are going to cost the hole trip? Can I check this before I buy the Worldpass? Thanks !

For the Brussels - Vienna direct connection. Is there always a discount if you book together with an Interrail pass?Because if I check a few dates on the OBB website, and look with and without an interrail pass, the price doesn't change at all.If I understand the prices correctly via the following link:  https://www.nightjet.com/nl/buchung/tarifinformationen/interrail-eurail-paesse, then I arrive at a reservation price of 14 + 144 + 20 euros = 178 euros. But I see a lot of prices of 229.90 euros for a single deluxe sleeper cabin.Who can give me more information about this?Thank you!

Hi, I am new to interrailSo I wanted to make a reservation for the nighttrain EN 50467 (Zurich-Prague). On the rail planner app I can find this train and it says that it is a direct train.  But I can’t seem to find this train on any other website, not even on the czech railway website. The only other connection I found (leaving around the same time) is one where I would have to change trains early in the morning and that would mean I would have to use 2 travel days (if I understood that right). And this connection isnt even shown ob the rail planner app so I wouldn’t be able to connect it to my mobile pass (i think). Please help:(

I would like to reserve the train from paris to barcelona on 19th of August. In the reservation tool I see this can only be a paper ticket. However, it is not possible for me to organise this. Is there a way to get a e-ticket? Can I for example go to the trainstation of Amsterdam tomorrow to reserve this ticket? Or is it only possible to do so when I am in Paris?@community manager - I see there are more people with this question.  Thanks a lot! :)Pomme

Maybe a bit cheeky to ask but does anyone know if there are any 10% discount promotions in the pipeline? I have plans to travel but I'm waiting with my purchase for a promotion to save quite a bit on my ticket 😇😇😇

hello,we have a question concerning the german rail pass.Is it possible to use it for nighttrains from switzerland (we have a general abonnement for switzerland)? We would like to take the Night train from Zürich to Hamburg. Thanks for any advice

Hey Guys! I was supposed to start my first day of travel from Berlin to France on Saturday. Because of the strike, I could not start my trip. Deutsche Bahn customer service told me that I can  use the old ones for the german Part of my trip and get new tickets for the route in France at the train station. But at the train station I was refused at the counter. I was told I can only use Deutsche Bahn tickets and in France I have to buy new ones. I can't reach anyone from intrail, only just now that I've found this forum. My outbound trip is blocked, I cannot book a new route from Berlin. In addition, so much time has passed now that I cannot use the global pass as planned...

Hi there! Today we were supposed to travel from Genova to The Netherlands. but due to strikes in Italy and Germany we are stranded in Milano. Who should we contact? and can get our travel days back or a refund. Interrail didn’t informed us about the Italy strike.

Hi there,my girlfriend and I wanted to use our Interrail pass, but because of strikes couldn’t use our outbound travel day yesterday. Hence, we made a reservation for tomorrow, when the strikes are over - but reralize now that we have no outbound travel day anymore and hence can’t use the trains we made a reservation for. What can we do?Best regardsLeon

HI! I’m gonna be starting my first interrail trip in about week and I have a question about the luggage storage possibilities in trains. I’m going to be travelling with a bigger suitcase and was wondering if there are usually some sorts of separate luggage storage spaces in trains? Also how have you managed to keep an eye on your luggage while travelling by train so that it doesn’t get stolen? Thank you for your help!

Hello, I went to Slovenia for the holidays with the interrail pass and I am in the process of organizing my return. However, I encountered some problems when booking certain trains. Especially for a TGV between Munich HBF (Germany) and Paris Est (France) on Thursday 12 August.  It leaves at 06:46 AM and arrives at 12:33 AM and it has as reference the TGV 9576. When I am on the interrail booking tool, I cannot book the train. So I tried directly on the oui.sncf site, but again it was impossible to reserve only the seats. How would you proceed in this situation? thanks in advance M.Bouchet

I’m trying to book Eurostar from London to Paris in early March but it says “fares have not been received from carrier.” Any ideas what this means? It’s less than 5 months away, and I thought reservations would be available by now.

I've been trying to research the interrail website for how I could travel with my small dog from Stockholm to Edinburgh and back using the Interrail. (not for the purpose of sightseeing, but to go and visit family in Scotland.)  My own research suggests traveling Sweden-Denmark-Germany-Holland, and then take the ferry from Hook of Holland to Harwich, and then train up from London to Edinburgh. I would have no intentions on staying at any of the stopover places, and I would be happy to travel overnight and sleep on the train for example, since this is just to get to Scotland, not a sightseeing trip. My research calculates the travel time at roughly 1-2 days per way, would I be fine with the Global pass? I’ve also read that some ferries are included in the interrail pass, would the ferry from Hook of Holland to Harwich be included?Thankful for all the help, as I’m getting quite desperate. (can’t fly the dog over, but can’t leave him at home with somebody either.)

Hi, I am traveling from Amsterdam to Copenhagen tomorrow and I am confused about reservation. Different websites says different things. Some recommend to book it others don’t. So what happens if I don’t book a seat? One of the websites say that there is a high availability. Can I book it later if needed? The price comes too high to book.

Am I able to get a refund since My pass has no QR Code and this has made it impossible to use the pass?I purchased a 10 day pass, was able to book my first ticket and have not been able to use the pass since. I’m currently traveling, EURail has no one to contact  and responses are delayed for 7 days. I purchased this pass in good faith. but it unfortunately it is a subpar product/service and should be fixed before it is sold to consumers. I have spent hours at counters trying to make reservations and have to end up paying out of pocket every time. I would like to be refunded the the unused 9 trips I have left on my pass since I’m not from Europe.

I am traveling from Bergen, around to Voss, Gudvangen and back to Flam (2 days on train). However, having problems locating the train station for Voss and Flam probably because it is the Flam Railway. Then we are traveling to Oslo (3rd day). The next day we are heading to Stockholm Sweden (4th day) however we are staying 2 days in Sweden. Then heading to Gothenburg (5th day) and to Copenhagen (6th day). Then heading to Odense Denmark (7th travel day). Finally traveling to Westerland (Stylt Island) having problems locating this train station. It would be our 8th travel day.  After Stylt we will head to Hamburg, Germany where we will be renting a car.  The problem I am having is locating the train stations in Norway (Voss and Flam) and also on Westerland (Stylt Island). I also am not sure if I have to purchase a ticket for my Service Dog. It looks like I need to buy a half price ticket in Norway, which I might can do when I get to Norway.  I also looked up the Norway Train to make sure t

Hi Interrailer!I’m planning my next interrail in Switzerland, but this time I want to bring with me my small dog.I have already checked and in Switzerland if the dog is small and fits in a bag I don't have to pay the ticket for him.But does this also apply to the interrail ticket? Thanks in advance.Dalia
