Hi, i can book a train from Stockholm to Oslo at other pages, but not from the Interrail. Why can i not find this connection here?

Hi,We are planning a trip to Europe this coming December, coming from South Africa. We plant to visit Paris, France a few days, then move to Zermatt in Switzerland and then ending up in Amsterdam Netherlands. My Question:Does the Eurail Pass allow for travel on trains and trams within a city. For example if we want to get from the airport in Paris to our hotel we will be using a train. Is this included in the pass. Then if we want to use the train so go somewhere in Paris or surrounding areas is the pass valid. Then for example when we are in Switzerland can we use the train from Paris to Zermatt and use the pass for trains in Switzerland. Then when in Amsterdam can we use the pass to go from the airport to the hotel via train and also using the trains and trams in Amsterdam and also to go to the smaller towns in Netherlands.Any help will be appreciated

I wish to travel to Berlin Hbf from Lund Central. I have a valid 7 day interrail pass. Are the train connections offered by snalltaget included in the pass? The reason I ask this is because snalltaget is not mentioned as one of the partners on the interrail website but on the snalltaget website it says that travel interrail passes are valid.Does anyone know what the case is?

Hi I have added travel jouney to pass but it states seat reservation required for all, is it necessary or can I hop onto train without reservation

Hi there! I would like to cancel my global pass, because it’s to expensive to reserve seat in France. I would rather buy just normal tickets. where can I cancel my pass en will I get my money back? can someone help me please? Thanks in advance.

How many time is from Madrid Spain to Paris France in night Train?

In one day, can I use the pass in many places?

I am in Europe for a week later this year and would like to hop from country to country (and back to Brussels every night) during this time. I was looking for a 5-day or 7-day pass (in a month) but then I read somewhere that the 15-day continuous pass may be cheaper. I have not been able to find it anywhere. Is that discontinued?

Hello! My friend and I are travelling from Innsbruck to Mannheim and need to use our outbound/inbound journey for that trip. We selected a train and then decided to take a different one. So we deleted the old train and now added the new one to our trip. Th erprobten is that at my friends app it says that she has already used her outbound journey, despite that being not true. I however have no problems and could add the other train as an outbound journey. Has anyone experienced the same problem? Is the app lagging?

Last year I had to break up my interrail travel after 3 days because of Covid-19. Now I want to exchange the pass for a new one. I have send an email about this to the customer service the 26th of August but still no response. Is there a way to get in contact with someone? I remember from last year that there was the possibility to chat with someone from customer service, but now I can't seem to come past these not very intelligent bots. I really need an answer as I am planning to start my trip the 25th of september.

Good Evening! My name is Orfanos Andreas and I have an interail pass. I plan to make my trip in November. One of the trips I will make is from France to England. Because England has left the European Union, I wanted to ask you if you know if I can move to England with an ID or if I need to have a passport

Some conductors do not believe that all domestic transportation in Switzerland is included as long  as I have a valid Eurorail pass. They have harassed me and made me uncomfortable, how can I prove to them  my case? Please help!!!Thanks, Mauricio Chamat

Hello 👋🏻 I‘ve got some questions!1.Lets say I buy a 2months ticket, will the 2 months start from the day I buy it or the first day I use the train?2. How do I make seat reservations? 3. What if during my journey I won’t be able to continue because of Covid, will I get the money for the ticket back or at least a part ? thanks for your help :)))

Hi,I don't know if anyone has encountered a similar problem, so I'll describe it here:I'm in the early stages of planning my trip with Interrail. I know that I want to go to place Y (let's say: Barcelona, for example), and I know that the train to that city leaves at 8pm from city X (let's say: Paris, for example). So, I plan a 6-hour stop in Paris, and I want to check the trains that arrive in Paris at 2pm. At the station in such a situation, I go to read the paper timetable, and there I have this information. But where can I find such information on the internet? My problem is that I can't search for a specific connection to Paris (let's say: form Amsterdam, for example), because I don't know yet whether I'll be leaving from Amsterdam, Rome, Cologne or Zurich (or yet another city). For PKP (Polish railways) I can search for poster timetables (identical to the schedule at the station) here: https://portalpasazera.pl/en/Plakaty (you have to enter the station names in Polish, for example:

Hello,I was wondering if it counts as two days, when you travel in the evening and at night by train. For instance, we want to depart at 09:00 PM and arrive 07:00 AM. This is within 24 hours, so does this count as one or two days of travelling, because it's not a night train.

Hello, I am currently on my first Interrail journey and I have a question about my inbound trip to get back home (Germany) at the end. My trip to Germany contains a night train, starting in the evening in Venezia Mestre to München HBf, which crosses the border at around 5 in the next morning. Then I need to take two more trains in Germany to get home. In the Forum here, I found that the night train still counts toward the day it starts, but I need the Inbound travel day on the next day so that I can use the trains in my home country. How can I declare this correctly in the Rail planner app?  Thank you :)

Hi,Next sunday I want to take the TGV from Brussels to Lyon, but  I can’t make a seat reservation through the rail planner app or the website. Am I on time if I book this at the trainstation? I want to be sure that I will have a seat :) Thank you !

Hi,I was planning on several days of train travel and got really unlucky as it was the same days as the recent German train strikes! I’d like to if possible extend my pass by a couple days or at least one, as all my travel plans got pushed back and now I would have to pay for the last days of my trip. I contacted Twitter and got a quick response but they didn’t quite get it, I didn’t need extra trip vouchers but rather an extension of the last date I can use a pass on.  it would be really great to get an answer on how likely this is before Sunday because otherwise I cannot plan.  Does the community think this is a realistic/reasonable request or should I give up and ‘eat the loss’?  Thanks, cheers!

So im going from brussels to örnsköldsvik. But my last train from Stockholm central to örnsköldsvik does not show up on my ticket eventhough it says its added to the ticket. Please help, im leaving tomorrow.

We are traveling with Global Pass. It’s activated and a journey connected. Starting next monday. Green on each part of the journey. But where is the Show ticket button? Will it not appear before the day of travelling?

Hi folks,I know this is a known issue. I booked my reservation thru the self service. While I received the confirmation email, there's no eTicket attached. I'm traveling tomorrow so this is kinda urgent. I wonder if there's a easy way to contact the customer service or community manager. They claim to get back to me in 7 days. Cheers! Yichen

Hey! I need help relly urgently. I put in a trip on the wrong day into my interrail pass. Now I can not cancel it anymore. I can prove that I did not travel that day. Interrail does not respond to my E Mails and at the train station they can not help me. What can I do?Kind regards,Julia

Does anybody know how to get on the phone with someone at Eurail?  A week before the deadline I requested an extension for my passes that were meant to be used summer 2020, and I haven’t heard back from anyone other than the automated message saying they would try to respond in 4 days.  I’m getting a little worried about the status of my tickets and would like to have someone tell me what’s going to happen.

I found the trip I want for Catania to Napoli, but when i look at my ticket email it only has the locations in which I purchased reservations for in addition to my Eurail Pass. How do I get my whole itinerary for the entire trip?

Hi!I have bought two Interrail Passes for 8 days within a month for Italy only, starting date august. As I did this in december, i planned august for our journey. Unfortunately i didn’t get vacation from my company in august, only for september. I now planned my trip for september, forgetting that on the paper tickets, there is a starting and ending date (in my case august). The starting date was the 5th of august and i now want to swap the tickets from august to september. What i read from the website is that this is not possible, after the starting date has passed. My question now is can i get a refund, even though the starting date has already happened a week ago? Thanks in advance for answering! Best regardsAnita
