Solved

Hello!I’m currently in Croatia and I wanted to go to Sarajevo, Bosnia but it seems that there are no trains to go there. What’s the best (and cheapest) way to go there?thank you!

Hi there,I have activated my pass, with a first travel planned soon. But I can't make a reservation for this trip. When I choose the departure and arrival station, I see my trip appearing but I can't choose myself as the traveller.I guess I have to add a traveller to my trip but don’t understand how to do it as I have a mobile pass and not a “paper” pass. Could anybody hep me with that ?

My boyfriend and I are planning to travel from the netherlands to germany and czech republic this summer using interrail. We were not able to get vaccinated yet. Does this mean that we have to keep getting tested everytime we enter and stay in a new country? And do we need new test documents everytime we pass a border in a train?

Hey Travel Guys,This year I like to go to Scandinavia and Baltic States.Has anyone experience how get from Copenhagen to Oslo? There are connections on the map, but it's not possible in the Interrail App - Rail planner.Do you any advice?Or take a bus? Do you recommend to go over Malmö & Gothenburg or via Stockholm? Thank you and many greetings

So I’m planing to do a trip from Naples to Paris (with stops along the way), and the travel time is 6 days. I had a question thought, does it include accommodations (either on the train or in hotel) or do we have to find them ourselves? Thanks and have a nice day!Jacob Archibald

Hello, I am a non european citizen but I will be a resident on the 24th of june. I am starting the first day on the 26th of june. I wanted to plan for my trip and didn't want to buy it last second. Is it okay if I still use eurail or will it not work for me since i've become a resident in europe? I already bought the eurail pass because I didn't know how long it would take to activate everything. If I'm not allowed, is there a way to change it to interail? Thank you

Hee Yall,  I had a question about the interrail global pass. Does it provides free ferry travel between Italy - Greece. Thabk you in advance:)

Hi there! Is there a way to go from Ljubljana to Zadar, or from anywhere in Croatia to Zadar?Zadar doesn’t appear on the app (neither on the rail planner or the DB navigator) and it seems that are no trains going there but if I google a little, the prices of the trains show up.Has anyone ever been to Zadar with the interrail pass?

Hi!I wanted to go from Vienna to Split but all the trains require seat reservation and I need to save money 😅Does anyone know a way to get this trip but with no seat reservations? Also, is there a way to get to Dubrovnik with the interrail pass? I can’t seem to find the journey on the rail planner app.Thank you!

I don’t understand why my pass says not valid in sweden. this is a peer to peer forum and I do not know which are the right types of questions.

Hey guys, I have once travelled with interrail and had great experiences. This summer, me and my brother want to bikepack through Italy. For this purpose, we will travel from Cologne to Genova by train and homewards from Naples to Cologne by train. We were planning to buy interrail tickets to cover the train rides and are aware that we will need to make some reservations for trains.  My question is: do you know if it is possible to carry a bicycle when using an interrail pass? (of course under the assumption that you can carry a bike on the train in it’s regular scheme) Hope to receive an answer soon, thanks! Tjeu and Bear

Hello all,I'd really like to know whether I would - theoretically - get away with booking a sleeper terminus to terminus, but only actually boarding it further on.The reason I ask is that I am (as always) planning my trip for next summer, and I'm extremely interested in taking the night train to Kiev (ÖBB discount it for passholders right up to the Ukrainian border) - *but*, it might suit me better to board it at Budapest rather than Vienna.I think a ticket for two passholders sharing a two-berth compartment is about €114 or so, bought at oebb.at, but they only sell Vienna-Kiev. It's possible to buy only Budapest-Kiev at polrail.com, but it seems to be more than double the price.I would need to do the journey west to east because the ticket has to be picked up in person in Austria beforehand.Does this sound like something that would work out alright, or would I invalidate or forfeit my ticket by doing this? Thanks for your thoughts!

Is this booking best done via the interrail app or can I do it on db.de?Either way how do I do it?

Hi all! I am planning to go to St-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie in France from Germany and have been recommended to buy interrail global pass. However, I cannot find this destination on the interrail website, although I can find some train lines held by DB, SNCF and Ter on the DB or SNCF websites. Is this place covered? In addition, I have heard that I need a seat reservation for SNCF. How can I reserve the seat?

Is there a way to order the mobile pass and the paper pass at the same time?

Hi everyone, I’m thinking of buying a Global Interrail Pass and was wondering if it’s only valid when you travel WITHIN those 33 countries OR also when you travel internationally BETWEEN any two of the 33 countries. I assumed it was valid on international trains but then I was looking at the Geneve - Lyon train connection and I selected I had an Interral Pass the price of the ticket remained the same. So I got confused and started wondering if I can travel internationally with the global pass. I would like to go on a big EURO trip by train and I want to buy a pass so that I can cross borders with it. My route: Bratislava - Vienna - Ljubljana - Trieste - Milan - Geneve - Lyon - Marseille - Barcelona - Madrid - Lisbon (via Vigo) Would I be able to use the globall pass on international trains? Any problems on this route? Please advise.Thank you.Ales

If I was to travel to one country using my Interrail ticket and then fly to another country will I be able to continue using my Interrail ticket from a different country? or must I depart from the same country I arrived in initially?

I’ve been trying several times to buy my interail pass today and I cannot get to checkout. When I click on “Proceed to checkout” I’m directed to a blank page that tells me to add my details but there are no fields available. I tried to create an account before buying the pass but the same thing happens as well, there is simply no option to log in or create an account. I contacted Interail support and haven’t yet heard back. Has anyone experienced this before? Any advice on what to do?

I was making some seat reservations for my trains but I cannot proceed to the payment. I selected all of my trains and times and then I filled in my personal information and checked the whole order. But then I cannot go further to the payment section, even though I selected the button that I accept the booking terms and conditions. So something is going wrong. Hopefully someone can help me with that because I really want to book them this weekend. I already tried to use a different browser, I used safari and chrome and the same problem occurred.Edit: I want to book:Bruxelles midi - Paris (Thalys) Paris - Barcelona (TGV) Barcelona - Nimes (Renfe) Nimes - Marseille (Intersites) Nice - Paris (TGV) Paris - Schiphol (Thalys)

If i want to plan a journey, i can only fill in the '’destination'’ button or the '’departure’’ button. Not both...How can i plan a journey?I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but the problem isn't solved

Does the Eurail pass include the shuttle from the Orly Airport to the RER B?  Is the RER B and RER C included in the Eurail pass?

Greetings!I'm going on an Interrail trip this summer and I'm having problems with the booking section of the interrail.eu website. I want to take the Vienna-Salzburg journey on 20 August at 22:37. Right at the last step, the website says "Please try to find an alternative connection. The unavailable leg will be removed from your cart". However, the same journey at the same time and on the same train, from 23 August onwards, can be booked. What’s wrong? Is this a problem with ÖBB or is it a problem with the interrail website?Regards,

Hello,I would like to have information about the first day of travel to leave his country of residence. If there is a connection in your country, is it taken into account in the journey?  For example, if I do "Lyon-Paris-Rotterdam", can my first day of travel cover this trip ? Thanks in advance!
