Solved

Hi everyone. I am tossing up between the 2 months consecutive and the 15 travel days within 2 months pass. I have put my trip into the ‘trip planner’ on the Eurail website and I think I would be doing about 15/16 travel days. Is it worth the extra money to buy the consecutive pass to allow for more freedom if I decide to do a spontaneous day trip somewhere? The pass as a whole is confusing to me so I’m not sure if I am misinterpreting how it works. Any help or advice would be incredibly appreciated!Thankyou!!!

My partner and I each have a pass on our mobile.   One of us will book tickets and make seat reservations for both of us.  How do we get tickets to show on both devices?

i’ve been trying to add my interrail pass onto my sncf connect profile so I can book train seats directly on the sncf app (because sometimes i cant get them in interrail app). I needed to book a train journey which the interrail app said my be sold out so i went into Montparnasse station and asked them if they could help me book my seat reservation. they booked it for me and i asked if i could  have done it myself on the sncf website, which they said yes to! now I'm back home trying to book another seat reservation on the sncf, and I cannot find a way to tell sncf website/app that i have an interrail pass and therefore don't need to pay full price. has someone managed to figure this out? thanks!

Hi,I have issues with seat reservation. I used my Eurail Pass for Italy (Mobile Pass) to reserve seats via Eurail website. and I came across the following error. I did try different time and date with different routes, but, all had the same problems. Are there any issues with the booking site currently?ThanksDavid

What is the difference between promo and regular?

I was planning on starting my trip from another country (not my residence country) and then enter my residence country (using an inbound travel day) and then leaving it again for continuing my journey (using an outbound travel day). Is it posible to use them in this order, first inbound and then outbound? I have already made the reservations for both travel days so I need to know if I have to cancel one of them ps: from what I understood in the web it might not be possible and I would need to pay a regular ticket in order to leave my country after entering it, but the information is quite unclear so I’m not very sure

I bought the eurail pass and activated it. But didn’t know my 11 year old son is free. How can I add him and activate while there is no pass number of him on the bill?

Hi to everyone. I have bought a 5 day in a month global pass which is mobile not paper. My plan is to use this pass from 03 to 07 th of July. Today I wanted to check my pass and suddenly I noticed that it was written the activation date is 24th of June. Bu as I’ve already said, I intentionally did not activate my pass since I will begin my teip on the 3rd of July. So, Please correct me if I am wrong, According to the activation date in the application (I did not activate it) do I have time until the 24th of July to really activate my 5 day pass?

Hi travler , how can i continue use my pass after the canceling the  day of Travel to my country of residence  on the same  day becouse of illness ? I still have 2 unused travel  days but nothing works anymore!?

Hello, I'm contacting you to find out when I should activate my journey stages on the Rail Planner application? My wife and I are travelling this Thursday to Switzerland and she has a saved trip connected to her pass and she has a qr code but I can’t seem to save a trip to my pass, therefore I have no qr code for the trip. I’ve been to the train station to ask for help but they can’t as they don’t know enough about the app. Can anyone help please? thanks

Hi,I’m planning to take a night train on the last day of my Interrail Global 10 days in 2 months pass. The train I want to take is the Intercites de Nuit from Paris Austerlitz to Latour de Carol. The Interrail website says “ you cannot use your Eurail Pass to take a night train on your last travel day as the validity period will expire at 23:59”. My question is: am I really not allowed to use day 10 of the pass to take a NT? Even if my pass is still in it’s valid period of 2 months? Thanks.

Can I get out of my residential land twice with my Interrail Ticket instead of going out and once she dies up?I came back with friends.

Hi there, I’m traveling through Italy with an Interrail pass this summer and will be staying in Levanto from July 24 to 26. I’d love to get some local tips on where to go out in the evenings—bars, live music, beach parties, or any cool places to meet people and enjoy the atmosphere. Do you have any recommendations for nightlife spots in Levanto or the Cinque Terre area during those dates? Thanks a lot in advance! Best regards,Nick

I got a Interrail pass today. It was 67EU for Poland. And I have a D-ticket for Germany. I’m planning a trip to Poland, and with this pass, I was like: great, this will be cheap! The ticket on bahn.de is 32 Euros from Frankfurt an der Oder to Lodz. As I said, the pass was 67EU, so I thought, “Great, I have 35 euros left and then I will be saving money!”But now, when I’m trying to book my seat it is showing up for 2nd class as an additional 24EU. That feels like a scam supreme.Am I missing something? Like, why am I paying 67EU for the Interrail pass to save… 8EU on my trip?

Hi my husband and I are travelling on a pass in September. We have two Eurail passes and wanted to use my mobile to do the planning and book reservations. What is the best way to do this? At the moment I have both passes on my mobile and they have separate trip names (the App asked me to make a duplicate name) Is this the best way to plan trip? Thanks

Hello For our trip in July from Brittany to Istanbul, we have made all the reservations through the Interail website and they are present in our “reservation part” in our account, but they do not appear in our “my trip” call “Rennes - Istanbul”.so how to  transfert them.Thank you.

Hi! I am a Sri Lankan girl working in Serbia and have been working in Serbia for a year and a half now. I am currently planning my 7-day intercity train trip through Europe (I am coming from Serbia) and I am planning to buy a Eurail Global Pass. But is it possible to participate in the European tour with a TRC issued for Serbian foreigners? I am looking for an overview of all the discounts that apply to the countries I am visiting. But could you please clarify a little about the visas or legal documents required to enter Italy, France, Greece?

I need to reschedule a travel day but I cannot cancel the original, I have tried everything please help,

Hello, just checking I am understanding how to use the pass. We are a family of 4 using the global pass 10 days. Only 3 of our travel days require seat reservations and understand how to do those. However, on the other days, while we know where we are going, we want to be flexible with the times (these are just short journeys where reservations are not required). If I just click ‘use travel day’ on those days, will it show a ticket for the whole day, therefore we can use the pass on any of the trains, without having to input the specific journeys? We don’t know exactly what times we will be travelling and as I said, want to be flexible, so don’t want to be having to input trains last minute. Hope that makes sense! Thank you.
