Can I take a train from Barcelona airport El Prat to Barcelona Sants by euRail?

I tried to book a ticket to Jungfraujoch on the 3rd of July 2025, expecting a 25% Eurail discount, but it does not apply anymore. Altogether it comes to 238 CSF per person. Can anybody give me an idea about this issue?

We're trying to book a day-truo ticket from Interlaken Ost to Brienz in early July. We'll likely catch the ferry one way and train on the way back.Even after following the booking instructions  on Eurail website and adjusting my filter to boats/ferries" only, I can't see any ferry timetables coming up on my app. Hoping someone can help please?

Where can I find a list of guaranteed Italian trains on June 20th? I understand there's a Nationwide strike but some trains are guaranteed to run. I am specifically looking for Fr9628 from Rome to Milan at 1120 am and Ec18 from Milan to zurich at 1510 on June 20. I also bought seat reservations through Rail Europe on those routes, so would there be any possibility of getting my seat reservation money back if those trains do not run and if so is that through rail Europe or the Italy train company? Thanks

I have reserved seats through the Interail app and i’ve noticed the seats aren’t all together and we are a family of 4.  Can i change this?

we are a group of five 18 years old travellers and it is impossible to us to reserve a night train between budapest and ljubliana with a month in advanced. the problem is that reservation is requeried and when it comes to pay the eurail web don’t let us add it to chart

Hi! I am travelling from Switzerland to Italy at the end of June and am struggling to book the seat reservation for the journey from Domodossola to Milano Centrale because the journey is on rail replacement bus and not an actual train. I cannot book the seat reservation through the Eurail website, and have not been able to find other ways to book it either. I’m assuming I am qualified to take this journey as a pass holder, but I worry that without seat reservation, I won't be able to in the case that the bus is full. Does anyone know how or where I can reserve seats? Preferably online as well, but if not, in person will do as I will be in Switzerland for a few days before going to Italy. Thank you!!

Hi,my girlfriend and I would like to visit Sweden this summer and take the nighttrain from Hamburg to Sweden.I have to questions. How many days to I have to activate for the night train? 1 or 2? In the App, a reservation for a private room costs 78€. Is this in common or each? We share one room of course Thanks in advance

Hi, I am student enrolled in an Erasmus Mundus Joint master programme (Poland-Spain-Finland).I have an Argentinian passport but a finnish residence permit, so that means that I should apply for interrail and not eurail. right? Then, I was also wondering if I should select that my contry of residence is Finland or not, because currently I am in Spain (I have just finished the semester here), and I have holidays until September. The idea is to use the pass during July-August.I will start living in Finland in September but my residence permit will be available before… Thanks!

Comment faire?Merci

Last year we used our Global first class Eurail pass to travel from Paris to Collioure - this year we wanted to do the same!!! travelling from Paris to Sete on the same train - the intercities de nuit 5741 but it now says that it’s not valid for our Global first class Eurarail pass!!! is this correct? has there been a change in the last 12 months?

Will the Italy train strike affect the nightjet from vienna to rome? Have ticket for Sunday evening June 15, arriving 10:05 am in Rome on June 16.

Hi everyone,I'm having a frustrating issue with my Eurail Global Pass, and I'm hoping someone here can help or share experience. Here’s my situation: everything is already booked and non-refundable, so I can’t change my itinerary. My trip is:Bordeaux → London → Copenhagen → BordeauxAll of this was planned carefully to save money using the Pass. Now the problems: ✅ The first leg Bordeaux → London uses my outbound day, which makes sense as I’m leaving my country of residence (France). ❌ Then I go London → Copenhagen, without stopping in France at all. Still, the app tries to use an inbound or outbound day, probably just because the train crosses French territory. That doesn’t seem fair, since I don’t board, exit, or stop in France. ❌ Finally, Copenhagen → Bordeaux takes over 25 hours and includes a scheduled stop in Strasbourg. Because this trip spans two calendar days, the app sees it as two separate inbound travel days, which obviously isn't how the rule is supposed to work. It’s jus

Good morning, I am travelling soon, I thought I was ready but suddenly in the application all trains including regional trains show "Seat reservations required". Same search on the website shows "You're ready to board", just like it was when I added my trip to the planner a week ago. For example, Lille to Amiens via TER.

Dear community,I am about to book seats for my journey from Lille to Luxembourg. From the RP app it shows seat reservations required for trains from Brussel Midi to Brussel Nord then from Nord to Luxembourg, meanwhile on the website it shows “You are ready to board” - I assume this means when you add it to your trip you can hop on that train without booking. I normally use website to make the seat reservation, and from the App it is redirected to the website as well. A bit confused about which instruction I am following please?T.I.Axo Rui

Traveling June 20 from St. Lazare to Bayeux. From previous posts it appears Eurail passes don’t work on these regional trains? Also it appears we don’t need reservations on these trains? Just checking. Last post from from a while ago and wanted to see if anyone had updated info. Train sites a little confusing.

Hello there,Planning a summer holiday with my kids taking the train from Amsterdam to Basel/Zurich and then further into italy. Can somebody help me understand. If i take an interrail pass, how do i organize the reservation of a nightjet? Is that included, but how do i make sure my booking uses the interrail card? Even if i don’t want to sit there the whole night, but take the sleeping compartment?

Hii have a booking for hotel in Amsterdam but I cannot find any available reservation from Paris to Amsterdam is it possible if I go to train station to travel without seat reservation Regards Rasool

I have bought an Interrail passholder fare for TGV9577 Paris Est - Karlsruhe. Due to a change in timetable I need to extend my journey to finish in Munich. Can I:Extend the passholder fare that I already have to cover the new destination? OR Buy a separate seat reservation for the Karlsruhe / Munich section? (Ideally booking the same seat so I don’t have to move...)A timetable search indicates that a seat reservation for this service from Karlsruhe to Munich is actually optional. Is that correct?(Further details in case they matter: travelling on a second glass global interrail pass. This is for a family of 5, so keeping the same seats would be *really* helpful!) Thanks!

Hi, I'm Francesco! We are travelling from Budapest to Cluj-Napoca but have to change from a comfortable sleeper train at Simeria with a 4 hour stopover  onto a domestic 4 hour journey to Cluj. Has anyone done this trip? Is the local train a decent experience? And is there anything to do in Simeria during the stopover between 07:00 and 11:00?

My wife and I each have first-class passes for travel in Italy this summer. In making our seat reservations, we were apparently randomly assigned to seats rather than getting seats next to each other. Any way to rectify this? If we’re stuck with those for now, how do we avoid it on future reservations? Grazie.
