Hello I am trying to book a private compartment for 4 people on night train. First on the OBB Night Jet website, I have put in the global pass discount but no discount is coming off the total price. When I try on the interail website it let's me select a 4 person berth but doesn't say if this is definitely private. Ie will we definitely be together just our family, not put in a bigger compartment with others. Please advice how to book a private compartment for 4 people on a night train getting the global pass discount. We are looking at travelling from Amsterdam to either Zurich or Munich. Any other night train advice welcome too as we've not done one before. 2 adults and 2 children aged 12 and 10. Thank you!

I have a greek 6 day pass with 2 days out of 6 left. One for a domestic journey and one for an international one both on the same day 2 juneThe mobile app does not allow my to select the same date for a domestic and International trip.Has anyone had a similar issue.

Hi communityI’ve got a Eurail pass and trying to book the Gotthard express (from Lucerne to Lugano) via the SBB.ch website.  As per advise on the Eurail website, since I have a second class pass already I should only be required to pay the fare upgrade to 1st class + seat reservation fee + 50% discount on the ferry.  However, “Eurail” pass discount option is not available (see below).  What am I doing wrong? Help please! Thanks very much in advance.Saby

I have added two passes to my mobile phone. However I have not activated the passes. I created a trip (Amsterdam to Dusseldorf) that has all my journeys started from Amsterdam to Dusseldorf and onto Austria and finally Zurich. It says the trip is not connected to a mobile Pass. Is it because my pass it not activated? I will only start to use the Eurail rail  on 13 June. Should I activate it say next week June 1 before I fly out Amsterdam? Just worried that my mobile pass will not work before I leave Canada on June 6.  Once the pass is activated, can I then activate each train journey individually to confirm that is the train I actually want to take? Do you activate each train journey under each mobile pass ( I have 2 passes)? Or do you activate each train journey under the trip folder?

When I select the reservation (Oslo to Myrdal, Norway) the only choice is mailed delivery of a paper ticket.  With $10 shipping the total is over $22.   Why isn’t there an option for electronic delivery like most others?

We saw this train, it says that there are no prices found because they are PROBABLY finished what should we do ? On the site it says we need to reserve the Seat on www.oebb.at but we have the pass and we’d like to use it. Can someone presse explain the process to us, tnx !

Hi community,You have been so awesome in helping us but I have a “what if “ question. I recently got my partner to download the app and i assigned her pass to her to which it no longer appears on my app. This is all fine but we thought what if either of us lost / had our phones stolen ? I checked my login on a PC and both passes are there.. would you quote pass numbers or how would you overcome this problem ?Hope this won’t happen but you never know Much thanks again ! Marty

Hi, i am planing to go to Strassbourg using Interrail train but am struggling with the seat reservation. I have checked different websites and could not find where to reserve a seat for this trip.Mein question is:Do we really need a seat reservation for this? Because Strassbourg is a border city and it does not require any seat reservation in Germany. If yes, is there any way to reserve it? I have tried with Interrail, Deutsche Bahn, bEurope and ACP Rail and neither of them works… :(

Hi,I understand the inbound / outbound concept of the global passes.Just one question: I remember that I had THREE such days with a 5 day pass.Is that still the case? and how many with the 4 day pass?I read somewhere about 2 days so I was confused, and just wanted to be sure about the exact number.thanks

Hi,I am planning a family trip so plan to use 2 EU rail ans 1 interrail pass with same itenary, is there a way I can plan everything on 1 device , or i have to install the app on 3 separate devices and then plan same itenary indivially on each device?

Hello,I was hoping someone here can help me with an issue that seems like it’s been going on for years. It looks like there are still no reservations available at all between Marseille and Barcelona on the direct RENFE AVE International train from Marseille to Barcelona. We can’t do the no reservation trip as 1) we have 3 kids, one of them only 4 y/o so 10 hours with multiple transfers isn’t feasible and 2) we would miss our flight. We already got the eurail pass and reservations for the other legs of the trip so will be a problem if we can’t get back to Barcelona on July 23rd.Any help would be greatly appreciated!Regards,Brian

I chose some Sears but i WANt to to remove somo of them and  it does not let me to do it.  What can i do

hi, from august 18th to august 29th I'm going on a trip with my girlfriend starting from bologna passing through munich, amsterdam and colmar in france, I would like to receive some advice since it's my first interrail and I don't know what to expect :)

Hello!I have done interrail several times, but kept losing the bracelet after a while… Does anyone know if there is a way to get bracelets from previous years? Perhaps Interrail still has some in stock… do they still send them out with the passes? When a friend bought one in the train station here in Vienna, they didn’t have any….It would be a great part of the interrail adventure to have the bracelet!

I’m travelling from Lake Bled to Split in July and I planned to take a late train from Lake bled to Zagreb, Lujibliana or basically anywhere in Croatia that has night trains to Split but I’m struggling to find how to buy the tickets. When I looked on the eurail website before there were options that I could take and it said that I would be able to book seats 2 month before my journey. However, when I went back to the eurail website to book the train (because its now in 2 months) the page said that they couldn’t display any prices. I thought that maybe they still have not released tickets but when I searched up on the train providers website there was no night trains from Zagreb to Split on the timetable even though on their website they have information that in the summer months there is a night train from Zagreb to Split everyday and they also have a price list but no way to book. I don’t know what to do about this train as I have not booked accommodation for this night and I was plann

Tomorrow, Thursday June 20, I planned to take the train from Bialystok to Vilnius, with a change in Mockava. I have an interrail, first class, but I did not manage to make the obligatory reservation for the Lithanian train from Mockava to Vilnius. I really want to take that train, because I made appointments.Does anybody know what will happen when I beg or politely ask the Lithuanian conductor to let me travel, even in the corridor? It seems the train is just fully booked, and that was the reason why making a reservation failed, also at Bialystok station. Will the conductor send me away, do i get a fine, or can I still buy a reservation at the spot?Or should I try a bus instead?

heywe are leaving for a trip this summer with 2. But while figuring out how everything works I already come across a problem that I don't really understand. The app and the website are not in sync. On the website you can make a reservation (I think) and there you can add an extra traveler. But in the app this is not possible. So can I plan my trip via the website? Because I can't really plan a trip there I think. Can someone explain this to me please. And tell me how you did this. Thanks in advance Greetings

Hi there I am planning my first trip to Europe and purchased a eurail global pass but I am having trouble trying to book anything. I'd like to reserve 2 seats from Marseille to Barcelona on 17 May. I've tried ringing the France number but they can't even reserve the first leg to Nimes as they don't accept visa cards for payment. Is anyone able to tell me if it will be possible to use the eurail global pass to reserve seats from Marseille to Barcelona on 17 May please? We arrive in Paris on 8 May. The eurail pass sounded great but now I'm starting to think that it isn't going to work for us as I'm stuck. I've been reading other posts but I'm still stuck as I don't know how to make this work. Help please 🙏

I'm trying to book seat reservations for a day-trip from Interlaken to Engelberg (via Luzerne). The Eurail app days I can book it through them, and all of the other suggested booking sites also don't have this journey as an option to reserve seats. The first train is PE2915 (Panorama Express) to Luzerne. Hoping someone may be able to assist please?

Hi. I am interrailing for the first time and I am looking at travelling from Lake Bled to Split on 30/07/2025. It says on the interrail site that a seat reservation is needed for both legs of the journey, from Bled to Zagreb and Zagreb to Split. The interrail site says that seat reservations for Zagreb to Split can be booked 60 days in advance which makes sense, however it says that bookings for the Bled to Zagreb train are unavailable and when I checked the OBB website they are also unavailable there. They seem to be always unavailable to book which makes me think that it is impossible to reserve seats as I find it hard to believe that every train for the next 6 months is sold out. I have seen a few questions on this site from a couple of years ago saying that you can’t always reserve seats on Croatian trains but I am not sure if this is still the case. Has anybody else done this route recently and have experience with this? Would I be able to simply board this train and sit in any fr

I have a one country Eurail pass for Germany. This pass covers Railjet trains from Germany to Verona.I have successfully added a journey from München to Verona (RJ87 Railjet). It says a supplement is needed. But when I try to make a seat reservation (which includes the supplement) it won’t let me and it says “ One or more Passes don't cover this journey”.Why does the Eurail App (and also the website) tell me that the journey isn’t covered? (The One country Germany pass explicitly covers RJ trains to Verona)How can I pay the supplement and make a seat reservation?

I bought a passI made reservationsI activated the passBut the reservations I made to not populate within the “trip” on the app.Am I doing something wrong, or does the pass just stay on its own while you show your reservations on the day of travel? Please help this make sense. Thanks

We (2 seniors) are traveling from Vienna to Prague, then Prague to Salzburg, then back to Vienna to fly home. Prague to Salzburg and then back to Vienna are pricey if I want a refundable ticket. I hate to be locked into a non refundable ticket. Advice?

Hello,I’m gearing up to apply for delay compensation. On the inbound journey, two of our trains were delayed by 40 minutes each. This meant we missed connecting trains and ended up arriving 2 hours 15 minutes after our original arrival time. When submitting my claim for compensation, do I detail each individual delay for each separate section of the journey or one entry for the overall trip for that day? Thanks
