I have paid for the reservations, but I haven't received the reservation email because I don't have space in my email address. Can I change my email address to another address and have the PDF with the reservations sent to me again?

My son loves travelling and discovering new countries. He turns 13 this July and a couple of years ago we agreed that for his 13th birthday we would do a big trip together.I'm looking for:A. Central Europe route suggestions that cover a good number of countriesB. Scandinavian route suggestions that include FinlandWe are planning to be travelling for 14 days. We would like to spend time in each country to really experience it (2/3 days). We also enjoy doing long distance train journeys and nighttime journeys. All suggestions welcome. Many thanks

Hello,Five days ago I purchased a 5-day within 1-month 1st class pass for EUR404.  I have not activated the pass, but I did use the pass number to make several seat reservations at RailEurope.Today, Eurail has a 15% off sale, so the same pass is only EUR344 today.  Because it has been less than 7 days since I purchased it, I can request a full refund, and then re-purchase at the sale price. But, the new pass will have  a new pass number.  Can I still use the seat reservations that I made with the current pass, or will I lose those seat reservations and need to re-purchase them? Thanks,Bennett

Hello. I am planning on purchasing the 7 travel day pass within a month. My trip is expected to be from 15th June until 5th July and was wondering if I am able to use some of my travel days during the month of July?

Hi all,For those that have purchased a paper pass is the pass number the same as the order number on the receipt email ? starts IN followed by 8 digits ?This maybe just wishful thinking as I want to get on and reserve my Eurostarthanks so muchL

I have an idea on using the pass but I’m not quite sure if this works. So I’m planning to hit 13 cities in 2 months which is like 12 travel days but getting a pass for (15 travel days) is considerably expensive compared to the 10 travel day pass. Could I just buy regular tickets for the two cheapest destinations in my planner and use the 10 travel day on the most expensive train rides?. Cause I never done interail and was wondering whether they would be a problem if I started a travel day on a city that I never got off with the pass if that makes sense

We are a family of 3 and although frequent train travelers in Europe, this is the first time we are using the Interrail pass and… we are a bit confused. :)We will be traveling on the 5th of July using the Global Pass 7 days in a month in its mobile pass version. The outbound journey is from Vienna Hbf to Peschiera del Garda, which we want to do using the NJ233 (direct). It’s peak summer and a Saturday to boot, so we thought of reserving the tickets asap. Reservations are already available on the OeBB website for this journey (I’m able to buy the ticket using the Interrail discount as shown in your instructions and videos), but the NJ233 does not show up on the Planner in the App for that date. My question is, after buying the reservation on the OeBB website, how to I add this journey to my trip? Should I do it manually, or just wait till it becomes available on the Planner and then add it? I’m under the impression that I need to have this journey on my trip (and that of my family member

I am going on an eurotrip with my girlfriend but i am running into a few problems. one of them is reserving a train seat. When i try to reserve one i get one of two messages.-sold outthe other is-Too early to check for seats.Start checking 150 days before this journey's departure or search for an earlier date. Today i tried buying tickets for the 7th of august but i think i was too late. I want to know what i can do so i wont have a problem.

Hey,I‘d like to travel through my homecountry, specifically through Germany, because I travel from Amsterdam to Copenhagen. I don’t need the outbound journey in the beginning of my pass (I start in the Uk). Is it possible for me to have the so-called outbound on travelday 3,4,5,… and is it possible to travel through my homecountry with the Interrail pass anyway? thanks for your help!!

Hi,Ada from Australia here and totally new!I'm planning this itinerary starting May 10th:Day 1 - Turin Italy) to MunichDay 2 - Munich to ViennaDay 3 - Vienna to PragueDay 4 - Prague to DresdenDay 5- Dresden to BerlinDay 6 - Berlin to ParisDay 7 - Paris to Turinstaying in every town 2-4 nights.Thinking to buy a 7 days Pass. I did some homework and  I will save some money, even with the Seat reservation fees, plus the freedom to change plans.Question 1: to use/show the e-pass on your phone do I need an internet connection? This is because I do not have the phone that I’ll use in Italy at the moment, and I’m doingn everything on may australian phone. When in Europe I willuse it only with wi-fi and not the data. Question 2: on Seat61 I found this advice for the ICE Berlin Paris: “Do not make a normal seat-reservation-only booking for €5.20 on Germany-Paris TGVs/ICEs using int.bahn.de, as you would for other German trains.  On TGV/ICE trains to/from Paris this is not sufficient as (a) the r

My wife and i are travelling together - How will it work if i download the mobile pass (for the two of us) on my cell phone.

Hello! Having decided to go interrailing in early 2024, I’ve taken no action so far, which is really ridiculous! This is probably not unconventional at all, but is it unwise at all to just book a pass with no sense of dates? I’m in a position where I could take a month or so off to go travelling and just think that booking the pass will actually spur me to take action. Does anyone have any advice on this approach? Does booking a pass with absolutely no planning work? For a bit more context, I have about €2300 saved for this trip. Now thinking €3000 might be more realistic… Thanks in advance!

Hello everyone !This summer, I would like to go to Stockholm with my partner and our two daughters. Our departure will be Paris.I have many questions for the community to better plan our trip:At the time of the trip, our daughters will have 10 months and 3 years → so they won’t need a pass to travel, right? On the web, I saw different possibilities to join Stockholm from Paris.  Paris → Cologne → Hambourg → Copenhague → Stockholm or Paris → Düsseldorf → Hambourg → Stockholm. Has anyone ever done one of these two journeys? What type of pass do you recommend to us?

My family and I are arriving in Nice on the night train from Paris in late July. We then wish to travel to Rome. What is the best way to do this? Ideally we would visit Florence on the way. Or, take another night train from somewhere? Thank you

Need confirmation that the 7 day pass can be used for the following itineraryMunich → RegensburgRegensburg → BerlinBerlin → PraguePrague → BudapestBudapest → Paris (flight)Paris → FrankfurtFrankfurt → BambergBamberg → FrankfurtFor our final leg Frankfurt → Paris  we will need to purchase a separate ticket as this will be the 8th travel dayThank you for your help

How do I book seat reservations with GWR in the UK? There is no seat reservations to choose from, only tickets to buy?! read ACP cost and reservations should be free within UK.Thank you 😊

Hi, we are a family of 4 traveling in July. Our plan is to start in Zurich, train to Venice, 2 days in Venice, train to Rome, 2 days in Rome, train to Salerno, 2 days in Salerno, train to Florence, 2 days in Florence, and then final train to Zurich.Should we be getting a Eurail pass? If we get a Eurail pass, will we have to pay anything more when we make our reservations for each routes? If we get 1st class Eurail pass, do we then have to pay extra on the individual trains or does the pass cover the cost of the 1st class seats?I’m so confused on what to do. Do I use Italiarail, Trainline, Omio???

Hello!I’ve been trying to book Barcelona To Nimes on May 31st  and I can’t reserve any seats. It looks like there are trains available (if I buy directly and paying full amount) but when I try to book seats only they become unavailable.  I am afraid all seat reservations will sell out when I arrive Spain. So what can I do now so as to get the seat reservations? Thanks everybody!

I am searching Vienna to Krakow and find EC106 at 8:10.  It runs directly from Vienna to Krakow, but the only way it appears in the planner is with 2 changes.  Both OBB and RailEurope show the direct train, and RailEurope says it’s available the pass, and with no seat reservation required.  I guess I can just insert it manually (doesn’t look difficult), but hard to understand why to direct route does not appear.  I have checked multiple dates.  We’ve traveled multiple times with Eurail Global and never encountered this…..any comments?

We are travelling through Europe from June 5 to July 1 and our itinerary is very flexible. If we buy the pass for 7 travel days can we use it randomly based on where our travels take us as we may want to use flights and train as the mode of travel

My boyfriend and I will be traveling from Brasov to Vienna taking the night train around the 15th of AprilBut I cannot, for the life of me, find where to make the reservations for a bed. I have already tried the OBB website but it says ‘ticket not available’ over and over again… On the Romanian website I can’t seem to add my rail pass while booking… Anyone who can help me is a life saver!

Hello!  Besides the Rail Planner app, what other apps helped you organizing the whole trip (Accomodation reservation, train schedule and reservation, other ways of transport, etc…)  Thank you!
