I’m not able to add my journey to my pass.

I guess it's because I don't want to buy a Reservation. I already have one.

There may be some confusion.  You can’t add the reservation to the app.  The reservation is just a stand alone thing.  You will use it when you travel, but it’s not tied to the Interrail app.

The app is effectively your ticket.  Your reservation is separate from your ticket.

I may not be explaining it terribly well, but If you can see, select and save the journey in the app and you have a reservation (saying for example carriage 104, seat 61 on 20th September on the 13:09 train) then you have done everything needed.

You appear to have 2 different issues, but more information is required.

You have a reservation - this is good, so you know the where, when, what train number, etc . . .

You can’t find it in the planner - this is a different (and more important) issue.  Regardless of whether you have a reservation or not, if you can’t find it in the planner then something’s up.

There are several situations where this can happen and most or all of them can be solved.  Include your reservation details (to, from, date, where booked) and people can help.

Hi,

thanks for your answer!

I do have a Reservation (from Bruxelles to Strasbourg) and I can find the respective connection (departure 20. September 2026, 13:09), I can even save it in my trips. But I can't find a way to add it to my pass. No trips appear when I hit “add a journey”.

The reservation was booked by simpletrain.app via HAPPYRAIL B2C OFF BE.

Have you created a trip in the app? You can do that standalone, or when you add your pass. The trip doesn’t appear there automatically.

Well, it seems to be my fault. I created a new trip. But when adding the journey to the trip used in the pass it worked.

Thanks a lot for trying to help me!

My return journey is now save!

Best Regards

Daniel
