Hello, I want to travel to Latvia and Estonia this year but no trainstations in those countries can be found in the rail planner app what do I do if I have a mobile pass ? Because I can not add any journeys in those countries

Hello everyone,I'm spontanously planning an Interrail-Trip beginning on Monday, 2nd August. I’m planning to visit Pilsen first and I would like to hopp on the train to Pilsen in Regensburg (Train-ID in the DB App ALX RE25 - departure 10:14). The train is provided by the Länderbahn GmbH which should be part of the Interrail network. However the railplanner App says, that this train is not part of the network. Is this a bug and is there a way, I can take this train?Best wishes

I would like to book trains as per above destinations using EURAIL PASS without Reservation. I have already paid enough for the Tickets itself. Since this is unavoidable, i wouldn’t mind booking the slower regional trains.From Bruges to Paris - which train? Went today to Montserrat. Please be aware that the they don’t give discount anymore for pass holders. I know from Searching on here there is no train Patra to Athens.  I know you have to take a bus that is covered by Eurail to Kiato and then the train from there.  My question is about the reservation on the bus.  I can’t seem to make that online.  There is 4 of us looking to go on the morning of Nov 3rd.  Anyone know how I make a reservation for this?

I am preparing myself for travel across Spain to Portugal in the busy Christmas period by looking at the RENFE and Rail Europe apps to judge ticket availability, particularly on the San Sebastian - Madrid route. Just as an example, yesterday RENFE was showing ALL trains for TODAY as FULL whereas Rail Europe was showing availability on ALL trains. Same goes now for tomorrow’s 9.02am train.This baffles me - but the key question is what would the ticket office in San Sebastian be showing now? Would they have a reservation to sell me because in fact the Rail Europe app is showing a truer position than Renfe?Thanks, Scott

Me and my girlfriend are going from Sweden to Italy, with one train change in Münich, Germany. There we need to take an S-train from Münich HBF to Ost, which should be included in our Interrail cards. My question is: do I need to book a seating ticket for this train, or can we just hop on the train with our interrailcards, without any other tickets?

We wanted to book the train from Paris to Strasbourg on December 22nd at 10.51 but its already sold out 😒 Can you still book at the station on the day ??

I have the German rail pass which advertises that you can go to select cities in Northern Italy as well. I had no issue getting to Austria, but now the app isn't letting me choose any train to Italy.

I booked a trip from Paris Nord to Amsterdam Centraal on 12 November. My ticket only says Paris Nord to Lillie Flandres. Does this mean that the other legs of my trip are not reserved? I am confused and getting no response from Eurail. Should I just buy a plane ticket?

Hi,I recently found out that most of the trains going to Paris (Thalys) require mandatory seat reservation and I am starting to panic because they are already fully booked and I cannot make adjustments to the trip as the hotels are already booked. I would like to know if there are any alternatives for this. I saw that I can make the trip from Amsterdam - Brussels - Lille - Paris and only have to pay for the seat reservation from Lille to Paris which is still available. The trip will be longer but it is an option for now. I would like to know if there are better alternatives for this. Thank you very much in advance!

Hello everybody,I have a question about a connection from Essen HBF (my home country is Germany) to Brussels Midi with the Thalys. Can I travel with the Thalys in my home country without buying an extra ticket, because Thalys is not a german railway company? Bye

A family of us are travelling from the UK to Belgium on interrail passes. We have a Ukrainian girl travelling with us and she only has a Ukrainian passport. How do we do the outward and inward journeys? The app has identified her as Ukrainian by her passport number. 

Hello: I would like to book the entire deluxe sleeper compartment for me and my husband on NJ Milan to Salzburg. We don’t want anyone else in the compartment. How can I do this? The website isn’t clear. It prompts me to book a private cabin but then tells me others may be in the compartment. Thanks for your help. Kathy

I'd like to reserve a seat for the train from Barcelona to Paris on December 16. I'm trying to pay 10 euros because it's marked as mail delivery, but the payment is no longer processed because it's being replaced with an electronic ticket. I can't even book a seat on the train from Paris to London on December 21. This section is displayed as an electronic ticket from the beginning, but no further progress is made in the last payment window. What should I do? You try many times and try for several days, but you still fail. I look forward to your help.

Hi,I have tried making reservations thru Eurail apps. Did and follow all the steps till checkout and submit the request. But nothing happens after that. Can anyone provide insights what could be the problem?

Hello everyone,hope someone can help me with this question regarding an Interrail Global Pass.Is it allowed to change the train inside my homecountry? The first train would only be from one city to another city inside my country (e.g. Munich → Cologne) and the second train (e.g. Cologne → Amsterdam) will leave it.Thank you in advance!

Help! Our train broke down on the way to Ventimiglia and we have missed our connection to Nice - we’ve missed the last train as we are 3 hours late due to being stranded on the train. There are no busses and we are travelling with young kids.will there be any assistance with payment for a taxi? It seems the only way we can get to Nice tonight and it will be too late to try to find a hotel.

When I was searching for the seat reservation, I already added the routes but when I was about to pay, something like this comes up. Now, I have booked a seat towards the destination but cannot book for a seat reservation for the train going back to Germany.  

Travel-b.europe offers a train that is unavailable through interrail.eu (TGVin France) however it asks for a pass cover number which I don't have as I am using a mobile pass. How can I reserve a ticket.

I arrive in Frankfurt at 2234hr and have a transfer to another train which is listed as a 0hr 15m (15 minutes) transfer, meaning the train I transferred to should leave at 2249hr. However, according to the "Ticket  Booking Reservation" it says the train I transferred to will not leave until 0056hr! That is a transfer time of 2hr and 22m!QUESTIONS... 1) How is the possible? Am I missing something? 2) I have a 15day/2month Global Pass... Will this count as 2 travel days?Thank you in advance! 

My daughter and I are planning a Eurail trip in mid December 2022. We are trying to travel by train from Stockholm-Oslo-Gothenburg-Copenhagen-Stockholm-Helsinki-Kiruna-Stockholm. I look everyday on the Eurail Planning App for these particular routes but it always says not available. Should I be nervous? Does anyone know when I will be able to purchase tickets and or make reservations? if I book fares on individual websites without a Eurail Pass can I apply these fares to my pass at a later date? This process is really confusing and frustrating. I could use some help on how to secure train tickets.

I have a booking on EC64 from Budapest to Munich on December 6th. I am trying to make a seat reservation on the EuRail site which seems to go OK until I attempt to Checkout and I receive an ERROR, there is no explanation except it seems to want to mail me the seat reservation rather than an e-Ticket. As we will be traveling there is no place to actually send the ticket I must have an e-ticket. When I start to make the reservation it shows an e-ticket but for some reason when I go to checkout it wants to send me a paper ticket.Any ideas, or is there any way around this? I know I don’t need the reservation on this particular train but for peace of mind would like to have one. Thanks in advance.

Hello everyone! I hope you’re well. I am a bit worried/ concerned about my EURAIL pass. I’m finding it difficult to navigate the website and would really appreciate your help to my problem. I have just bought a youth pass for the EUrail for 15 days within 2 months and have plans to travel in Austria and France in December. When I looked at booking tickets/ making seat reservations, the website said I would need to pay about 10-100 USD depending on the train and the distance but since I’d already bought a 300 USD pass, I’m confused as whether I need to buy these youth tickets in addition to my pass?  Is there another way to book the trains that my pass will cover without the additional fee? It also says above in the photo that seat reservations are required to board and am assuming I do need to pay the additional fee? Thank you!!

Is there a standard rule of how long in advance train schedules are published? On October 24th I tried  to book Paris to Munich on December 27th and it says no schedules available. Can anyone advise me if there is a predetermined lead time say 60 days in advance? Thanks in advance.
