Hello everyone!Can someone tell me how can I book a seat reservation on the TGV from Munich to Paris? I need to go on August 23rd at 6:46 (TGV 9576). However, I can’t book it anywhere, not even on the app or the Deutsche Bahn website.Please if you can, let me know what I can do.

Hi all!I’m currently planning my Interrail trip and was hoping to get a train from Zagreb, Croatia to Belgrade, Serbia. The Rail Planner says there are no trains that run this route, despite the two cities seeming to be connected on the pdf Interrail Map 2022. Does anyone know why this might be? I’m wondering if I’m entering the wrong stations, or if there may be ongoing railway work? Any advice would help a lot!

I was planning to purchase a Eurail pass for travel both around the UK and on the Eurostar from London to Paris on Sunday August 29 for myself and two teenage children.How do I find out if there are any reservations available on that day before I buy a pass?If there are no reservations available, I will buy a Britrail pass instead.

I am making an ambitious attempt to travel from Bergen in Norway to Madrid is Spain. I have made it to Hamburg. I want to get a train from Karlsruhe to Paris at at 7.32am tomorrow morning. However, it requires reservations. I know there is space on the train (can see on the train provider website), but it is too late to make a reservation via the app. I will be arriving at Karlsruhe at 6.56am, I doubt the ticket office will be open in time. Neither the service provider's telephone line. Is there anything I can do? 

I'm having a problem booking seat reservations. As soon as I get to the processing payment page the website freezes. I've tried it on mobile and laptop. Any ideas??

Hi, I’m planning to go on an island hopping trip to Greece in september, but my plane lands in Athens.Can I take a ferry from Athens to (for example) Naxos with the pass? Or do I have to buy a seperate ticket for that? Because I can see the different islands you can travel to, but Athens isn’t on that list.So I was wondering if the ports in Athen are also a part of the Greek Island pass or not. Thanks!

Hi everyone!I would like to book reservation of trains, and had already added my paper pass to My Trip. However, after adding a reservation to my cart, click on checkout, filling in my billing and contact information, and click continue to traveler details, the page never moved and I’m sure there is no error message or red warning text on the page. So I can never complete a reservation online.And I opened up the web console to see the log, and found the server kept returning 500 to my webpage.I’ve written an email to the eurail official, but seems they are too busy to process my problem.Does anyone else encounter this kind of problem? ***ADDED INFORMATION***My pass class is 2nd class pass type is eurail global pass valid from May to July, and I would like to book the train in June

Hi, is the Split to Karlovac train actually sold out for Sunday, august 28th 14:25-20:05 or is it a glitch?  And also Karlovac to Budapest on Thursday, Sept. 1st 14:10-22:16. That is saying sold out as well. thank you. 

Hi, I missed my train due to large queues at the connecting station metro ticket machines and also the usual metro line out of service.Do I need to make a new tgv reservation or can I use the original one on the next available train ?

Hi, I have made a reservation for me and my friends to go from la Spezia to Padova (Italy) but I am not able to click to validate the reservation and pay. How can I solve that ? Thanks in advance ;)) 

This is really strange.I bought my Pass of a third party (Klook.com). I added it to my Eurail app yesterday and activated it. I now need to make some reservations which you can’t make directly on The Eurail app - it directs you to the website. When I get to the website I have to log in again (I used the same email address to log in which I used on the app), it asks me to create a trip and add a traveller with a mobile pass. I use my last name and pass number (the same ones which I used on the mobile app to activate the pass) but it says the details don’t match!Has anyone faced this before? 

I have a Eurail pass. On it there are 2 trips (for early June). I have been able (at last) to book the reservations for Eurostar that I need. BUT - my wife also has a Eurail pass. On it is 1 trip that we do together. Eurostar reservation OK. But she has also booked a 2nd trip back to the UK (not with me - alone), which appears in HER app, and for THAT trip she wants to book a Eurostar reservation. At that point she is told that she doesn’t have any trips booked yet. What is going on???

Good morning, we have a question about seat reservation.Me and my friends booked some travel days in Portugal and in some options it says that seat reservation is required. Now, when we try to book them it says that we need to do it at a ticket office or self-service machine so we supposed we have to ignore the warning and book them when we're there. The problem is that we keep getting emails to not forget to book the seats, so we are not sure on what to do. Thank you very much.

HelloI would like to take the train from Belgium to Slovenia.I would depart at 18:37 PM and arrive at 14:32 PM in Slovenia. This means that I will take a night train.I will be on de High Speed Train ICE 619 in Germany at night.  When I searche on the app, it doesn’t mention that seat reservation is required. I find this really strange since this is a night train and a ICE train (wich you mostly need a reservation for). Is this correct and can I just sit on the train at night or do I need to reserve a seat? Thank u in advance!Lotte

Hello!On the 16th I would like to take the intercity bus 835  from Villach to Venezia. The interrail app tells me that I need to book a reservation, but I can’t do so trough the interrail system because it wouldn’t get to me fast enough in the mail. I can find the bus on the official öbb website but it does not allow me to just book a seat reservation.  Can anybody help me with this? Do I have to make the reservation in person? Will I be able to in Villach? Or can I just not make a reservation?Thank you in advance!

Hey :) Ich hab bei der DiscoverEU Verlosung ein Ticket gewonnen und wollte damit jetzt durch Skandinavien fahren. Zunächst will ich von Hamburg nach Kopenhagen fahren und ich versteh nicht so ganz, wie das mit den Reservierungen funktioniert. Muss ich diese über die Railplanner App, die DiscoverEU App oder über die Seite der deutschen Bahn vornehmen? Was auch merkwürdig ist, ist dass mir die DiscoverEU App und die Railplanner App verschiedene Zugverbindungen anzeigen. Ich wäre sehr dankbar, wenn mir irgendwer helfen könnte :)) danke! 

I just checked my mail and stated that my train to Paris from London has been canceled for August 20th. When I tried to go find trains for the 20th or the 21st, it said there were no seats available. I was planning to see a Tottenham game at 12:30 on the 20th and get on the train at 20:01. That was the plan and all when now its says it's been canceled. I really need to get on a train on the 20th or at the very least the 21st since I have a flight to catch from Paris to Seoul on the 21st at 21:00. Is it possible to get on the Train 9046 on 20th of August or any of the earlier trains for the 21st of August. Even if there are no seats available, I don’t mind standing through the rides. Please, I am open to all possibilities, but I just need to get on a train. I’ve checked with bus routes and it's a 9~10 hour journey which prevents me from using the hotel that I booked on that day as well. Hello Community!Tomorrow (Aug 14th) I need to leave the Shengen zone and I have a departing flight out of London next week. I am trying to find trains from Paris to London tomorrow (Aug 14th) but they all say “Prices unavailable.” They are all Eustar trains. I Understand it means the Eurail passes are sold out, but there are still tickets available on Eustar. However, they are QUITE pricey. Is there a way I could go to the ticket office or maybe Eustar online and buy tickets from them with a EuRail discount?? 

I got a notification about a strike on Europe for tomorrow but I can not find any details If my train is going to be effective. I am traveling from spiez to rome threw Milano central. Is there a website or any other way of finding out before I head to the train station 

I’m looking to book the night train from split to Budapest. I can see the option on the MAV website to book the 6 bed couchette and add the rail discount. But I haven’t brought my pass yet.  am I able to reserve these seats and pay without having purchased my pass yet.  thanks  Edit:  it says on the interrail website a reservation for this night train is £13 however on the Hungarian railway website it charges €60 for the sleeper even after interrail pass discount has been selected.  could anyone give some advice on this. We paid for couchette for 5 through inter rail but Trenitalia says it’s seats only. We paid for 215euro - all the details are correct but the emailed tickets are for seats only and Trenitalia confirmed our names are not on the train other than for seats. We travel in a couple of hours with 3 tired kids. We need inter rail to send correct tickets but no way to get in touch directly. Anyone had this experience and suggest what to do ? Thanks!!

Hey everyone. My wife and I are traveling from Copenhagen to Hamburg on August 21st. When we booked the trip and the seat reservations, we didn’t know what time we’d be off of our cruise ship. We now realize that we’ll be off the ship much earlier and would love to take an earlier train direct to our destination. However, when I try to book seats on it, it says that I am unable to and does not give an explanation as to why. I’m thinking that because I already have a trip booked that day, that it won’t let me book seat reservations on another trip. Am I right? And if so, how do I go about removing my current reservation and changing it to the earlier one? At this point, I don’t even care if I get a refund for the first reservation. I just want to have to haul my luggage around Copenhagen for hours! Thanks in advance.
