Train connections & reservations

How late and from what station in Budapest does the train to Zagreb leave on the 14th of August? In the interrail app it says 15.42 from budapest kelenfoeld but on the internet I cant find this train back. Only one that leaves from Budapest Deli at 15.35 

Is the bus from Morbegno to Tirano included in the global pass? (for example bus 2814A)I mean without any extra cost or reservations required

Hi Everyone, I made a reservation for my trainjourney by using the DB website. I am travelling from Arnhem to Munchen. When i want to add my journey to the app so i can use my interrail card i cannot find the train i want to take in the app. Even though i know the train departs from that station at the time i reserved. How do i add a train journey to my trip even though it isnt visible in the app? 

Hi, I made reservations for 3 trains, paid for it, but never got a confirmation email and there not in my account. The money is taken off of my bank account, but all my other reservations are in my account except for this order. I'm travelling tomorrow and contacted Interrail 3 weeks ago but I still don't have a reply. What should I do?

Estoy teniendo problemas para reservar entre barcelona y paris y que me la envien a mi mail, siempre me aparece la leyenda boleto impreso y no puedo seguir adelante porque vivo en argentina y me sale que los boletos van a llegar despues de mi viaje que pienso hacer el 07/09/2022, alguien me puede ayudar con esto? gracias

Hi guys! I’m having issues trying to make a seat reservation for a night train from Warsaw to Berlin on Aug. 20, 4.15 am. It basically says everywhere (oebb.at; bahn.com; interrail website) that I cannot make a reservation, and I don’t really think all seats are gone because it tells me the same for all other trains. I tried the PKP website, but I see no option for “no ticket, seats only”. The only website that allows me to make a seat reservation is Polrail, but the price is more than twice the price it should costs. Can anybody more experienced than me help me with this? 

I have an Italy flexpass 8 days/1month in 1st class for 2 people. as we are travelling from Rome to Salerno, then Salerno to Tropea and back to Salerno, then from Salerno to Bari. Then Bari to Florence and finally Florence to Rome. I had to add all the journeys manually to my trip and then to our Passes. I know some of the trains we will be boarding dont have 1st class, but some portions of the journeys do have 1st class.And I would like to be able to choose seats if I can. How do I accomplish that feat? I booked the rail pass with Rail Europe and the have to use Eurail planner app to book the trains. It is not a simple thing to do, and I have no idea how to get to the Trenitalia site to choose or book seats as our Rail Pass PNR’s arent accepted by Trenitalia. Is there any way around this? I have been booking trains prior to Covid and i never had issues like those that appear with this rail planner app.

Hi all,I was wondering if I could preemptively change trains if I knew I would miss my connection with the train my ticket is booked for.I.e. change before the stop I'm suppose to change or even take an earlier train.I'm asking because I can do that on German/Swiss trains, even if I'm supposed to take a specific train, but don't know wether the same applies to interrail.Cheers!

Hello,I am a first time interrailer with a young family and we are keen to do a night train. We are travelling in October and are looking at the night train between Nice (or Marseille) going to Paris on Wednesday 22nd October but I only seem to get results for the Thursday. Do they only run on certain days? 

The bots couldn’t help me so I’m hoping the community can. I’m on the Eurail site ordering a seat reservation for a Narbonne to Madrid train which requires the seat reservation to be mailed to me,  At checkout I selected my state from the drop down menu, but then on the travelers details page which shows the mailing address the state is not appearing.  Instead there is the number 16 where the state should be.  I tried going back and reentering my mailing address several times but it keeps replacing my state with the number 16 on the travelers details section for mailing. I am hoping someone can assure me that this is normal for states in mailing addresses to be replaced by a two digit number under traveler details for seat reservations. Thank you in advance for your help. I’ll await a response before completing the transaction.

This is my first year to use the interrail global ticket with my family. We want to travel from Kolding to Ringkoebing. In this connection, the bus is part of the trip.  Do I have to pay extra for the bus? 

We purchased EURail Passes and went online to purchase our seat reservations for our Train from Strasbourg to Paris.  We click on the train we want that departs at 8:19 the next screen shows a departure time 12:19 with a different train.  When I enter information each step the time switches between 8:19 and 12:19 with the final screen where you purchase showing 12:19.  Why does the time and train switch back and forth.  I tried different times and it seems to do the same thing with all the times.We live on the east coast of North Carolina and do not know if the time difference is an issue.Any help that can be provided is appreciated.

Hello Eurailers! I’m trying to purchase required seat reservations. I fill in all info and tickets are added to my cart. When I checkout, fill in all info, the next step is “Continue to traveler details”. This either takes me home page & all data is lost OR a blank page comes up! Any advice? 

I’m am trying to book the overnight train from Budapest to krakow. When doing it on the pol rail website the only options it is giving me is to collect the tickets in Poland or get them shipped. However I am already travelling and am booking the train for 3 nights time. I have tried to ask at the train station of the country I am currently in but they was unable to do it. Could anyone advice how to book this please by getting an e ticket maybe.

Does anyone know if there is an error in the interrail reservation booking system right now? I've been trying to buy my reservations (yes, unfortunately late) for Essen (Germany) to Barcelona and back in July since yesterday. I have also found connections, but in the purchase process I can't click on the button to proceed to payment.I am very very frustrated and even considering flying!

Hello, im going on my first interrail trip with my partner but when it comes to reserving i try and add a traveler and it says the name or pass are wrong, i have tried on both of our passes to add the other and still the same problem and i have checked it's all written exactly the same as the confirmation email, i don't know if anyone else has has this issue and if so can you help me please?

Hi, I want to travel from Saarbrücken to Mannheim and the interrail app suggests TGV9551 at 10:58 but does not say it requires reservations. Is this true?? I thought all TGV travel needed reservations? Is it because it's completely within Germany that it doesn't? Thanks,Q  

Hi guys, I won an Interrail Pass this spring and I have already planned my trip for late August. I bought my seat reservations but one of the tickets hasn't arrived and the Eurail team wrote me that it can't be reshipped due to the lack of time. I can't find any information about the refund of a single ticket, whilst having the possibility to use the other ones I have purchased. Have you ever had a similar experience? Could you help me?

If I choose to travel to a place where I don't need to a reservation seta, will I not receive a QR code? just on time? how does it work, you only receive the QR code if you pay for the reservation and if you don't pay you have to wait to see if there will be any empty accents?

We are planning to go from Leeds to Gatwick on Aug. 19. It’s not to catch a flight, but stay at a hotel there that night.I know the strike days planned are the 18th and 20th, but does anyone know whether I should expect issues on the 19th?We can change plans and go closer to south of London if needed, but would prefer to leave the Leeds area on the 19th if possible.Thank you very much.

Hi, I wondering if anyone could help me with the refund rules for a seat reservation Milano-Paris made through the Interrail portal. On the ticket it states that the ticket is refundable up to 30 minutes before departure. If I cancel the ticket through the Interrail portal, will I be refunded the full amount? Thanks!
