How do I know when my paris to barcelona ticket will arrive? is there tracking? where do I see it?

What is alternative for seat reservation if we don't got any seat reservation for require train? (Eurail)Journey 1: Brussels-midi to Paris (Around 6pm in Mid May)Journey 2 : Paris to Lucerne (Around 8-9am in Mid May)Traveling with Kids.

Hello, I am planning a trip to Europe with my family.I would like to know the total cost “Including train seats” for 3 Adults and 2 children ages (10) which travel for free correct? and (12) years old. Total of 5 passengers.  Departure:Aug-10th from “Rotterdam" to "Paris" - Aug-11th from "Paris to “Geneva" - Aug-14th from “Geneva" to "Brussels" - Aug-16th from "Brussels" to “Rotterdam"

I booked Amsterdam - Zurich on Interrail and created a QR code for it as seen below. I have 3 questions:To make the seat reservation on OBB website, should I click on '’Ticket Already Exists'’ or '’Standard-Ticket'’? Either way, the seat reservation will be 3 eur. Which one of the 2 options will let me cancel or change the time alors with the reservation for free? '’Standard-Ticket'’ says it will let me cancel and modify the time but what about the 3 eur reservation? What do I show to the controllers? The Interrail QR Code or the one generated by OBB once I buy the 3 eur reservation? 

I have 3 reservations in my cart but when I go to ‘add traveller details’ I am booted out of the Cart and I am at the main page again.  On this page the Cart shows empty, but when I go to ‘Book Reservations’ again, it shows 3 items in my cart.  I just keep going in circles and can not add traveller details or payment:(

I was going from Heidelberg to Warsaw on Global Pass. From Berlin, I had to reserve a seat. It was written, I have to pay 6 Euro, but they charged me 66 Euros. if this was the case, I’m student and I couldn’t have gone by Ryan air in 25 Euros return. And Interrail didn’t mention any of the cost. I have got the receipts, how to get refund? Kindly guide me. regards 

Hi,I want to travel in Switzerland, but there is only one route suggested for my destination. Can I travel for example according to a Google Maps route but use my Interrail Pass?Thank youAlso, maybe someone knows approximately how long does it take for the Customer services to reply?

Hello,i want to book a Interrail Ticket for September for a group. As we travel by train in Sweden, we will need seat reservations. And to be sure to have the seats, i want to do the reservations now. Until september, the passport of one of our group will expire, so i have to change the passport number. Because of this, i think, the Interrail Pass must be changed, Can i do the seat reservation now with the old one, will the Number of the Interrail Pass change due for the new ID?Extra question: We will have the paper version of the pass, because we will travel for 7 days in the wild, and it might be a risk, the our mobiles won’t survive the harh swedish weather, or that we wont have internet to activate the pass the day before. I planned a trip in Google Maps, but I can’t find the last connection on the Interrail app, what does this mean? I can’t use my pass for this train? It’s tomorrow from Vienna to Zagreb Glavni Kolod Train Station leaving at 18:01.It’s kind of stressing me out so thanks in advance.

Hey guys 🙂I’ll take the ferry from Bari to Patras and I would like to continue my journey to Athens afterwards, but I could not find a train .. I only found a direct bus connection ..Do you know if there is a way to travel by train ? Thanks a lot :) 

Hi,We are traveling on July 4th from Patras to Athens. I’ve been using the app, but I can’t see any trains to add to my pass for our trip in Greece (we’re coming from Italy, already travelled from Paris)  Does anyone know how I can book travel with Eurail through Greece? Can I use the app?  Do I need to manually put in a travel day? (not sure how to do that?)  Any help, guidance - would be very appreciated.

Hello; In order to do my trip I purchased three 4-day passes, booked seats on several trains and booked hotels.  After I had everything set and planned, I received two emails from Thalys informing me of the suspension of two trains (one on the 4th, between Paris and Brussels and the other on the 11th, between Cologne and Paris).  These cancellations affected tremendously my vacations, resulting in the suspension of my trip and considerable financial loss (cancellation of the interrail pass, reservations for seats on trains and hotels).  Can anyone be held responsible for my losses? If yes, what procedures should I take?  Thanks

Hi I'm trying to book 2 seats on the 3:12 train from Paris to Barcelona on Aug 12. It's currently available but shows as paper tickets only and that it might not arrive on time at a Paris address I've input. What's the typical number of days for paper arrive. What do I do if I don't get the tickets in time?

Hi, has anybody travelled from Stockholm to Copenhagen via Almhult (bus to Hasselholm) and Hasselholm recently? Was your trip smooth? Sweden-Denmark trains are very full booked now and I'm looking for options. There seems not be straight trains to Copenhagen at weekend.

I get this message: ‘No longer availableThis seat reservation is only available as paper ticket and can't be delivered to you in time. Try booking in person at the station.’Does anyone have any experience with this? Will I be able to make a seat reservation at the station? Thank you in advance!

We already have our country interrail pass (Norway), but we cannot reserve seats via the app. How do we solve this? Thanks. 

Hi Eurailers, I am trying to book a seat for a EuroCity train (EC51, to destination Milano Centrale) for this Thursday, the 4th of August, but whenever I open the Eurail website I get notified “Prices temporarily unavailable. Check back in a few hours to see prices and book this seat reservation”. This has been for two days. Anyone knows how to still book it?

Hi,We would like to book a nighttrain (euronight) from budapest to berlin but the only option we get is a paper ticket. We are already traveling, so we don’t have an adress. Does someone know another option for an e-ticket to book this nighttrain?

I have been trying to reserve 3 seats from northern Italy to Paris for weeks now.  At first, I thought it was because it was too early, but now the website says all the tickets are gone.  Does anyone know a way to contact interrail or the relevant train companies please? 

Hi! I’m thinking about going to Stockholm from Verona on the 3 of august but I haven’t purchased an interrail pass yet because last time I was going to make seat reservation every train was sold out. So could anyone check if theres any available route to Stockholm before I buy a pass so I don’t need to waste my money?

Hi.I have booked this ticket.I'm wondering what I'm supposed to do when the time comes. What in need to show?  Of course my ticket but do I need to prove somehow that I'm a holder of this pass? Hello! I am writing because I need help booking a seat reservation. I am booking a seat reservation from the Avignon, France TGV to the Charles de Gaulle airport TGV 2. It looks like only some reservations are included in the pass. However, the time I need is highlighted red and says ‘pass not valid. full fare required.’ Is it possible to change the pass so that I am able to purchase the time for 10:40am?
