Train connections & reservations

Hi everyone!We are having some problems booking seats fromBudapest. The eutrail site says that we can not book ourseats because it is a paper ticket and it must bedelivered, but it won't arrive on time. We need the ticketfor our journey back home (from Budapest to Milan) on13rd August.We tried to choose other trains from Budapest, but theproblem remains (apparently every train leaving fromBudapest needs a paper ticket); we also tried to write theaddress of our hotel in Budapest (as the messagesuggests), but again the problems remains (it says itwon't arrive on time, too).Could you please suggest us a solution? We really need away to come back home that day.Thank vou in advance ♥️

So we are sitting on a train from Berlin-Paris with changing in offenburg and Strasbourg. We have made a reservation on Berlin-offenburg and Strasbourg-Paris.Now the train is running late so we gonna miss the change. Is my resevation from Strasbourg-Paris refundable or not?I'm thinking of booking another reservation just in case, but I don't wanna have 2 reservations in case we make the first one if it's not fully refundable.I booked the reservation with InterRail.eu site. 

My friend and I are thinking about getting a first class interrail pass for our trip. However, it seems like the majority of the train connections we will go on require a seat reservation where we can choose between first and second class. If that is the case for us, does it even make a difference whether we have a first or a second class interrail pass?

Hi, in my app I’ve chosen to travel mostly with trains that do not require seat reservations. I tried to book a seat for one of them (specifically through DB site) because in the website was written that the reservation was recommended, however once I tried to pay it told me it was impossible to book. Since this train in the app  doesn’t need any reservation, can I still get on and just stand instead?

My outbound journey, Bucharest-Vienna, started yesterday.but in Budapest we have been anounced that we have to change the train due to tehnical problems. We have been directed to a RJ. Do I need to mark another day of travel in my interrail pass?

I need one seat reservation for the train from Barcelona to Paris for my son on august 23rd. In this eurail apps I can only order a paper version. but that needs to much time to get here. How can I change this or gat an e-ticket reservation. can I phone someone to help me?

My train from Venice to Munich was 90min late thereby causing me to miss my train from Munich to Berlin for which I had a reservation.How do I go about getting a refund since this was not my fault

My train THA9422 is cancelled on 09 Aug. It cause I cannot meet another train Eurostar that is dept from Paris to London train nos ES9031. I have requested cancel and refund both train. But I don’t know why the Eurostar train cannot refund. The system shows that it is not refundable. Please help and advise urgently. Thanks.

There are no options for trains from London to Amsterdam? Does that mean all the tickets were sold out? I am pretty frustrated because they show the seat reservation prices before you buy the ticket which leads you to believe there are seats available when there are not. Does anyone have advice for other options? I already tried using the other sites Eurail gives as an option.

Ik ben in St Jean de luz (Frankrijk) met mijn vriend. Beide interrail ticket. We proberen terug naar Nederland te komen op 30 juli (uiterlijk 2 augustus). Helaas lijkt ongeveer alles uitverkocht doordat er voor interrail maar beperkte plekken in tgv en Thalys beschikbaar zijn. Iemand suggesties om toch terug te komen? Wellicht met twee nachten leuke tussen stop.

Can I actually use my eurail pass on any trains in Croatia.  everything I try to book it says seat reservations required but then I get this message on every connection using the reservation tool! :Prices unavailableNo price results were found for this connection. It is possible that all pass holder seats are sold out. Please try searching for another connection or check 'More information' and try other ways to book this seat reservation. If no pass holder seats are available anymore you need to buy a separate full fare ticket to board.

Dear travelers. We have a Global pas and seat reservations and are traveling from Bologna in Italy to Munich in GERMANY on an ECB train. The conductor wants us to pay an extra fee of 10 Euro to travel from one country to another since the train is not regional. But in the Railplanner App, where we have the Global pas, it says that these fee conditions only apply for One Country Passes. We dont know what to do. Any advice? 

Do all tickets have to be booked through the Interrail pass? Pleasewe are trying to book a night service from Milan to Amsterdam and I can see a route but it doesn’t let me book?

HiI’m trying to book the train from Madrid to Barcelona but unable to do it on the website. I can book it via the renfe website but can’t see a way to use my Eurail pass. Is this journey included with my pass/ can I get a discount with the pass or do I have to buy a separate ticket?

I’m facing problems to book the Eurostar from The Netherlands to London.  interrail shows an availability. I click on it. Put it in the ‘shipping chart’ fill in all my personal details. But it the end: last click: I received the following message : Probeer een alternatieve verbinding te vinden. Het niet beschikbare reisdeel wordt uit je winkelwagentje verwijderd.What’s going wrong?Why does the website does not show available seats only?I’m quite disappointed in my interrail card which seems to be useless to book a ticket to London. Tickets are available, but not for interrail-cards :(

Im trying to book a journey from Split to Rijeka   when I go to seat reservations it says the journey is nearly 20hours via Zagreb and Slovenia.   yet when I look on rome2rio site it says just just 4hours 32min.  is there not a direct train to Rijeka?

I have a Global Pass but need to reserve a ticket from Barcelona to Paris. The Eurail website says the reservation will be sent by post. Can the ticket be sent to my hotel in Barcelona? What will I write in the First name and Last name entries?

I cannot see my seat reservation on my account and I haven't received any e-mails after my purchase even though the payment went through. I booked seats for 5 people on two different trains for a total of 220 euro. I leave in 2 days and the support team isn’t responding

Hello!At this moment, I am trying to book my train from Muenchen HBF to Ljubliana for the first of august (01/08/2022). The train leaves at 23:07 and arrives at 6:00. It is necessary to have a reservation. However, it seems to be impossible to reserve a seat other then having a paper ticket or at the train station it self. So my question is: Why can I not book a reservation for this train? Does anyone know what to do?  Thank you in advance,Wiht kind regards, Dehlia 

Hi, I've bought the reservations from Rome to Paris. Now there are any reservations available to get to my next destination, Amsterdam! I was planning on leaving on August 8th, but neither 7th nor 9th has any slot available.Is this actually possible? 

Hi,I was trying to book a seat reservation for the IC 394 form Hamburg → Copenhagen on the Eurail site and https://www.bahn.de/ but had problems like others. I read this post I was hoping to clarify what to do.Is this the website to book on https://travel.b-europe.com/dsb-rail/en/reservation-only#TravelWish? Does that get you all the way from Hamburg → Copenhagen and back again?Or do you need to split up the journey and make seat reservations on the Germany side and then on the Denmark side? Thanks

Hello, Our train Thalys on the 05/08 with the number 9411 has been cancelled. We made the reservation through the euro rail website, would it be possible to have a refund or exchange so we can book another train? Kind regards, Gabrielle 

Trying to travel from London to Paris on May 30th, 2022 with my family (preferably in the morning).  There are 4 of us total with 1st Class Global Eurail Pass Currently no seat reservations show available between May 26 and June 1st. I’ve checked both Eurail reservation and b-europe.com  Have checked with connections through Brussels and Lille with no options on May 30th. If there are still open seats on the day of travel, with those seats be opened to Eurail passholders? 

Hello to everyone! I’m thinking to travel directly by the night train from Zurich to Budapest. I was interested to book the train on 01 September at 21.40, but when i tried to book the ticket there was a warning “ Prices unavaible” and this also appear on other options of time. Also when i try to book by the OBB website the tickets look unavaible.Can someone help me to resolve this? Thank you
