Trip Paris EST 19:21 to Strasbourg, planned arrival at 19:13.Strasbourg 19:21 to Basel SBB 20:38 (TER96247) Cancelled.Basel SBB 21:14 to Luzern 22:30 TRN 2489 (not sure of status) Instead of the Strasbourg to Basel SBB 19:21 20:38, could I just board the Strasbourg 19:51 to 21:13?

I’m looking for trains that I found a few weeks ago on the rail planner but that aren’t there anymore. When seraching for a train from Goteborg to Rygge at 14:00 on July 26th I get this : However the Norwegian VY website does show a train in the afternoon: It seems strange that it doesn’t show up on the planner. I think this is because there is some disruption between Goteborg and Oslo (there is a replacement bus service).I’m basically looking for a way to travel from Copenhagen to Oslo on July 26th and the results are not the way they were like a month ago. Could that be a technical issue?Thank you!

Hey!Today I bought a paper pass at my ticket office and I now want to make some train reservations. But I‘m unable to continue as I don‘t have a mobile pass number. The only thing I was able to do is to create a „My Trip“ on the app. Is there a possibility to add my paper pass on the app?Thanks and kind regardsSebastian

Country of residence Austria. Drive from Zurich to Budapest. Does this count as entry and exit to Austria because I cross the country? Global Pass

Why is it not possible to book a train from Thessaloniki to Kalambaka? In the app there are no connections in July. 

Here’s the thing: InterRail official web and app says that it is possible to book seat reservations in Croatia/Hungary. We also got reply from Interrail that yes, those bookings are possible. But it’s not true at all! It is impossible! And you will find many other people having the same issue - there’s always the same message“Prices unavailable No price results were found for this connection. It is possible that all pass holder seats are sold out. Please try searching for another connection or check 'More information' and try other ways to book this seat reservation. If no pass holder seats are available anymore you need to buy a separate full fare ticket to board” - and it doesn’t matter what dates you choose!The only option is to book on place… but imagine that it’s high season and you have on other way than book a seat in the same day… Great, isn’t? Man, do I regret purchasing this mobile interrail pass. I need to get from Amsterdam to Dax (region) around 14/15th of July. Quite flexible with times. However this has been a complete nightmare.First off, the availability of the Thalys from AMS - PARIS is almost none - on any time or any day. Interrail is selling way too many tickets and not accounting for the very FEW reservations they can take at Thalys. Next best on alternative routes I am forced to shop three separate tickets, with three separate companies.Turns out, I can only buy a ticket through b-europe if I have a cover pass number. Only available to paper passes and not my digital pass. Since Interrail doesn't have customer support, I now face weeks of backlogged customer support, and probably won’t get a reply to my email until it’s way past July.I did not even touch base about the horrible interface and weird features of the app that supposedly allows me to “plan” everything I need. I am not even able to make reservations

I was able to make seat reservations on the swedish rail service as directed here, but not in the German. Now I need to know the adress of the site in Norway, I did not see it in the list provided in the reply I received. Thanks

Keep trying to go through after adding my traveller details add the reservations I want then go to billing add that in and it just jumps back to a Home Screen and can’t go any further? Trying to book Eurostar and TGV, thought you could book through Eurostars website but doesn’t seem like you can anymore, is there a way of getting in contact with inter rail? 

Hello mateI hold an 2nd class Eurail Pass and currently planning to travel on Bernina Express from St. Moritz to Tirano and Tirano to St Moritz / ChurIs it possible to use the pass for these sectors? I searched on internet that there are some open scenic coaches. Is seat reservations required for these coaches? Do they have a specific departure time? I noted that some normal coaches on the Bernina Express train do not require a seat reservation, is this really the case? Do you recommend to make a seat reservation?Thanks all for your help!

i'm getting desperate i've been searching support pages for two hours for any information.in order to make a reservation, i have to register as a traveler. but this is only possible if i have a Pass cover number.i have an online Pass and there is supposedly no such number.can someone simply explain to me how i can add myself as a traveler for an online Pass without this number?Moderator note: replaced passport with Pass to clarify the topicSimilar topic:  

When I proceed to payment for booking a reservation from mulhouse ville to Paris the process stops just before proceeding to payment. SNCF when reached by telephone can’t accept my credit card payment because they say is a foreign credit card. How can I proceed?

Hi,I am going to travel through Norway starting from July 25. I found this route on the interrail website: https://www.interrail.eu/nl/plan-your-trip/trip-ideas/recommended-routes/classic-routes/norway-itinerary.I was looking to make reservations, but I already am not able to find the 2 first train routes (Stavanger - Oslo S, Oslo S - Bergen) on https://www.interrail.eu/nl/book-reservations#/ . Does this mean they are already booked full? What can I do?Thank you for your help!

Hi, We are traveling this summer across central europe, & I’m having issues to make seat reservation for some trains. Here is the route:Split > Zagreb : reservation needed Zagreb > Budapest : no reservation needed :) Budapest > Krakow (PL) : can’t find a place to make a reservation Krakow > Prague : same can’t find a place to make a reservation. For trains inside a give country it’s more o less ok depending on the websites, but when going to another country I can’t find a way to only reserve my seat.Thanks in advance for the help.

I am planning to make a trip to south eastern Europe in around 3 weeks. I have not booked any seat reservations yet. For these countries, seat reservations seem to only be available in paper form, with a delivery time of more than 6 weeks(?!). Is it possible to go to a major railway station, e.g. Oslo sentralstasjon, to buy seat reservations there and immediately get them there? I do not want to make all bookings weeks in advance, to have travel flexibility. Would it e.g. be possible to go to a major station in Austria, Croatia, etc. to e.g. make a reservation towards Belgrade, Sofia, Istanbul just a few days ahead of travel?

Will there be reservation spaces available at train station if none offered online? As in currently there are no spaces for train from paris to Amsterdam, but does this mean even at train station in Paris on day there will be no reservation spaces? 

Hi everyone,i will use the Interrail Global Pass to travel by train with my partner from Helsinki to Rovaniemi (in late august) using a night train. The website says that no reservation is necessary but it is optional. Should i buy the reservation for a total of 23€? or if it isn’t necessary it means that there are almost always free seats on the train? Which are the risks in this case?If you already had a similar experience and you wish to share it with me i’d be pleased.Thanks travellers!

I booked a reservation from italy to switzerland on August 2nd, however, I am wondering if I can switch the date to August 3rd. Does anyone know if this is possible and if so how I do it?

Hi, i've just read about situation with TER trains in france, that they do not accept Interrail tickets.Does it means that i have to buy full tickets also for TGV?

Hello ! I'm trying to book a seat for a trip from Voss to Oslo on July 27th but I can't because the paper ticket will arrive too late. Bought an interrail pass thinking this would help me with my trip to the south of France.  checked the trains were available before hand but when i tried to book it says my pass is not valid so i can’t book the tickets.  No customer service so what do i do?

Hi I am trying to book a paper ticket and it is saying it won’t arrive in time despite it being a month away. It is a night train from Bucharest to Budapest so I feel I should book it in advance so I don’t get stuck. I only arrive in Bucharest that morning so is it possible for me to book that ticket from a different station, I know only some do international tickets. I will be in Thessaloniki before Bucharest does anyone know if I can book the ticket there?
