Hello! I need to catch my high speed train from Paris Gare de Lyon 07:35 july 6th to Nice. Right now I’m in Amsterdam and i was planning to pass through Luxembourg for a few hours since i wanted to visit. I’m leaving on the 5th and I’m choosing between taking the flexibuss, therefore not visiting Luxembourg, or using regional trains. Is this route good? Will i get on board with out seat reservations? They’re greted out everywhere so its hard. i also dont mind sleeping one night in a different town like Champagne, but I’m not a huge fan of Paris.
I already bought Eurail Global Pass and booked seat reservation. However, from July 1st, the Eurail Global Pass has 15% discounted price. I would like to cancel the ticket I bought in original price, and buy another discounted ticket.the question is the seat reservation listed with the ticket number, if I canceled the original price ticket, is the seat reservation still usable?
Hi! I have activated my pass through the app. Then I needed to make a seat reservation and that was not possible through the app. So I went to the website and created a account. Now I seems that I have two accounts, and they are not connected.
my daughter has a second class interrail pass that she hasn't activated yet, and cant get a seat reservation on Eurostar next week. if she changes to a first class interrail pass, how will she know she can definitely get a reservation on Eurostar?
Hi!I purchased a mobile interrail pass for the first time.I bought a 4-day pass within a month.I will travel in a group of 5 people; the trip will start from Munich then it will stop in Budapest, Prague, Berlin and then back to Munich. I have many doubts about booking / app / app travel creation / pass activation.Let's start from the beginning. I take as an example the first travel section, which will be the same for the other ones:Munich - Budapest route - reservations requiredA) I tried to book seats from the interrail site for days but it doesn’t make me proceed due to various errors, so I used the Obb site and I found the EC63 train with departure time 9.29 (I still have to book). Is the seat-booking a separate procedure? And is this the reason why it doesn’t comunicate with the Rail planner application? Consequently, when I get on the train and the conductor will check the tickets, do I need to show him both the reservation and the ticket through the app? B) Through the app, I fou
We are making the reservations and in the app it indicates that we must reserve a seat in some sections and when entering to make the reservation it indicates that it is not necessary. Anyone else has happened? Thank you
Hello everyone,I am trying to get from Paris to Annecy on the 9th of July. I am a bit confused because for some trips it is mentioned that seat reservation information isn’t availbale. And some trips it is mentioned that seat reservation is required however prices are temporary unavailable. And sometime it is a mix of both. Can someone please help me understand the difference between each? Does this mean that all seats are booked already?
Hi all, does anyone know why there is no connection from Oslo to Stavanger is shown in the app?google says there is a train connection.i am not sure if the global ticket contains this connection?
Help! I’m trying to book tickets from Paris to Hamburg (date 220804) but this message keeps coming up?? This has been an issue since several days back. Anyone able to help me? :)I’ve tried to book by other websites but can’t find anyone that workes for the whole trip (both france and germany)…
Hi there! Im pretty new to this and am trying to figure out why I’d get this message,“Prices temporarily unavailableCheck back in a few hours to see prices and book this seat reservation.” For reference, this in regards to a route on Aug 4, 10:55, Paris Est - Stuttgart. Part of a longer trip to Muenchen Hbf.
Hello. We are in a bit of an emergency situation, because tomorrow we need to go to Perpignan from Milan and had to change our route because the time to change between trains was too tight. We wanted to book the reservation to the 17:10 train but it doesn’t show up on the Interrail site while all others are available. We have nearly 2h in Lyon station so we were thinking of just reserving there if we can’t find another way, even if it might end up being full at the last minute. Is there really no other way?
Why is this the case? Also, is it possible to board a Eurostar by booking a seat reservation at the station prior to departure (last-minute)?
Every time I try to book a train (Paris → Stuttgart) 20th July 10.55am I have absolutely no luck. I can select the seat reservation, add it to my cart and then when click on ‘confirm traveler details’ it redirects me back to to home page (and my cart is empty). I’ve tried it with other reservations to see if it’s just that leg that isn’t working/no longer available (no luck same for anything I try to book). I tried changing browsers, clearing cache and cookies. Still no luck! And before anyone suggests, yes I went to the train station and called and each time they offered me a reservation price of 60 euros (as opposed to 12 euros on the eurail booking portal). So that’s not a solution to what seems to me simply to be a bug with the Eurail website. Has anybody else had the same problem and had any luck getting around this? (I’ve been trying for two days now without any luck).
I can’t figure out how to book my seat reservation from Saarbruecken to Paris. I need to book them for tomorrow morning and then I need a return trip the day afterwards, has anybody found any way to book a train from Germany to Paris???
My husband and I are taking the train from Split to Zagreb on 27 August this year and although I am in the 60 day booking window I am not able to book on the interrail website. I can’t book via OBB either. Does anyone know why this is or what I should be doing to secure the reservation? Any help gratefully appreciated! Thank you! N
Hello, I am planning a trip from Munich to Salzburg. I noticed through the DB app/website the train number is RJX 65 while in the rail planner app it’s EC 65. Both depart and arrive at exactly the same time (11:11 to 13:06) and from the same station. Are they the same train? Can I add the EC 65 ticket to my eurail pass and book a seat from the DB website for the RJX 65? If not, why can I not see the RJX 65 train on the rail planner app and also cannot see the EC 65 train on the DB website? can someone please help clarify this?
I can’t find any way of viewing the Pass Cover Number on my Mobile App - this seems to be a recurring theme, but I can’t see what the answer is…..anyone able to help?
When I login using the online reservation tool it fails to link to my trip/passenger and also says "see timetable below" but there isn't one. This was working last week. What is going on ? Is there a customer support desk ? I need to book Oslo to Bergen in May and other Norway journeys. Thanks, Nick
Hi, I’m new here, but very hopeful to get the help that is not coming from the customer service directly. We are a little family travelling around Europe from monday on. We have reservated almost all the seats we need (and we found available), but we are having a problem with the journey Milano-Lyon.As I’ve read that it is a problem making the reservation via Eurrail, and instead we can do it through b-europe, I would need to provide this pass cover number that I don’t have, because we’ve got a mobile pass. Thanks a lot!!!
We're taking a train from Kopenhagen to Hamburg, on the app it did not say that reservations are needed, but now that we're on the train the train conductor says we need one. Is this common? Is there a way to figure out if trains require it even tho it dosn't say on the app? And what should we do hahaha . Quick help appreciated
We are planning to travel van Bar to Belgrade to Sofia to Istanbul around the half/end of July, but are trying to figure out the Belgrade - Sofia leg of the Journey. I came across some mentions here (including the site of the man in seat 61) stating that traffic between Belgrade and Sofia is still suspended. However, if I have a look at several sites (Serbian railways, rome2rio, railcc, etc.) I'm given an option from Belgrade to Nis, (after a long stopover) Nis to Dimitrovgrad and Dimitrovgrad to Sofia. Does anyone know what the current status of this connection is, where I might be able to check it, and if there are other possibities in case the service is not availble? Thank you for your help
Good Afternoon,I bought a pass a couple of months ago, put in my trips Paris → Munich, Munich → Cologne, Cologne → Paris. The 1st part of the trip is Paris to Munich has a stop and train change in Mannheim and it needed a seat reservation. I booked it online on my computer, have a confirmation and its good to go, but It doesn’t have anything about Mannheim to Munich on the pass. Not sure what to do now? Since it didn’t need a reservation do, I just get on the connector train and sit anywhere? Loaded up the app and it has my eurail pass but none of my booked seat reservation. Do these two systems not talk to each other? It says I need my eurail pass and my tickets, any help would be greatly appreciated,Marc
Hello everybody, I have a question since im a foreing traveler from america and here the trains route are different, Im planning my vacations on Eurepe and one of my doubts are about the nightjet Train NJ420 that departs from innsburck to Amsterdam and it has a lot of stops, and one of them is on munich, in my intinerary I going to be on Munich and then I will go to amsterdam, This night train has a stop at 22:30 in munich, my question or doubt is, If I reserved a ticket to this NJ420 night train, I can take it on munich without the need to take it on Innsburck? And… also, the Stops on the night trains routes can be use to get off and board the train? thats my main question, since if that is possible I can plan my intinerary best.
Hello everybody, Got a couple of questions. Why does it say here seat required and N/A what happens if we still go on the train? Do we really need to save a seat? Another question can we travel with bus as well with the interrail pass?Kind regards
