Train connections & reservations

Dear all,I have bought a mobile pass for Norway. I have not activated it thought, I am planning to travel at the beginning of August. I am now to reserve seats for journeys where it is required.Unfortunately, it makes me require postal delivery of seats, but they will not come in time, plus I was expecting to have them digital. How can I solve that?Thank you!

Hi everyone,In July i am traveling trough Europe. I want to make seat reservations for the trains i'm going to travel with. But the train times in de rail planner app isn't the same as on the website where i need to book the seat reservations. The time difference is only half an our. Is it a problem if the time isn't the same? Kind regards,Lotte 

So to be 100% clear about this, you can take all the trains that are listed on the interrail website (in France) even the TGV or the night train, but you only need a seat reservation? not a full ticket? Furthermore, I cant seem to find where i only can buy a seat reservation on the sncf website for the night trains vom Paris to Nice?? Where should i buy the seat reseravtions for the TGV? Some help please x 😮

Hi all,I am trying to make reservations for a train on interrail.eu but it does not show any seats available, however on travel.b-europe there are seats available but they ask for your pass cover number, but you don’t have that on a mobile pass? I already made a request for the customer service, but it is pretty time sensitive, because there is only a one train that has still seats available and we really need to get back that day. Hopefully someone can help us! Thanks a lot!  

I have booked reservations on the interrail website and the email confirmation states that “You can access and manage your e-tickets in your interrail account. too (though they might take up to 30 minutes to appear there).” I cannot see them on the app! I have looked. Do I need to add them all manually? Travelling as a family so that is many reservations and trips to add! 

Hi!I don’t succeed to make a seat reservation from Karlsruhe Hbf to Paris Est. When I try to make the reservation on DB’s website it says that 'seat reservation is impossible’. Does anyone know if it will be possible sooner (I will travel 20th of July) or does it mean that it is fully booked?Thanks in advance!

Hi There,My friends and I (a group of four) are looking for train reservations from Arnhem (Netherlands) to Split (Croatia). On some trains it says “You can buy a seat reservation if you like but it's not required.” It also says there is no price available. Does that mean we are safe to go or do we have a chance of not entering the train because we don't have reservation? Thank you in advance!!! 

Hello! I am travelling within then next week and am trying to use travel.b-europe.com for some of my reservations in France, which requires a Pass Cover Number. However, I have purchased a Mobile Pass which from my understanding does not get a Pass Cover Number. I have tried to contact support but with no luck. Can someone here help me to get the Number?

I want to go from Prague to Budapest, and I saw I could easily make a long stop in Bratislava on the way, since the train stops there. This would mean that I take a morning train as well as a evening train. Would I need to make 2 reservations, or is my ticket also valid for the second train? It feels weird to pay the same amount twice for exactly the same route.

Hello, me and three friends are planning our trip through Europe that will take place in July. I’m wondering what the best website is for booking seat reservations to and from Milano? Italiarail came up, but apparently it only allows Interrail Paper Passes and we all have Mobile Passes. To specify, we don’t need tickets but only seat reservations.Grateful for any help, thanks in advance!

I’m trying to book a train from Stockholm to Copenhagen on the 23rd June. On the Swedish train website (sj.se) nearly all trains are sold out on this date (which makes sense because its just before midsummer so would be a busy time), but on the interrail reservation system it shows tickets available for nearly every train. Has anyone faced a similar situation? I’m concerned that if I book a reservation via interrail there may be a mistake and the reservation not actually valid. I’m traveling with a young child so its fairly important that we actually get seats as well as just not being thrown off the train.

Is the reservation for the IC from Kopenhagen to Hamburg on June 23d at 23:54 mandatory? The interrail app says no, the Deutsche Bahn app says yes for the journey from Padborg to Flensburg. And if yes - where can I geht the reservation? The Deutsche Bahn app tells me everytime that an error occurred.Thank you!

Won’t let me do it through the app. Is there anyway to do it advance before we are in Spain?

I want to know if there is availability for reservations for 7 on the Eurostar London to Paris on June 27….  If there is no reservation availability it doesn’t make sense to purchase the Eurail pass. It’s unfortunate you can’t find this info prior to purchasing!  Can anyone help me out?  

Hi, I’m new to the interrail community. This summer my friend and I will be interrailing for the first time. We are leaving on the 24th of july and just started booking tickets. However, there are a lot of trains that need seat reservations. When I try to make a seat reservation online for the 25th of july, it says that there are no tickets left and when I click on extra information it says that you can only reserve seats 60 days before the travel date and earlier. Unfortunately we are now at 54 days before the travel date and it seems that we can’t make a seat reservation anymore trough the website of interrail. Does anyone now in what other way I can make a seat reservation for me and my friend? For now, it is for the train from Berlin HBF tot Krakow Glowny on the 25th of july, that depards at 10:39 am. Thank you for your help!

Hi everyone!I have a question. This summer I will be traveling around Europe. But I’m having trouble with booking my seat reservation. I want to book this for Barcelona-Madrid (on July 16th) and  Madrid-Barcelona (on July 19th). What I’ve tried already:Booking via the interrail website itself. This doesn’t work, I get a notification that says ‘Not available from Interrail.eu’ Booking via OBB. This also doesn’t work. It says ‘Angebotsfehler’. (So basically error) Booking via Renfe. If you want to book via Renfe you need to create an account. When creating this account you need to fill in your ‘documento de identidad’. You can choose between DNI or NIE (which I think only Spanish people have) or Pasaporte. We don’t have a passport, we only have Belgian ID’s. We tried entering our id number but it says this is not valid Emailing Renfe. After this problem, we emailed Renfe. They said we needed to book with Interrail Rail Planner. Which we have already tried..Does anyone know how else I can

Hi , looking at the trains and there’s a few that doesn’t have anything beside it on the app as if you can’t book it , does anyone know if you can still just turn up and get on them ? It would be the first one there ? Any info would be great thanks  

I booked a couple different tickets using the website “Eurail.com” but when i open the app they don’t show there.  How do i add my purchased tickets onto the app now? Thanks for any help

Attempting to reserve 1st class tickets from:July 4th 13:42 - Frankfort Airport to Amsterdam Centraal (ICE124)July 6th 12:38 - Amsterdam Centraal to Cologne (ICE 125) July 7th 08:16 - Cologne to Berlin (ICE 824 & ICE 545)July 9th 13:15 - Berlin to Prague (EC175)July 11th 11:56 - Prague to Vienna (RJ79)July 13th 09:02 - Vienna to Salzburg (RJ596)July 15th 10:56 - Salzburg to Munich (EC262)July 17th 09:55 - Munich to Nuremburg (ICE800)July 18th 14:34 - Nuremburg to Frankfort (ICE624)I have purchased a Global Pass and yet have been unable to make and pay for the reservations listed above.  The Proceed to Payment button is grayed out and will not respond.  What do I do now, wait until I arrive and take my chances to make reservations at the station?  The app is poorly written and unintuitive if one can’t make reservations and not tell you why.   

My friend and I are travelling to Italy on July 11th, and we are going to take the Munich-Bologna-route in order to get to Rome. The problem is, that every seat seems to be booked. Does anyone else have this problem? And what is the worst thing that can happen if we go on the train without reservations (sit in the train hallway)?

I am travelling from Ljubjana to Split the 22nd of July. When i wanna Buy a Seat ticket, it says N/A. Does this mean it’s already sold out or?😅
