Train connections & reservations

Hi, I have a global pass and I am planning a train trip from Genoa to Paris on July 18th. The trip includes a stopover and using the Interrail booking tool I was able to book the Genoa-Nice route but not the Nice-Paris route. The site tells me this message: "not available from interrail.eu this seat reservation can’t be booked on our website.". How can I book this ticket? I do not live in France and it is not possible for me to go to the station in advance, except on the day of the journey when I arrive in Nice from Genoa, but I am afraid of not finding more seats that can be reserved. The train is the TGV 6162 INOUI at 14:16 on 18 July

So I booked my reservations with plenty of time in advance. Most are e-tickets but 2 of them are on paper: BUDAPEST-KELETI (Hungary) - BRASOV (Romania) BRASOV (Romania) - WIEN HBF (Austria)However, the postal service somehow has messed things up and my letter is being sent back due to an incorrect address issue. This means I will in all likelihood not receive them in time.So my question is whether I can somehow go to the station in Budapest to get my paper reservation based on my order number?Thanks,Duarte

I would like to know..when you have to transfer by foot does that mean you have to walk to another train stain for example Berlin Suedkruez(S) transfer by foot 07min to Berlin Suedkruez 

Hi!I have a route from goteborg C to oslo (global pass) on sunday and the app tells me i need a seat reservation. However once i go online to book the reservation, it shows only ‘you’re all set’ and doesn’t even give me the option to choose a reservation. What does this mean? Thanks in advance for your help!

My girlfriend an I tried to book our reservations today and found out that we need our pass-cover numbers in order to book them on b-europe.com. The only way I  found is that I am contacted by someone from eurail via private message. If that is true it would be great if someone would contact me so we can book our reservations as soon as possible.

Is it just me or is the website really bad at the moment? I can’t click on payment even though I have selected that I Agree with everything :)  Not just this, but all the time the seat reservation is just really bad, it won’t show prices and it gives the error with a message to come back in a few hours?

Trying to book train from Budapest to Prague on 30th June and is only offering me a paper ticket which will be sent out to me, but delivery isn’t until 22nd June and I leave for my trip on 13th June - is there a way to get the Budapest to Prague ticket as an e-ticket? Same thing happening for Lesce Bled to Budapest on 26th June too

Hi everyone,I already have a reservation for 2/10 from Amsterdam to Berlin on a direct train and I’m now trying to book my return on the DB website which isn’t showing any direct trains for my return leg on 17/10 from Berlin to Amsterdam.  I can only see a couple of 1 change options with the rest being 2, 3 and even 4 changes - am I missing something?  I can’t find any information regarding possible engineering work on the line - does anyone have any ideas?Thanks in advance.

I am trying to reserve sleeper berths Zurich  - Lesce Bled at the end of June, but  after pressing ‘Review your order’, I end up with an error every time.

When I enter the information on the website, I can't make a reservation. It is marked on all the routes: Prices unavailableNo fares were found for this route. Passholder seats may be sold out. Search for another route or see "More Information" for other booking options. If Pass seats are sold out, you will need to purchase a full-fare ticket for this route.I should point out that I could normally book them as they can be booked two months in advance.What should I do?Thank you for your help.

My friend and I want to go from Munich to Rome on the 28.08. for which date we also found a train. It first goes from Munich to BOLOGNA CENTRALE. I just saw that online it says that the train can't drive from Innsbruck Hbf to Brennero/Brenner and therefore there will be Busses for that distance.Would you still recommend that train/route or should I look for another one? 

Hello,I would like to know if the ferry between Bari and Dubrovnik is included in the interrail pass or not.Also, I would like to know how to check whether a ferry is included in the interrail pass or not.If so, do I need to make a ticket reservation for that trip? Hi all,I am thinking of buying the 1st class Interrail ticket for Italy. Does anyone know which class it actually corresponds to in Italian trains? As I can see some Trainlines offer classes like premium, business and executive.Or does the 1st class Interrail ticket make you eligible to book any of those classes and the difference will be evident in the reservation fee?Regards, Maroben

On 25 June I'll take the train from Zurich HB to Amsterdam Centraal, at 20:15. I've purchased the seat reservation on the DB website, and on the pdf file I've received it says that my train is called "IC60402" and it will arrive at 9:20am on 26 june. ButThe DB navigator app shows "ic60402 / nj402" and it says it arrives to Amsterdam at 9:20am.Yet the Interrail app shows only "nj402" and it says it reaches Amsterdam at 9:14amAnd the obb website shows two different trains but with same details except for the train name. My question is: are the ic60402 and the nj402 the same train with different names (or something like that)?I'll explain my doubt better: can I use the qr code (on the interrail app) for that nj train that arrives at 9:14amORshould I add my trip with the ic60402 manually? (since on the interrail app, just updated, my precise trip is not showed yet)  Please help me to understand, thank you!  

Sorry for spamming the community as I just asked a question a few mins ago. Here’s another question: I’m looking at the train from Zurich HB to Wien Hbf departing tonight, and I found that the timetables of OeBB and Rail Planner app are not consistent:OEBB:  NJ467 Departing from ZURICH HB at 20:40 today (31.05) whereas Rail planner APP (already updated to the latest version): Departing from ZURICH at 21:40 today (NO train departing at 20:40): I guess the rail planner one is wrong? How should i activate and reserve the ticket when I couldn’t find the correct train on the RAIL PLANNER timetable?  Cheers,Terry

I have a global pass for 6 weeks aiming to visit 12 cities. 3 of them journeys require a seat reservations ticket which are all showing temporarily closed or sold out. What is the likely hood that we will be able to get a ticket on the day from the station that will give us a seat? Or how else can we reserve a seat, can you send me a pass number?

We are having trouble finding the reservation pricing and we have been unable to book our train due to the notes of pricing not set.  Is everyone experiencing the slow web site?

Hii, I hope I can contact someone via this way. Because my friend and I are experiencing some problems. On July 10th we are going form Ljubljana to Split with a stop in Zagreb. 8:30-21:30. But when we want to book reservations for these trains which is required. It says that there are none available. How can we still book seat reservations? Is there another way? If my research is correct, there used to be connections from Zagreb to Belgrade (and Budapest to Belgrade) not long that ago. Does anybody living in one of those countries have any idea what is going one with those railways? Is it under construction, and if so, is that a matter of months or years? Or are they just closed off never to be used again? Thank you!
