Hello! Im thinking of buying the 3 month global pass but I am wondering how much extra will I have to pay for seat reservations? I will be over 13 countries and I would like to know aprox how much extra money would it be?

Hello, I have the Interrail ticket global pass and Germany is my home country. If I travel from Stockholm, Sweden to Munich, Germany with a stop-over in Hamburg, Germany does that mean that I have to pay extra for the Hamburg-Munich train since I already entered my home country once (Stockholm-Hamburg)?

How can I get customer service to correct a reservation on Eurostar to Brussels? I realized after booking this that it was better to take Eurostar to Paris Gare du Nord and then transfer to Thalys because my final destination is Antwerp. I booked this and now I noticed that I cannot take this Thalys train because I will be on Eurostar to Brussels and it won't stop in Paris. How do I fix this? I got no help from Eurail, only chatbot or automated replies 

Hi!I am going to travel from Ljubljana - Split on the night train 16.8.2022 with my interrailing pass. But when i try to book my seat reservation / Sleeping bunk it only says “Prices unavailable”, i’ve noticed that it says that through all summer and even after 16.8.2022, i thought that they haven’t opened the booking process yet but when i went to ÖBB to book a seat reservation it said the same, although i could book a ticket + sleeping bunks for 160€, but that kinda remvoes the purpose of the interrailing pass. Anyone that knows something about this / alternative routes?Thank you! :)

I bought an Interrail Mobile Pass and already connected a trip. Now I wanted to make a reservation via the Interrail Website, but it doesn't show my connected trip.

Salve, ho provato attraverso tre itinerari diversi disponibili su railplanner ad arrivare a Parigi da Reggio Calabria e in ciascuno dei tre itinerari (anche quello che contiene un treno non coperto da interrail che sarei disposto a pagare a parte) è presente almeno un treno i cui posti non è possibile prenotare, sono due giorni che mi dice che il problema si risolverà tra qualche ora. Ho notato che è un problema presente per la maggior parte delle prenotazioni dei freccia rossa nell'intorno all'11 agosto

Hello All,I’m planning my first Europe trip and new to EU rail system.I have taken a 5 day Global pass and trying to book reservations for traveling from Hamburg to Barcelona on June 21st. It includes two changes via Karlsruhe HBF and Paris EST. EU Rail planner says I need seat reservation to board train ICE 9574 from Karlsruhe HBF to Pars EST. However, when I try to book reservation through EU Rail planner app or their website, it says ‘price unavailable’. My cousin tried to book on my behalf at Hamburg train station and they said it can be done only by the passenger coming in-person. I tried book via DB website too but it says ‘reservation impossible’.Now how do I book my ticket? What are my options other than buying ticket in-person? If in-person is the only option, can it be done anywhere in Europe? (I’ll reach Barcelona in 5 days)I do not want the pass holder seats to run out by the time I reach Barcelona or Germany to buy this ticket. Can somebody please help me figure this out!

Hello everyone, On Friday 26 August I will travel with DB BAHN to Germany and Switzerland for the first time with 2 people, leaving Brussels at 6.25 am.Brussels South - Cologne, departure 6.25 amCologne - Basel SBB, departure 8.54 am We have a 1st class interrail global pass. When I look on the DB BAHN website to see how many seats are still available in 1st class, I find that quite a few places have already been reserved.Since seat reservation is not required, I would like to take the risk of not reserving seats.I would like to know your advice on this?If a seat is reserved, for example from Karlsruhe to Basel SBB, is this already displayed from Cologne?Isn't it true that we can also sit in 2nd class if there are no more free places in 1st class?

Hi. I’m trying to make seat reservation for Amsterdam - Florence on the 17th of June 06.15 but the options I see in Rail Planner and Train planet don’t match but without any explanation. It looks like it’s specifically Amsterdam - Paris that won’t show up by Train Planet. Does this mean the tickets are finished? When I search for Amsterdam - Paris directly at Thalys I can see the trip but not add my Interrail pass… What can I do???

Can I use the pass in the national rail lines in England?

If I take a train or a ferry in the afternoon and it arrives the next day at night or in the morning, does it count as 2 days of travel to the pass?

In order to place a reservation for the connection between Nice and Pairs on the travel.b-europe.com website I need my paper pass number but I currently only have the mobile pass version of the Interrail pass. How can I can book ma reservation? Many thanks 

Hello,I have a global Interail Pass.I need to book a reservation for our return trip Zurich - Paris. I would like to book a traject with 2 changes (Zurich - Bâle, Bâle, Strasbourg, Strasbourg - Paris) but I can’t book because it’s written “Prices temporarily unavailable. Aucun résultat n'a été trouvé dans le système de réservation. Revenez dans quelques heures pour consulter les tarifs et effectuer cette réservation.” on the traject Strasbourg Paris. The train is ICE9574.Do you know how I could book? I checked on the Swiss train company but I don’t see how to book with an interrail pass.Many thanks!Julie

I am trying to book a trip from Paris to Nice for me and 1 other traveler. I cannot book online without the pass cover number. If someone with Eurail support could supply this that would be very helpful. Thank you!

I need my Pass Cover number for my and my wife's mobile pass

Hi  I am travelling to istanbul in July via bucharest but in the reservation page it say  joirney takes 42 hours 2 change of trains. So there is long waits between changes.  So 2 days from bucharest to istanbul. Sorry l am mumbling but what is the easiest route to take.  I especially want to visit Paris and Budapest on the way

I have been trying to make a reservation from rijeka to strasbourg (via munchen) on Friday 22 July for over a week now. For the ride from Rijeka to Munich (INT 480) I keep getting the message that the seat reservation is not available. For the trip from Munich to Strasbourg (TGV 9576), I keep getting a message that the prices are temporarily unavailable. Can anyone help me? 

Hey there,I`d like to start my France trip in Cologne; the operating train service is french (TGV/Thalys), is the country pass valid from here? I found mixed info; the pass only makes sense for me if I know upfront of my trip whether it`s vaild. Seems to me that validation in border regions is very up to each country, so I`m very happy for the help of someone with experience with the french one country pass :) Thanks so much!

Is it risky to not book seat reservations on trains where it’s not required?

Hey!I am trying to book four trains in Italy but get the error ‘Prices temporarily unavailable’. I am going with my girlfriend and we both have first class InterRail tickets. There are other trains in Italy (and other parts of Europe) which we have successfully booked reservations for. Please can someone help us to find out what is causing this error message and/or where the next best place to book reservations are if we cannot do it directly via InterRail? We have looked into ItaliaRail but there does not seem to be a way to input an InterRail pass code for a reduced price. hi!We’ve been loooking for some seats reservations between Venice and Zagreb on the 25th of July. However, on the interrail app and OBB app they don’t seem to be any seats left. We’ve looked also other options such as Flixbus, but we were looking for sth more affordable. Are any other options to take into account? :)

I wanted to go to Lourdes straight from CDC airport. Is there bullet train passing from CDC airport? 

I am planning to travel from Verona to Milano with my Interrail ticket on the 5th of July. As I want to avoid a reservation fee, I am planning to take a regional train, for which I believe no reservation is required. On the website of Trenitalia it gives a connection with Trenord 2624, departure 09:43 (see image), but I can't find this via the Interrail App. Is it possible to use this train and add it manually to the Interrail Planner App? And is it true that there is no reservation required?
