Can I combine my digital pass with a seat reservation purchased at the railway station? I can't verify myself when trying to book reservation online. Lost my BankID together with my mobile. 

Hello, i’ve been reading many times the instruction but i didn’t understood how the destinations works.Can i use the pass to go to any destinations or i’m only limited with the destinations provided by the site?thank you

Dumb question, I know. But I just wanna make sure. All of those dots are stops where you can get off, right? I need to take a train to Köeln from Berlin but I need to take the train that goes to Bonn-Bad and I just wanna make sure that I can actually get off in Köeln haha.  

Hi, we are interrailing this summer and want to make seat reservations from Basel to Milano and from Milano to Florence. But for the last couple of days this is not possible, we tried the Interrail website, Interrail app and DB website. Any clue / help?

Hello,  I have been trying to book a train for a week now, but there is always this error message “prices temporarily unavailable” and it tells me to come back in a few hours to check the prices. However it’s been a week and I need to be able to book something 

I just bought a Eurail 15 days in 2 months Pass and was trying to book seat reservations. I will be arriving in Paris on May 31st and my first train is on June 1st from paris to Lyon, which is why I really want to book my reservations online, not in person.I have tried multiple times, and many different routes, but I keep getting the same error message. It says:  “please find an alternate connection, the unavailable leg will be removed from your cart”. This message pops up no matter the route or time I try.I also tried to book through the travel.b.europe website, however, I need a pass cover number for that, and I have a digital pass. I do not want to risk booking the ticket the day of arrival so I don’t know how this can be fixed. The trains I plan to take which need a reservation are the following: Paris Gare de lyon- Lyon Part Dieu: June 1, 2022    12:50-14:36Lyon Part Dieu – Milano Centrale: June 2, 2022  10:38-17:40Milano Centrale- Firenze S.M.N: June 8, 2022 10:10-12:04Bruxelles

Hi,We are planning on travelling for 1 ½ months in July/August. We would like to take a sleeper car on the night train from Sofia to Burgas. I tried to book the train on the BDZ website, but I can't find the discount option for an interrail pass. Is it true, that we can only book it at an international ticket window in Sofia? If so, will there be enough room in the middle of summer?

Can I book seats next to my wife with our separate interrail passes?

For the last 45 days I'm trying to book reservations for Narbonne - Barcelona on July 30th. But reservations are NEVER available. Now it says that the tickets are sold out, which seems odd, as they were never really available to buy.Is this correct? Or maybe reservations will be available some time later?Any help is welcome. Just wanted to check again, no reservations are required? It says no on the app but I just like to double check. Thanks. 

Me and my friend are planning to got on a trip in August. We have read that there are seat reservations required for some trains. We are wondering how early we have to make these. Is it enough to book the reservations 1 - 3 days before using the train or do they need to be booked a month in advance or something like that?Thanks for your help!

Hi,I am trying to book a ticket two weeks away in Norway, I live in the states. Whenever I try to book I get the message that my tickets would take to long to ship, and I need to provide a European address. When I provide the address off my hotel in Norway, it still gives me the same message. Is it possible to change the option to have my reservations emailed so I can print them myself? I hear of this option, but I cannot seem to locate it. Help! 

Hello,my girlfriend and me want to make a trip to Avignon. I’m using an Interrail ticket, she just needs a ticket back to Hamburg, so she just book one normal ticket via the DB App. (She will travel to France two weeks before me with her parents and their car, thats why she just needs one ticket back)Now for the ICE from Karlsruhe to Hamburg she can choose a Seat and I will book the Seat next to her via the DB App. But how do we do that for the TGV from Avignon to Karlsruhe? We never traveled to France via train, so we have absolutely no idea, how we’re able to book two seats next to each other. There seems to be no Option to choose a seat in the TGV.Hope there is any way to make that work. Thanks for your Help!

Hi guys, I will be travelling with my girlfriend in July and August. We are currently planing our route and will be starting in Santiago de Compostela. We want to visit Vigo, Porto, Lisbon, Faro, Seville, Madrid and Barcelona. On the interrail app it says seat reservations are required for nearly all of them. How and where do I book the seat reservations?

Hey, I want to take the nightjet from Rome Termini to Villach Hbf (first connection on the pic) on on Wednesday 25.05. at 20:17. The Railplanner App says I do not need reservations for that train, but usually you need reservations for all night trains. What do I do? Do I try to book who via the ÖBB webpage? Or do I not book and show them the screenshot showing that the app didn't ask me to book when they ask?

Hi - is it just me, or has the eurail ‘book reservations’ site been failing to load trains for several days now? I’ve tried in several browsers. I can enter the train stations, select my pass, but then it just gets stuck trying to load the available trains on that date? It previously worked fine (albeit with the various other glitches). Thanks

My train from Aulnoye-Aymeris to Paris Nord has been cancelled. I’m waiting for a train to Lille to Paris nord instead. 1 train from Lille straight to Paris nord requires a reservation, the 2nd has 3 change overs in between Lille and Paris nord. Is there any way that I can get the first train for free due to my original train being cancelled? 

Hello. I’ve bought my first Interail pass for myself and my kids. Whilst I was aware there were going to be seat reservations to pay, I’m shocked at how expensive they are for myself and two kids. I’m also struggling with availability and starting to regret getting Interail passes at all. For example, I want to travel from Aix en Provence to Barcelona but whenever I search, although lots of trains come up it’s telling me none of them are available to book. Once, on my mobile app, it allowed me to click through to book them but I was shocked to learn it was 80 euros which included 10 euros postage (why when I have a mobile pass?) and 6 euros booking fee. Please can anyone help with regards to if this is all standard and if so i I might cancel my Interail all togas it’s too much hassle and cost, or am I just doing something wrong/not giving the whole process a chance? As for 4 days in a row all tickets from Toulouse to Spain (I tried Madrid, Barcelona, Girona, Pamplona) are sold out, I thought of trying local trains. I don't mind the change more often, besides it's a great way to meet locals and see more than just a fast blur by 250/h. But no, I can't find any connection. I tried Toulouse - Narbonne - Port-Bou, just over the border and from there to Barcelona. Nope, I have to back to Perpignan. I tried Toulouse - Orthez and then to Pamplona, but those are buses. I suppose the locals go by train too, don't they? I bet they don't take all a TGV, but just a train that stops at every tree. ;)Why don't these local trains show up?Anyone advice about how to get to Spain from Toulouse other than the TGV via Narbonne?

Hi, I've booked 2 reservations, but their timetables (and/or type of train) are not completely the same on the railway-company website and interrail website/app. Somebody told me that the app is not always updated, but I don't want to have troubles while travelling, so I'll explain my doubts through my examples: EXAMPLE NUMBER 1~ Screenshot from the interrail app, where there's my qr code to travel:~ Screenshot from the interrail website, where I got my reservation:The 8.10am train doesn't exist in the interrail website, and 8.20am one doesn't exist in the app. In the trenitalia website they both exist. I'm confused, but at the end I bought the reservation for the 8.20am train. My question is:can I use that qr code (shown in the app) and that reservation (bought on the interrail website) to join the rome-milan journey?  EXAMPLE NUMBER 2~ Here's the screenshot from the interrail app:~ Then the screenshot from the DB website, where I purchased the reservation:~ The interrail website show

Hi Everyone,I’m new to this so please forgive me if I’m missing something.  I’m planning a trip in late september through middle of October.  I’ve bought the euraill global 1st class pass.  So, am now trying to book seat reservations and every single long trip (eg prague-budapest.  Budapest to Zurich) says seat not available...I’ve looked at the eurail and the obb sites and both say this.  Am I trying to book these tickets too early (I’m hoping this is the case!) or is it normal for these seats to be sold out 5 months out?  Thanks so much for your help….

Hi, We are two people going interrailing this summer. I have sent a couple of emails to interrail.eu directly, but they are not responding, therefore I am trying here. We chose the mobile pass when ordering the passes a couple of months ago and I have activated our tickets in the Rail Planner-app. But I have heard that you also need a physical pass? In that case, how do I get it, is it enough to print it out? I have not received anything by post either (which is probably because I ordered the mobile pass). And one more thing; we have already ordered several seat reservations. I have gotten the confirmation email with the tickets and I can find them in my profile on the website, but they are not visible in the app… Why is that? And do I need to print out these as well?  Thank you!! 

HI I'm trying to book a seat reservation on the night train from Krakow to Budapest on the 18th of July and still this website doesn't give me that option. I have tried to book it on CD but i get to the last step and it says the ticket isn’t available at this price. It’s frustrating that i have an Interrail pass and i can’t book seat reservations on their website.  

Hello, similar to others, I have received 1st class reservations for my 2nd class interrail ticket for italy. Unfortunately, the trip starts in Switzerland, which makes it impossible to change them at a ticket office. I already contacted you (interrail support) and didn’t received an reply since two days. I also contacted trenitalia via phone. They said that they are not able to exchange the ticket and that I definitely cannot take the train with that reservation. He also mentioned that it won’t be possible to ask the on-board staff for a change of that reservation. Hope someone can help me. I don’t want to buy a second reservation, obviously, and don’t want to stand with my child in Zürich in the end without a possibility to continue our travel. Best,Max
