Train connections & reservations

I am trying to book a reservation for the direct train from Berlin to Warsaw. It is saying that this cannot be done on every website I have tried. Does anyone know how I make this booking? Thanks!

My partner and I hold Eurail Global pass and I tried to book a reservation for us via OBB for my journey from Switzerland to Italy.After that we downloaded PDF from OBB website, but seems like my partner’s name is not mentioned on the PDF. Would it cause any problems for us during travel? We have rest of the information correctly mentioned on the PDF, except my partner’s nam 

Hello, I will do a roundtrip with Eurail pass 1. class, mainly on Highspeed trains in Germany, France, UK, Italy and Austria. The trip will be End of July. When do you recommend to make seat reservations to be on the safe side, but also to have flexibility as long as possible? 1 month in advance? Or more?

Hi, I am a first time eurail user from Australia! Just bought a eurail pass for myself and 3 others. Having a bit of trouble figuring out the best way to make train reservations and link the pass to a journey. I have a few questions I would love answered. Once I link the pass to a trip created on the app, am I then able to edit or unlink the pass?  How can I make reservations for train seats and sleepers for overnight trains without getting charged more than necessary, on an external website? Ie. is there something I can use to put in a code for my pass or something? I have a 7 day in a month pass, how does the eurail pass know the maximum journey cap and calculate it? Is it possible to then for example overbook an extra train/day and then get charged extra (want to avoid this)? I bought tickets for all 4 of us, but we will be on the same journey. What is the best way to go about booking for all of us and using the passes, should we all just input the same trip onto seperate phones and

When I wanted to add this train to my trip I was shocked that this train is not in mobile RailPlanner.It always says I have to go to Milano Central, but this train goes exactly from Porta Garibaldi to Roma.If I type trip from P. Garibaldi to Roma (on 27.7.2022) there is no train 797.Am I just too fast?Thanks

I am trying to book a reservation for a journey from Paris, France to Nice Ville, France, however, due to a technical glitch on the website it won't let me reserve a seat. The reservations are for sure available when I'm not logged into my account. I need a pass cover number but I have a mobile pass, can someone please help me get a pass cover number from my online pass?

Hello,I am trying to book a train reservation from Amsterdam to Paris on the b-europe website and it requires a pass cover number. I have a mobile pass and cannot figure out my pass cover number. I reached out to customer service a few days ago and have heard no response. Thanks,Nicole 

hi @Nanja , @Leo I was wondering if you guys can help me to get the pass cover numbers to book a reservation for a train from Paris to London on May 17th on the B-europe website as I have tried booking on euril.com but none were available to book. I have submitted a ticket to ask for pass cover number already from reading other posts but it has been couple of days with no news. 

Hello.My name is Jorge from Portugal, planning my first Global pass Interrail, mainly in Swiss, Austria and Germany.My planned trip is almost entirely made of “no mandatory reservations” journeys. Some of them are crucial, like if I don’t board that train I will miss the plane to Portugal.Is there anything I can do so I can be sure I will board those specific trains? Thanks

Hello community, I had some questions about the Paper Pass and the MyTrip section.First of all: is it correct that the paper pass, attached to the plastic cover of the pass, is the one that needs to be stamped on a railway station? Meaning that i do not need to fill this one in myself? Secondly: i understand that i need to fill in the dates and the inbound and outbound station of my travel. Is this also necessary for when i change trains? My example:I'm traveling from Amsterdam to Prague, with a transfer in Frankfurt and then a transfer in Regensburg. Do i need to fill in Amsterdam-Prague on MyTrip, or do i need to fill in Amsterdam-Frankfurt, Frankfurt-Regensburg, et cetera? Thank you in advance for your response!  

Hi !  I am leaving to take an interrail trip this summer and was starting to check my itinerery. I noticed that there are no train line between Dubrovnik and Split. Are there any way to connect these two cities that may be included in the interrail global pass ? Thanks ! 

I want to travel from Basel to Italy, therefore I bought the Interrail Italy Pass. When I wanted to book the seat reservations I got the message that the pass isn’t valid in some of these countries. Could anyone help me?Thank youSandra  

Hola, vivo en Chile y quiero reservar asientos en un viaje de Paris a Barcelona teniendo yo un Eurail Pass electrónico, pero al realizar la reserva, y cuando me pide los datos la página me indica que la reserva se emite con Billete en Papel, y como yo estoy en Chile, no me permite pagar, y por lo tanto no puedo reservar. On the interrail planner, there are only a select amount of grey dots (stations) on the map. Are these the only ones you can travel to with the Continuous Month Pass? Or can you go anywhere in the country? Thanks.

It is almost impossible to make reservations through the website for the last 4 days.  Every time I get the message “ A problem repeatedly occurred on …… “.    I tried everything from clearing the cache, rebooted my device and using different browsers.   It was working before and I was able to book some trains.I have a pass and trying to book seat reservation any help is very much appropriated.   There is no customer support link in Eurail website.  This is very frustrating 

Is it mandatory to plan our trip before? For example, I want to visit England but I don’t want to do a “road trip”, but to be based in London and have some day-trips in other cities. But the problem is that some of the cities are not addable (I can’t add them) to the trip (eg: Bath, Bournemouth) so does it mean that I can’t travel there with the pass? 

Hi! The 5th of Juli we would like to interrail trough East-Europe. Unfortunately booking seat reservations isn't possible. Does someone know why it isn't possible? Kind regards,Charlotte 

Some trips cannot be booked via the app, but can be booked via the website. For example from Dimitrovgrad (Bul) to Istanbul. Is it possible to add these journeys to the Pass via the website?

For example, how can you travel from Paris to Brussels with a normal train, so without a surcharge?

I am considering getting a refund on my already-purchased interrail pass, and buying a replacement pass in this nifty sale on at the moment.However I have already made reservations and want to check if those reservations (especially the Eurostar reservation) are valid with a new pass. All other details -- name, passport number etc -- will remain the same, only the pass number will change.

I am interested in buying a 2 month global pass while it’s on sale.I am a Bulgarian citizen traveling in Canada during May and June and will be returning to Europe in late June. I plan to land in London and travel for 2 months using the pass before returning to Bulgaria.Is it possible to ship the paper pass to Canada since I won’t be at my home address to pick it up?I already have a flight to London which is why I’m hoping to use the pass this way. Also, does a trip need to start and end in your home country? Thanks a lot!

Hi all, I’m really struggling with the broken Interrail website and my holiday is getting nearer..I’ve tried making seat reservations with 3 browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) on 3 different devices (two laptops one iphone) and the page just won’t work. Sometimes the page doesn’t open and shows an error message. Other times when it lets me access the page and search for the train, it says I have to “create trip”, after which I have to “add travelers”. After I add travelers, it shows 0 trips and says I have to “create trip”. The loop is never ending. When I look at my trips under my account, it adds any new trip I create into “past trips”, not “upcoming trips”. The trip I’m trying to book is London to Paris (Eurostar) with a mobile pass. I’m currently in the UK. Any alternative ways to book?

Hi, We want to take the InterRail pass to go from Switzerland to a trip in scotland, on septembreIf I use the app to see the train, a train like London-Edinburgh, we can’t see if fees is applicable, we only see N/A on all train, at any schedule (next month or septembre)Same with the Eurostar. For the Eurostar/TGV, we dont’ understand when we can book. Already to late ? To early ? Thank you !
