Hallo! Is iemand bekend met wanneer je weer van Lissabon naar Madrid kunt reizen?

Dear Intervall team,I have a question concerning my trip to Venice. I will take the train the 14th of April from Berlin to Venice. Departure time from Berlin is 7:37h. Arrival time is 23h50 in St. Lucia (Venice). The Interrail homepage says that I have to book reservations for this trip. I called the Deutsche Bahn and asked them. They informed me that for none of these trains a reservation is actually necessary, but optional. I would be greatful if you could answer me regarding this matter, as the trip moves closer.Also, unfortunately the trip does not appear in the Application. So I ask myself how am I supposed to add this trip when its not in the App? (I have a mobile pass). In general, the planning with your homepage is really complicated as the informations concerning the trips are often not correct. Up to date information is only on the homepage of the deutsche bahn. Unfortunately, as a customer it is also not possible to talk to someone of your team via phone in a more direct way

Can I book a place in a sleeping compartment if I have a mobile pass? Do I get a paper or an electronic confirmation? Do I need to print it?

Hi!  I need to make a seat reservation for Milano Centrale - Firenze S.M.N on 21/04/22 for 2 adults. Is there a way to book just seats on TreinItalia? I can’t get the Interrail one to work. Also when I look the journey up on TI it only gives me the whole ticket price. I can’t see an option to choose Seat OnlyThe app says you only need a seat reservation for the first leg of the journey and then change at Pisa Centrale. are there any other companies for Italian trains to book seat only reservations? Any help would be great!

I am trying to book 3 seats from Milan to Paris on 11 May 6am, first class seats with my eurail pass. However, the price is so expensive at 141€ on the eurail website, so i decided to compare with SNCF. But I am unable to book with SNCF as I am not sure how to add my eurail pass, how do i go about this? 

I bought interrail global pass, can i use Frecciarossa train ?? My journey from german-italy, there is 2 times transit and one journey use frecciarossa train and the train show in 'interrail app' but i read only train with partner we can use, but frecciarossa is no partner with interrail. So anyone can explain this ?

Hello,I want to book a seat reservation but I can only get it via post. Why is that? When I am already on my way there is no chance to get this ticket when they only send on paper with the post.Thank you for answers.

Hi there!I was looking to travel from Barcelona to Paris using a night train, but I can’t seem to find any information about it. Are there only tickets for the morning for that route because we are trying to spend our nights traveling so we don’t lose out on days?Thank you!

Hello, I have booked a Greek Islands pass 4 days for next august. My issue is that I plan to do some connections between Islands that are not possible with the ferries of the Attica Group ( for example : Santorini-Amorgos, Naxos-Sifnos, Sifnos-Santorini or Sifnos-Paros, depending on the days). Can I make free reservations with my pass for the Seajet ferry company ? If not, can I use the 30% discount that is supposed to be offerd for extra travel days ? Thank you!  

Trenitalia only seems to sell single occupancy accomodation on their night trains in Italy (e.g. to Sicily) at this moment, still due to Covid-19: either a couchette or sleeping compartment. Options for Interrail reservations, however, are still “Bed in 6-berth sleeper - €41” and “Private single sleeper - €122”. Can I assume that the with the former reservation, I will receive a single occupancy couchette compartment?

We have global Eurail passes.  I’m trying to book from Edinburgh to London.  The Eurail site does not allow to make the seat reservations and give the other booking option of using acprail.  How do I book the seats and get tickets on acprail with my Eurail passes?   thanks 

I am planning a trip from Zermatt to Milan which requires a transfer in Visp. As per the OBB website/app, the Visp to Milan train requires a printed ticket, however I will not have access to a printer. It states that i can print the ticket at an OBB self service machine or ticket office in Austria, however I will not be in Austria. Any advice on how to obtain this printed ticket?

I’m travelling from Munich to Zurich, there are changing of trains. How do I know which train to board, or where should i go to board the train? 

Hello all,We cannot reserve seats for the TGV from Paris to Bordeaux - has anyone else had issues with this? I checked on availability before booking the one month pass, but as soon as I purchased it said the reservations were no longer available.  

We are planning to travel Porto to Vigo to Barcelona in two days in mid-July. Previously both Renfe and Train Line showed two trains daily for our travel date Porto-Vigo, but now they show no trains, just bus, from 1 July onward.  Any ideas about why? Rail works?   Alsa bus is our backup, but the train would be nicer.Also, will we be able to get reservations less than 24 hours in advance for Vigo to Barcelona (Sunday night for Monday travel) in mid-July?  We plan to go via Madrid (and understand the station change), but could take the direct (slow) train.  Does anyone know if Vigo to Madrid or Madrid to Barcelona trains are likely be fully booked in advance for a Monday in July?  

HiI’m trying to book seat reservations for the route Wien HBF - Zürich HBF but without success(for the 18th July this year). sbb.ch only seem to want to sell me the full price ticket and oebb.at says “no ticket available”.I know I could probably just jump on this train without a reservation, but since I have a first class railpass I’d much rather ensure I get a first class seat. I’m specifically interested in the Railjet Express 162 train that leaves Wien HBF at 09:30. Any ideas on how to book this route?  

Hello, I filled out the form for a manuell journey. Dates and train numbers are checked at railway station at Porto. But if I want to produce a ticket it doesn’t work. I shall try it again or contact railwayplanner. So I tried it several times but no ticket will be produced. What can I do. Want to travel tomorrow! thanks for answering Yours Gerd

Hello, I have just reserved 2 spots on a train from Munich to Bratislava, Slovakia. For some reason in my email confirmation it only has 1 ticket and it has the secondary passengers name on it. But under the ticket it shows passenger list with both of our names. I am wondering if anyone knows if I am suppose to have a second ticket or is this fine? 

Is there a night train from Rome to Zurich. If so is this included in the interrail pass (+additional fees). Is it safe to get this train at the moment due to Covid and Ukraine war?

Hi!  im looking to book a seat for the 2nd leg for our journey from Ljubljana to Venice. We’re travelling on 16/04 and we need to change at Villach Hbf but they require a seat reservation.  The Interrail website won’t load properly for me, is there anyone who can help? 

Hey,I can't book seat reservations. When I want to search the reservations from one destination to another the page is not loading and it says error. Why is that? Does someone else also have this issue?Thank you for your answer!!

Hello,I recently bought my 2nd class Eurail pass and am planning a trip to Edinburgh from Cologne on the 18th of April.  I have a few connections and my train from Bruxelles Midi to London St Pancras requires a seat reservation, as well as my train from London St Pancras to Edinburgh.  However, I have been unable to make a reservation for either. For London to Edinburgh, it tells me that I must book at a major train station.  So does this mean I need no reservation ahead of time, and can make it in the station before I board my train? For Bruxelles to London, it says I can book at the station or through Deutsche Bahn or CD.  I have tried both websites and Deutsche Bahn says it is impossible to make a reservation, and CD won’t allow me either.  I even tried the Thalys website, and the train I would be taking was not present on their website.  I also tried on OBB and it said “a technical error occurred” in the space where it would show the fare.  I couldn’t even do it on the Eurail websi
