I’m not able to fine how to change transit time between 2 trains (in this new app)

My girlfriend and I have bought mobile, 10 day passes. We have never been to Europe before (Canadians). These are the questions I have:When you plan a trip some stops/trains say there is a reservation needed. How do I make reservations? I have tried to make them on the Rail Planner App and online but have had no luck at all. I have read countless how-to guides with no success. For example, most say to go to the eurail/interrail website to make them. I go to the website, click “yes” when asked if I have a pass, when I go to log in/create an account there is no where for me to enter my pass number like all of the online forums say there is; and when I go to my account settings, there is no option to add a pass/ traveller. And once logged in and I click to book reservations its just a FAQ page with nothing to actually book the reservations.  One train we want is from Interaken to Venice, there is 2 changes on the journey and the 3rd from from Brigs requires seat reservations.  When making

I have a ticket but can’t create a trip.  There is simply nothing on the trips and travellers page when I try.  This seems to mean that I can’t book any trains.  Please help.  I am now stuck away from home.  

Situation: I want to travel from Barcelona to Paris with the TGV 9708 INOUI but the only way to book a reservation is by getting the ticket sent to an address. But by the time that the ticket will arrive, I’ll already be on my way back to Germany.Will a photo of the reservation get accepted (e.g. a family member at home sends me a pic of it)? Or do I need to have the papers with me when a ticket inspector asks for a reservation?

HelloI am going from Spiez, Switzerland to Firenze, Italy on 12 April 2022.I bought a Eurail pass.I made a reservation for a seat from Paris to Interlaken, but I kept trying to go from Spiez to Firenze, but it didn't work.I searched and found that the Trenitalia website does not accept seat reservations for Eurail Pass holders.I'm trying to reserve a seat through Rail Planner, but it only shows up like this. can you help me?

i have a global pass and since the launch of new look of EURAIL, seat reservation is not getting done through mobile or laptop. The window to proceed with seat reservation is not appearing, can someone pls help?

How to reserve a sit with eurail if they transfer me to another company 

Hello all, I am planning a reservation in which requires a printed ticket. I live in the US so don’t have the option to get it delivered directly to me. What are your recommendations in obtaining the ticket? I read that some got it delivered to them in Europe at the hotel/hostel they are staying at days before their trip as they were already in Europe (this is possible for me as I will be in Europe prior to the departure date). Should I just do this? Or is there a better option?

Hello,In 2020 I won 2 interrail tickets. Unfortunately I got diagnosed with cancer shortly after. Treatment was long, and the consequences quite bad. So we still did not get a chance to use them.Now I have simplified a travel route, because with my phisical dissability and all the cancer treatments, I cant do a lot anymore. The plan was to fly to Malaga from NL on the 5th of March. Then 3 nights there, then the train to Barcelona on March 8th, 5 nights, and then the train from Barcelona to Paris on the 13th of March. And then back to NL. Ive read we can only book when we are on the station. Will 3 nights before be enough for Malaga -Barcelona and 8 nights before enough for Barcelona - Paris?Due to my condition, its not really possible to be flexible. So I kinda have to know if we will get seats on those trains. I really cant find anything that can tell me its going to be ok. If not, we will have to cancel these plans once again. And my tickets will no longer be valid. Thank you in adva

On DB when you reserve a ticket, how do they know that you have a eurail pass?I want to reserve Zurich to Munich but it’s very expensive

J'ai vu que sur votre site pour la réservation de siège, pour certains trajets il est impossible de réserver (ex pour l'Espagne, ou lorsqu'il y a le message d'erreur "Aucun tarif n'a été trouvé pour cette correspondance. Veuillez effectuer une nouvelle recherche ou trouver une autre méthode de réservation."). Comment faire dans ce cas ? Quels sont les autres moyens ? Train - Paris to Krakow.  We need to find a higher speed train to get from Paris to Krakow in 2 days.  Traveling in July.  Need a little help!  We are from the USA.

HelloFirst of all I would like to know if there is a phone server. 1. How can we know that the reservation has been validated? Is it when the seat reservation fee has been paid, or just when the trip has been entered in the application and in the pass?2. When do I have to pay to reserve the seats?3. And once paid, is it modifiable and/or cancellable?4. I have seen that on your site for seat reservations, for some routes it is impossible to reserve (e.g. for Spain, or when there is an error message "No fare has been found for this connection. Please perform a new search or find another reservation method"). What should I do in this case?5. Also, sometimes it says "Seat availability unknown", what does this mean?6. How can I get two passengers to sit next to each other on the train, knowing that both passes are registered on the app on two different phones? Thank you in advance. 

I want to travel from Germany to Italy. Do I have to add Countries inbetween (for instance Switzerland) to the pass?

Good afternoon! Me and my friends are planning a trip from Amsterdam to Thessaloniki for the coming April. We wanted to travel via Munich, Budapest and Belgrade. Up until Budapest, we can plan our trip via this website. However, when we want to check for trains from Budapest to either Belgrade or Thessaloniki, nothing comes up on the travel planner.Neither do I see Serbia in the list of exceptions on the website.I was therefore wondering whether there is any reason why we cannot find trains (in April) from Budapest to either Belgrade or Thessaloniki.Thank you in advance.

I’m thinking of getting the 10 days in 2 months pass so would the route Berlin- Brussels- paris- Zurich- bled- Zagreb- Budapest- Bratislava- Vienna- krakow- Prague be within the 10 travel day allowance? Or do train connections in one journey take up your travel day? For example, Budapest-Bratislava with 3 change overs, do the change overs come in with the 1 travel day or do they count as separate journeys? 

Hello everyone I am travelling with my sister to Liverpool from London on March 26th. We wanted to book our seats but it says “You can't book this connection through our self-service system. Please find an alternative way to book.”. The only solution seems to be buying tickets directly at the train station the day of the departure. Can we be sure that there will still be any seats left on the D-day ? Won’t prices be higher ? or do we have to make the reservation on an other website and therefore not use the interrail pass ? Thank you in advance for your help :) Have a nice day Lucy

How does the train get from Florence to Venice? Does it take you to the island or the mainland. I’m booking a hostel on the island and don’t want to arrive and find myself on the main land. Similarly does the train leave from the island as well?

Hello, normally I would contact customer service, but there isn't one. Just cruel. Maybe you can help me. I had to book a ticket through Austria "ÖBB" because it was not bookable. That worked wonderfully and I have the e-ticket. But how do I add the seat reservation to the portal? Thanks very much.

Anyone know how to pay this 10 euro fee in the rail planner app. Seat appears to be reserved but want to know if I can pay fee ahead of time.
