Train connections & reservations

So I want to get from Tallinn to Riga, and I read that first one has to take a train from Tallinn to Valga at the Estonian border and then a train from Valga to Riga. However none of these train stations show up in the rail planner app. I have the Interrail mobile pass so I need to add eagh journey to my ticket in the app, right? 

Hello guys,We have problems in general to reserve any train piece. Because in all options appears only an exclamation mark so with is not possible for us to see the price or to put a selected reservation in the samples. We need help very urgently.  Thank you

I am trying to book seat reservations on Eurostar from London to Paris on 22 May 2022 for the 14:31 train.  The Rail Planner App does not list this departure time but the Eurail.com Internet site does. Also, the Eurail Internet site shows much HIGHER Seat Reservation costs than the Rail Planner App (for example the 16:22 train reservation is $45.60 including fees for 1st class & is showing $90.40 USD on Eurail.com). The price is almost double?

Hello, I am trying to create a trip with my group to make reservations, but I can't. I made a first reservation with 5 people and a second with 1 person. When I try to duplicate the trip with 5 people it creates an empty trip... And when I try to add them with :" Add travellers from another order" it doesn't work either. However, it works well for the order containing one traveler. Could you help me so that we are close in the trains. Thanks

Hello everyone,me and a friend want to travel to Sicily in the Summer and we already started planning our trip (even though we still have over 6 months before we leave). We noticed that there are absolutely no trains available for August and September. Are we just way to early or are there simply no trains? What are your experiences? When should the train times be online?We checked both the Interrail website and the Trenitalia website.Thank you in advance!!

A friend and I want to book a ferry from Bari to Patras with the Greek islands interrail pass with 6 travel days within a month. We read in the information guide about this pass that we can book a bed on the ferry with a first class pass only. If we try to purchase the Greek islands pass online we don't have an option for first class. How do we get a bed on the ferry? Do we need to choose this when making the reservation at the ferry company? 

Hi,Im going to be travelling to Norway next week and am trying to book out overnight trains down to Oslo, but whilst I have a mobile pass, it only allows me to get a paper ticket. It won’t arrive in the UK before I go and don’t want to get it sent to Norway. Is there anyway of getting it sent to the ticket office? Or being able to book it when I get to the station? I don’t want to get stranded if I can’t do the latter.Any advice or solution would be most appreciated!Thanks in advance!

My wife and I plan to travel from Venice to Paris, via Munich on the Night Jet and then TVG in Oct 2022. We have 1st class Eurail passes and know we need to book the sleeper in 90 days prior and 120 days advance for the TVG.How do we reserve the sleeper portion?  I have checked the Night Jet and it wants to book it as if we do NOT have passes.Thank you.  

I wasn’t able to book a nightjet ticket for July on the Amsterdam to Vienna route via ÖBB as there weren’t any routes showing in my search. So I asked ÖBB’s customer services why this was, and got a reply today: “The reason why the Nightjet from Amsterdam to Vienna is not bookable is due to construction works. The timetable still has to be worked out for this. Therefore, please keep trying to book the desired journey.” Does anyone know about this, and when the timetable is likely to be “worked out”? I am a bit confused about the advice to keep trying! I’ve got a whole family holiday resting on very specific travel requirements, so would appreciate a bit of help understanding if I should just find an alternative if if it’s likely I’ll be able to book this route in a few months. I could ask ÖBB but the last reply took 11 days so thought it would be faster here.  Thanks!

Eurail Global Pass Ref: TLVCPYI am a tourist from India who got this pass prior to my travel to Europe. I had used the Eurail Pass on a few occasions in the past years. Those days it was just physical paper and I had to just put in the date of my travel before I board any train, it was easy and simple to start with after validating the pass at a train station before my first travel.With this digital pass I had downloaded the app and tried working on it. Sooner I realized to have done something and lost the 1st day of travel (19th of Oct 2021) even without traveling anywhere. I had to make my travel on 21st morning from Geneva to Rosenheim (Germany). So on 20th visited the train station at Cornavin, Geneva I showed by Eurail pass details entered in the app and also by travel details for next day. Hi, I am planning to go interrailing for three months, but I don't have a plan on where to go exactly. So I wanted to just make reservations as I go. I was wondering however how that would work with the physical reservations that you get in the post. Since I won't have an address because I'm traveling and I won't be in the same place for very long I was wondering how that works. Thank you, David

I do not know how to make seat reservations using the Rail Planner app

Hi, I am planning to go from Cambridge, England til Dublin, Ireland - but Dublin is missing from the Rail Planner App. The problem is not just that there are no routes going between these two cities, but that I cannot even choose Dublin as a destination. What does this mean? 

HelloMe and my friend are going to sail from Bari to Patras the 2. of June 2022. We are holders of a interrail  2. class global pass. I have read on interrail‘s website that we with this interrail pass are able to get free deck passage when traveling with Superfast ferries. But when I try to book our journey online at their website I’m not able to choose the category “ interrail global pass 2. class” and therefor I can’t get any discount. Can you help me? How do I book trickets frem Bari to Patras?

Hi,I bought a Global Pass, but now I'm trying to book seat reservations (some of the trains say it's mandatory) I'm being charged for Every train I try to make a seat reservation. I'm talking about +8 to +38 Eur, just for booking a seat. It's this ok? Aren't there any options of reservation without being charged?My route is: Barcelona to Paris, Paris to Amsterdam, Amsterdam to Berlin, Berlin to Rome.  Also, I don't understand why I cannot book a train from Barcelona to Paris. It says go to station, but I'm in Argentina... And I need to book it in advance. Could someone help me? :( Thank you!     

How can I move from Tallinn to Helsinki? And how can I move from Helsinki to Trondheim?

Hi all! I had a question regarding the night train from Budapest to Krakow. We are currently looking at making a reservation for January 30, but it says it can only come with registered mail. However, we are already on the journey, so we were wondering how this works, and if you can receive the ticket by mail or E-voucher in your app? Also, can you book a reservation for two so you are seated next to each other? Or what is the double sleeper? Thanks!

What is the best way to travel from Stockholm to Tallinn? (Most comfortabel, cheap). Maybe through Helsinki? Or through Riga? Any advise is most welcome! 

Hi! I need to go from Basel ssb to Hamburg hbf but when I looked at my reservation I realised that I had only booked my reservation to Hamburg Harburg. How can I redo my reservation to include the missing part of the journey too?

Hello, I have a question that I wasn't able to find an answer to. What should I do, if Interrail planner can't find a connection I know exists?For example: I'd like to visit Spain and travel by high-speed train from Madrid to Ourense, Galicia. I looked for a journey in 3 weeks from now. On Renfe (Spanish railways) website I can see numerous high-speed trains. However, if I search for high-speed connection on Interrail on the same date, there aren't any (it just shows a couple of long, 12 hour trips, rather than a 3 hour one). Now, I want to get the 7 day travel pass by DiscoverEU but I'm worried I won't be able to use it where I need to because of this problem.

So, I am traveling from Stuttgart to Barcelona on the 31st of January. Here are the trains I use. For the first two, I already made the reservations online. But the last one (Lyon-Barcelona) I can only book as a paper reservation, but It won't arrive until the 31st.I already went to the traveling agency of Deutsche Bahn, but they told me to book this train online.What can I do here?Can I buy a reservation at the train station in Lyon, on the day of departure?Or how I can get into contact with renfe or sncf for this case?Thank you in advance :)
