HelloI made a reservation from Paris Nord to Cologne. I know I need a reservation, however I get the "!" Symbol, and it tells me an error when calculating the cost, so I can't book. What happens in that situation?Regards!

Hello, so I am trying to book a reservation from Nice to Paris on November 6. The eurail booking website doesn’t have any and when I go to the station, they said that they only have 1st class available for reservations, no second class. But when i check the SNCF booking website, the train is not sold out, there are still tickets there for sale. Does this just mean that the Eurail seats are sold out, like is there a maximum number of seats Eurail can reserve? 

Hi there!Will travel from Ventimiglia (Italy) to Monaco Nov.4 and backward Nov.5 by TER. My Question is - If i will buy tickets online in advance (for example TER #86037 13:04 Monaco-Monte-Carlo- 13:32 Ventimiglia Fri 05 Nov. Standard, Semi-Flexible ) will this ticket valid for the 13:04 train or I can take next one or another (13:35,  14:11 ). The same question about rout Ventimiglia-Monaco.Thank you.       

Hello All,I am planning to travel to Zurich from Luxembourg on 24 Dec and return to Luxembourg by 2 Jan. Does anyone know how I can make a rail reservation? 

HelloMy friend and I are going from Barcelona to Copenhagen. But we can’t make the seat reservations, that we need, through the app or website and at the station we could only buy the seat reservation from Barcelona to Paris (which is the first stop) but not the next stop in Manheim and Hamburg So how do we make sure that there is available seats for our upcoming trips when we can’t book it in advance. Hope to hear from you

Hi there! I have already purchased my pass and I am having an issue with the online booking system. I am trying  to book the Paris to Bayeux route on Nov 5th. It’s showing that reservations are required, but in the area where a price is supposed to be, there is a grey exclamation mark. I’ve noticed that many of the other smaller routes in France are having the same issue. I’ve gone through the website trying to find any other way to reserve a seat, but I am having no luck. Has anyone else had this issue in general? Is there anything that I am doing wrong? Any advice would be appreciated.

Hello Interrail-Team,my girlfriend and me travelled with an Interrail Global Pass this summer.We are from Germany and travelled through France, Spain, Italy and Switzerland.We faced some minor and one major issue:1. Both of our smartphones were not able to make a reservation of a ticket.A direct reservation via the app is not possible at all.The app redirects us to your website, where at one point the reservation tool just stops working.Therefore, we had to go to the train station each time we made a reservation.2. We tried to travel from France to Italy via Ventimiglia by 2 intercity trains.We couldnt book the intercity train starting from Ventimiglia to Italy back when we were in France because of Issue No.1.When we tried to book the train in Ventimiglia it was already full, so we had to stay there longer than expected.3. We both updated the app to the latest version including the train timetable.Still, there were different departure times for lots of intercity and regional trains.Pl

Hi there :)I’m thinking about buying a Global Pass 4 Days in 1 Month to do a trip to Spain (Barcelona) and Scottland (Glasgow). Regarding to interrail, I’d have to pay over 100 € extra for seat reservations for this trip. Are the prices on this page realistic? A reservation on a TGV for example costs 31 € for example. Is this true?Thanks so much for your help!Best, Lisa

Ahoy! I am trying to book my first travel day and have selected the following route for Monday 25 of October, 2021: Edinburgh to London Kings Cross London St. Pancras Intl to Brussels-Midi Brussels-Midi to Wels, Austria.When I click on “My Pass” I am able to see my ticket for all three trains. But all three require seat reservations and I have been unable to make them on the website or the app. I saw that UK reservations need to be made at the train station - is this correct? Am I guaranteed a seat on the train if I have the QR code or do I run the risk of losing a place on the train if I can’t get to the station soon enough (example: I have a 51 minute turn around from Kings Cross to St. Pancras - is that enough time to reserve a seat?For two of my trains, the app reads “Seat reservations required - from N/A” - does that mean the train is sold out? Not able to get any train times. No matter which country or stations I try. Tried on several mobiles, tried reinstalling, asked a friend to try on his. Didn’t help.All I get is a blank reply and the text “Sorry, we can’t find any trains that match your search”. 

My phone is completely broken due to water damage. I have a replacement phone now, but I cannot reach anyone from Eurrail to change my pass to another device. I have already sent an email but it takes very long for them to respond. I need to travel soon and need my pass… anyone that can help? 

Hi Been a while since i planned a trip, trying to find the 1801 train from prague to zurich which arrives at 0820 the next day. When i look on the CD website, i only seem to get this one Is there engineering works or something that i’m not aware of as to why this isn’t coming up on the website but shown in the rail planner

Hi, I’ve seen on the website eurail.com that Estonia and its railways Elron should be covered in the Global Pass. My plans hae changed a bit and I’m currently in Estonia but I’m unable to find any of the Estonian towns in the official Eurail timerables and thus can’t “purchase” any ticket. What can I do? My Pass will be valid from tomorrow. Has anything changed and Estonia isn’t part of Eurail anymore? Thanks

We’re trying to travel from newcastle  uk to figures vilafante spain, and need to make seat reservations. We have successfully done so for eurostar, but the french connection requires sending paper tickets and there is insufficient time. We can’t have our tickets sent to a hotel in France as we’re doing the trip in one day and not staying at a hotel.Does anyone know how we can make a seat reservation and pick up from a ticket machine or station?I know we could risk it and try and make a seat reservation when we arrive at the station in France, but I want to book it in advance, and pick up the paper ticket for the reservation when we arrive.Also, we’ve tried calling SNCF and they weren’t helpful or clear about how to proceed.

Hi Everyone!I`m Alba, live in Germany but I´m from Spain.These Winter I would like to spend two weeks with my Family in Seville, but I don´t want to travel with plane, so… I decided to take only train for the journey. I found some difficulties to check the travel and I need some help…I already check that I need 2 Days travel for my destination, Essen - Brussels, Brussels-Lyon, Lyon-Barcelona (first day), Barcelona-Seville (second day) but, I don´t have any idea about the reservation requirements… How can I estimate how much are going to cost the hole trip? Can I check this before I buy the Worldpass? Thanks !

Hi all,We would like to use your help. In three weeks we will go to Spain and Portugal by Interrail. Now I read that the reservations cannot be made online or via the reservation system. If this is correct, there are a number of options left. One of these is reserving tickets at the train stations. Now I have a few questions about that:1. When we arrive in Madrid, can I immediately book the tickets there for our train journeys to Malaga and Seville?2. When we arrive in Faro, can I immediately book the tickets there for our train journeys to Lisbon and Porto?3. What are the costs for these reservations? Is this extra compared to the Interrail pass? If so, how much?We would be very helpful if you could help us with these questions. We are very curious so would like to hear from you!

For the Brussels - Vienna direct connection.Is there always a discount if you book together with an Interrail pass?Because if I check a few dates on the OBB website, and look with and without an interrail pass, the price doesn't change at all.If I understand the prices correctly via the following link:  https://www.nightjet.com/nl/buchung/tarifinformationen/interrail-eurail-paesse, then I arrive at a reservation price of 14 + 144 + 20 euros = 178 euros.But I see a lot of prices of 229.90 euros for a single deluxe sleeper cabin.Who can give me more information about this?Thank you!

Hi, I am new to interrailSo I wanted to make a reservation for the nighttrain EN 50467 (Zurich-Prague). On the rail planner app I can find this train and it says that it is a direct train.  But I can’t seem to find this train on any other website, not even on the czech railway website. The only other connection I found (leaving around the same time) is one where I would have to change trains early in the morning and that would mean I would have to use 2 travel days (if I understood that right). And this connection isnt even shown ob the rail planner app so I wouldn’t be able to connect it to my mobile pass (i think).Please help:(

I would like to reserve the train from paris to barcelona on 19th of August. In the reservation tool I see this can only be a paper ticket. However, it is not possible for me to organise this. Is there a way to get a e-ticket? Can I for example go to the trainstation of Amsterdam tomorrow to reserve this ticket? Hi there! Today we were supposed to travel from Genova to The Netherlands. but due to strikes in Italy and Germany we are stranded in Milano. Who should we contact? and can get our travel days back or a refund. Interrail didn’t informed us about the Italy strike. 

Hi there,my girlfriend and I wanted to use our Interrail pass, but because of strikes couldn’t use our outbound travel day yesterday. Hence, we made a reservation for tomorrow, when the strikes are over - but reralize now that we have no outbound travel day anymore and hence can’t use the trains we made a reservation for.
