Train connections & reservations

Hello all,i want to travel from Munich to Verona tomorrow morning (07:36 am). When I want to book a seat reservation they say there are plenty seats available, but when i continue the payment it is said, that the connection is not available anymore. What can I do now? Can I call somewhere?

Why do the train times on the app not match up with the ones listed on the website? I’m not trust which one is accurate.

Hello,I want to use my interrail mobile Pass in Bosnia Herzegovina. The Interrail Website says this country is included. The problem is that in the Rail Planner App I can't add trips like Banja Luka to Sarajevo, because I can't select any bosnian train stations.  

Hi, I’m going to make my first interrail im a week and I’m still struggling with the reservations. How do I make them? If I don’t need a reservation, can I stll make one? And after all the reservations are done I only need to fill my paper pass and send a photo to the inetrrail people? thank you

Hey:)fahren morgen rüber nach Sizilien.wir würden gerne eine Regionalliga Verbindung nehmen.müasen dann aussteigen, auf die Fähre und dann in messina wieder in den Zug.kostet die Fähre dann extra oder ist diese im interrail Ticket dabei? 

I'm travelling from Paris to Girona, and my seats reservation that should have been sent by Interrail by regular mail twenty days ago have never arrived. I paid for them and Interraril is not answering my emails!!!!It’s a train that need seats reservation , what can I do?????I have never seen such a horrible service. Interrail cheats! Sells seat reservation and afterwords doesn’t take care if they arrived or not and lives you by your own.

Hello,we are facing problems to get to Madrid.We are leaving on Monday in Porto early in the morning and have to be in Madrid in the evening, because the next day we have to leave at 06:30 for Paris.We cannot book our reservation in person and when we call they say all the trains that day are fully booked.Is there a possibility we could still get a seat on the train from Ourense to Madrid or just try when we are there?thank you!

Please Help!My girlfriend and I are leaving on Wednesday from Hanover to Nizza via Mannheim - Paris Est. Thats an ICE and we have to have seat reservations. Unfortunatly it’s just not possible to reserve any seating on this connection. Not via the Interrail Website, nor via Deutsche Bahn. Why is that and how can i fix it?? I am traveling from Amsterdam to Frankfurt and I see on the app that is says reservation remommened. Do I reserve on the app or is it thru a diferente site? Do I really need to reserve? Traveling next monday morning have 1st class global pass and we are 4 people.

I’ve made reservations for most of the trains, but I’m wondering whether I should make a reservation for:EC 99 Zürich - München, andEC 323 Zürich - Lugano (only the Swiss part of the journey)So to be sure, I’m not asking whether a reservation is required, because I believe it isn’t, but whether a reservation is recommended.

Hi!On the rail planner we can take the train from Stockholm to Narvik…But it's really possibile for the tourist enter in Norway from Sweden? 

Really struggling to reserve seats on the TGV with my global pass. Asks for my pass cover number but I don’t have one. And using my pass number it says it’s invalid. and the facebook messenger help chat bot says I don’t need a pass cover number. Please help!

Hi everyone, We have the first class Eurail pass and we just started our journey (1st time Eurail pass users). Me and my wife had booked a trip from Milan to Visp for today (just before noon), which needed seat reservation. When I went to the station this morning, they said only one seat can be reserved (which I did) and the train is full.  Do you know how the process works for the second seat reservation? They said come back at 9 and see if a seat is available but I don’t know if it is something that happens regularly or not.  Thanks for your help!  Mehrdad

Hey everyone, I’m planing a journey through italy by the end of the month and my highlight was supposed to be a trip from Naples to Palermo and back to Rome. My plan was to take a night train to Messina (INI36067) and continue from there with a regional.Now the price in the booking tool of interrail is 97€(!), because I can only take the c4 comfort wagon. In the normal route planner tool it says if I take a normal seat it’s only 3€. I obviously just need a seat, how do I get that? In the FAQs on the interrail website is written I’m supposed to book it on the italian website, but there I can only see the option to buy a ticket for 85€.Does anyone have experiences with trenitalia.com and can help me out? Any help is much apreciated. Kind regards, Mo 

Hi ! We have the Global Pass, and we are now in Igoumenitsa, we would like to reach Berlin through eastern Europe (Skopje, Belgrade, vienne, Berlin). Itseems there are no trains available... Can someone help us ? 

We want to travel from the Netherlands to Rome, however, the tickets are very high in price when we book a retour ticket which includes the Nightjet from Munich to Rome.I am looking at this option: Booking a Global pass (4 days in 1 month) and booking the OBB nightjet with discount for the interrail pass… it safes me a lot of money.Now I wonder, do I forget something? Can I use the Interrail pas for traveling from the Netherlands to Munich? And then discount on the OBB Nightjet. Or do I need extra tickets as well, which makes this plan a lot of money as well? 

Hey guys! I would like to buy a ticket for the night train from Budapest to Bucarest on next Wednesday online. But a paper ticket is mandatory and when I put my French address, it says it won't arrive in time. Should I put an address from Budapest (I arrive there this Saturday)? But I'm only sleeping in hostels there... I saw I could buy it in a train station also but is it going to be the same price? I'm not sure about that… I am in Vienna right now. Or should I wait to be in Budapest to buy it? Thanks in advance for your help!!! 

Hi!I will be taking a Train from Nice to Italy tomorrow and it does not requiere a reservation. But since France has those automatic controlls and no conductor, I am wondering if the QR Code in the App will be accepted and let me pass through? Because in the last trains I only scanned the paper reservation ticket and never used the Code from the App. Any experience? another question: is it mandatory to print the E-Ticket reservations for Trains in Italy?

Hello, me and my friends are going to do our 1st interrail in 2 weeks and we were trying to do the train reservations but we couldn't. In the site says the the reservations open 3 hours before departure time, and we were wondering if is that so, because we are going to board in some early trains. We are having trouble in making the reservations in general because in some train travels we have to switch trains and the site in only allowing us to make a reservation of a part of the trip and we would like some help.

Hey there,I'm planning on doing an Interrail trip to Denmark and Norway in september. First to Copenhagen and take the ferry to Oslo after.Now I wanted to take return trains to Bergen and back to Oslo and wanted to book some seat reservations for them. And while it's possible to do this through the interrail website (unfortunately not for the trains I want to take in sep cause they're not listed at the interrail reservations site, but according to vy.no they are indeed defenitely scheduled) I have a 1st class pass and I read I should make a reservation for a Pluss seat. But the interrail website only sells 2nd class seat reservations. So I figured I should make seat reservations by calling the Entur agency? But my question is how much will it cost to book a Pluss seat through this agency? And is there any way else to make a reservation? Online perhaps? I also read it's possible to book your seats at the station in Norway and for no extra cost even, but I don't know if the train I want
