Train connections & reservations

Hello all,I am having trouble booking a reservation from Munich to Amsterdam. The reservation option keeps giving us error messages and won’t let us book the train. If anyone has suggestion or a fix please let me know, thank you! 

Hi, We were supposed to take a train from Berlin to Amsterdam today but it got delayed so we are going to take the next one which is tomorrow. As it is not the same day, we used a travel day for nothing. Do any of you know what we can do to get our not used travel day back?  thank you. 

I have been trying to make a reservation for the TGV which departs from Paris (Gare du Lyon) to Perpignan. However via the interrail selfservice there is no possibility of making a reservation. I have been trying to make a seat reservation for 2 travellers so it might be because of that. Nevertheless, as I am leaving soon and do not want to risk to make a seat reservation on the station I was hoping that someone could help me. 

Can anyone help? I’ve bought several reservations on the website and they show up. But they do not show up in the app. What do I do?

Hello y’all ! I bought an Interrail ticket for the birthday of my bestfriend and It looks like she can’t book a seat through her account. Does she really need to use my account to book a seat or is it just a problem of the mobile interface ? Thank you so much for the answer. Kind regards,

Hello,I am taking the train tomorrow from Pescara to Germany and I still need to reserve a seat from Pescara to Milano or from Pescara to Bologna (the latter would be the second option as reservations from Bologna to Milano are bookable). I tried it over the page of interrail and on the one of the italian train company but it is not possibe to select the reservation and it says I should try another website, I do not know which one though. The directions on the interrail page are not helpful at all regarding this … Can someone please help me? I would be really thankful <3Sophie

Good evening! This is my current issue: 5 friends of mine and I have booked our Interrail passes within 3 different orders. Now we're having difficulties at booking for our train seats. We've already duplicated the trip in order to join and book altogether but when it comes to the actual booking action (selecting the trains for 6 people ect) it claims to be unavailable. When I book for me and other 3 friends (we've bought our Interrail passes within the same order) it is possible to do that. How can we solve it?

Hello,So quick question I was wondering if trains in Croatia are on time.In one of my trips I have 30 minutes of changing time which is more then enough normally.But I don't know if I'll make that and if trains in Croatia are generally on time.Thanks for the help in advance :)

Hi,I bought the one country pass for Italy and have 2 questions - If I made a reservation from Eurail.com, when I get on the train do I just show my pass from the Eurail planner app and the print out ticket of my reservation and am I good to go? Also the reservation ticket I bought had the following text -           “Global Pass: Only for pass holders valid for the whole international requested route. Show           your credentials on board” I have the One country pass, not the global pass.  Should I be worried about the following text on my ticket or should I be fine? Thanks 

good afternoon.I am trying to make a reservation for a train from Montpellier to Barcelona.I have an interreil global pass in electronic format and the reservation is only available in paper version. I need electronic tickets because they won't arrive on time. do they also send them by e-mail?

I'm trying to get from Schwarzach- St Veit to Ljubljana. The app shows a direct train (EC113). But when I look on the OBB planner for instance I can't find this direct train.

Hi, I’m trying to book a ticket for tomorrow but the interrail website does not offer the ‘add to cart’ button for my specific train. I checked with trenitalia whether there are still any available seats and there are. I need to book my reservation asap. Anyone any ideas why this is happening?

Hi there!I have a question about making a reservation for the train. My boyfriend and I booked our tickets together, but I am already traveling and we would meet each other half way. But since we booked together I am the only one who can make a reservation.So, if I make the reservation for him, will the reservation show up on his digital Pass? Or do I have to be with him since I booked it? Or is there another way for him to make the reservation instead?Thanks for the help :) 

I have made reservations and received a confirmation email that the purchase went through, yet when I go to “reservations overview” it still says I have no reservations.I have reached out to customer service but no one has responded to me. Can anyone help? What can I do to ensure I have my reservation?

Hello, I need to reserve a train from Warsaw to Krakow but can't do this online, it asks me to go to a train station to buy a paper ticket. Though, I'm in Riga right now and they told me I couldn't buy any tickets here for Poland. I'm supposed to take that train in 5 days and really need to book it asap...

Wie kann ich reservieren? Hat jemand Erfahrung ob in diesem Zug gibt Platz für verpackte Fahrräder? Oder hat jemand eine schöne Verbindung nach Paris mit Fahrrad entdeckt? Reise fängt in München an .Auf DB Seite habe ich keine Option für Interreil Pass, oder? 

Hi everyone,I've noticed that it happens quite often that the RailPlanner webversion shows way more results for a certain search request than the mobile RailPlanner App. To give a specific example of a trip that I am currently planning: If I search for trains from Innsbruck Hbf to Ljubljana on August 4th, I get 8 results in the webversion: https://bit.ly/3jLazaU. However, when I do the exact same search request in the app on my phone I only receive 1 result, which is the night train departing at 00:56. When I check this search request on other sources like trainline I receive the exact same results as in the webversion of the RailPlanner: https://bit.ly/3dKGBjv. This means the mobile app is missing many connections and since my ticket is stored on my phone and I can only save journeys in the app, it would be nice if the mobile app would be up-to-date with the webversion. I've already checked if I need to update the app in the App Store, but that's not the case so that is not what is ca

How do you find out when the train to and from Kiruna (Sweden) stops running? Does it only run in certain months? I was hoping to go in November/December but it looks like it doesn’t run after September. 

Hello guys, my girlfriend and I are currently traveling in Europe with the Interrail pass. Now we want to book our return trip from Biarritz to Amsterfam, because this trip goes via Paris and it is necessary to book in advance. However, we do not know how to do this. Through the app it does not work and through the reservation service does not work either. Could you guys help us with this? Hello, I have a problem with finding a direct line from Lisbon to Madrid. I know that there used to be a night train but I can’t find it anywhere now. Does anybody know what’s the situation or how I can travel directly from Lisbon to Madrid? Thank you in advance.

Hi guyys, I would like to take this train for my next trip but on the site bahn.com it is written "train is fully booked" and "passengers who have not het purchased a ticket should choose a different connection". What does that mean ?? I have to take another train ? I can't take this train if I dont have a reservation or I can go in the train and stand up but I wont have a seat ? I have a second question : Germany has been affecte by the floods. Are the trains affected by this also ? Which train are affected ? Is Theresa a ensuite where we can see trains affected and trains non affected ?Thanks for your help ! 

When I use the Rail Planner, the Cinque Terre Italy trains do not show up (I had to enter them manually on my Rail Planner). Thanks for the help!
