Hello I want to go from brussels to athenes. I have my Brussels-Vienna and Vienna-Budapest reservation. But then I do not manage to have a train and more itinerary? I saw that there is a night train from Belgrade to Thessalonikki but there again I have no more informationMerci

Hi, I’m not able to reserve my seat for the night train from Paris Austerlitz to Port-bou. The system tells me that I will not receive the paper tickets in time. Is there an other way to make a reservation? or let me get sent e-tickets through email.  Thanks

Hi, We want to go to Montenegro from Greece. So we have to take the train from Thessaloniki to Belgrade. The probleme is we don’t get any information for this train. We don’t know if is working or not. We have another solution : Thessaloniki to Sofia and Sofia to Belgrade but we don’t find information too. Our trip is to make Thessaloniki to Podgorica or Bar (Montenegro) around 20 july. Do you have any solution or information for this trip, because we are stuck.  Thanks for your response.

Hi I need help again,so I added my friends to my trip with their Mail and their order number. We all have the mobile pass, however when I want to make a reservation, the prices are unavailable. Since we have a really long trip (Vienna-Copenhagen), we would like to sit together but I do not understand how we are supposed to reserve a place next to each other.

I planning my trip before buying any pass, howerver schedule on the Rail Planner App and schedule from the web site are not the same.Which one should I trust ?

Compré un pase Global Pass para 3 meses y comienzo mi viaje el 7 de Julio.   Es un viaje largo y en la planificación me he encontrado con las siguientes dudas/problemas:   Si bien en el mapa ferroviario de la web de Interrail aparecen los tramos. A la hora de buscar horarios para reservar no arrojan resultados. Agradecería me pudieran decir cómo lo hago para reservar y tener mi pase en mi app. Los tramos en cuestión son:Oslo- Estocolmo  Dublin - Belfast (ingresamos a la página del tren que correspondería ¿Debemos pagarlo aparte o podemos presentar el pase a la hora de comprar el pasaje?  Sofiía - Estambul Yo resido en Hungría y uno de los viajes tiene '’escala'’ en Hungría (Zagreb- Sofía) ¿Hay problema de que pase por Hungría? (considerando que sólo tengo un ingreso y una salida desde mi país de origen. Espero poder conseguir respuesta por este medio. Hi my friends and I wantna  travel via interrail from oslo to stockholm. We cannot do a reservation on the train tho, bc the train is not shown there. Is the railway tansport restricted bc of corona?

Hello guys :)I want to book my first pass here in eurail.I want to visit Igoumenitsa in Greece. I searched the map and Igoumenitsa is listed as the destination.However, I cannot specify Igoumenitsa as a destination in the travel times section (no trains are found).Are there any tricks to reach Igoumenitsa anyway with a Global pass?The algorithm found a route to Bari. I would need a ferry than to reach Igoumenitsa. Do I have to book the ferry then spontaneously? When “yes”, can I be sure, that my Europass is counting for the ferry?Thanks for your help in advance!

It does not seem to be possible to make a simple reservation on this website. Interrail does not respond to my twitter DMs or when I’m trying to contakt them via Facebook messenger. There is no email adress i can write to and the only phone number is really really expensive (>1,20€/min).All i want is a simple reservation for my brother. His name is "Niklas Jacobsen". Hi! I want to travel to Barcelona from the Netherlands in a few weeks, and for the last train I need a paper ticket. I can buy it through the interrail website, but I wonder how much time it will take to arrive? Does anyone have experience with ordering paper tickets through interrail?

I can make a reservation for only myself (In the interrail reservation system) , but as soon as more than one person is part of the trip it shows “NOT AVAILABLE” for every single connection (even though before it said that there are still many seats available). This goes for any train in Europe as far as we've seen. It says by the grey I (for information) that you can only reserve seats for people who are known in your acount, yet i can't seem to figure out how to add someone with a mobile pass to my account. We'd like to be seated togheter for our trips, is there any way this is possible if we all have mobile passes.I'm really hoping someone can help me I've been researching and trying things for two weeks now.Kind regards

Hi there. As of today it looks like it’s no longer possible to make seat reservations via Italiarail. Am I missing something?

Hello, I have a little doubt concerning trains without reservation.we just have to go in the train, and show our interrail pass to the controller ? Or we have to call the train before take it to make sure there are seat for us in the train ? And if there are no more seat in the train, what we do?  

I’m trying to make seat reservations with both me (Interrail pass holder) and my parents (Eurail pass holders). I've duplicated my trip and added them both as travellers, but when I proceed to make seat reservations with all 3 of us, I am unable. An exclamation mark appears in the area under “price.” Is there any way to circumvent this issue, and make reservations for us 3 together online?Thanks for any insights!

ENGL - FRHi guys, My friends and I bought a global pass and I have 2 different questionsFirst, I see that for some trains in Germany reservations are OPTIONAL but not COMPULSORY. What do we risk by not buying reservations ?  Second, for some trains in Italia we need to take reservations (ex : train Venizia - Verona). However the reservation via interrail cost 12€/person while buying a normal ticket without interrail on trenitalia.com costs 9€/ person. How is it possible that a standard ticket is cheaper than a reservation ? Hello, I’m considering to buy Greek islands pass for do some island hopping this summer. But as I saw there is no online platform to book reservations for ferries and it’s necessary to call or send an email to book. I’m a bit sceptic how it works and if I send an email will I get my confirmation of reservation soon to be sure I can take certain ferry. Does any of you have experience with those bookings?
