it's before activate my eurail global pass, yeti'm practicing  train reservation, but why do I see "your pass isn't valid on this date..." on the screen?and  when I try to make a seat reservation with a chrome browser, the screen stops or " bad request....." screen appears.but chrome browser also work well in hotel reservations, obb app, and trenit appof course I can make a reservation with a different browser in koreawhat browser do you use to make seat reservations on your eurail pass?

From what I understand, Germans and Austrians make a distinction between the ticket, the reservation of seat (Sitzplatzreservierung) and the supplement (Zuschlag or Aufpreis). It would mean that it is possible to buy a Sitzplatzreservierung with the DB website, and then to pay for the Zuschlag even on the train, against some more money for the onboard sale. It would be especially interesting for me, who go from Vienna to Paris regularly, so that I could buy my seat reservation for the whole journey with the DB website, which is interesting in case of missed connections (which tend to hap

I have 1st class eurial pass I can't find any seat reservation from Edinburgh to London for the day 26 of Dec And I can't find any seat reservation for the day 30 of Dec from London to ParisAnd from bergen to oslo for the day 19 of Dec they say it's for free but I need to book. Last question I booked a night cabin for the train from Rovaniemi to Helsinki departure 9PM arrival 9 Am is this a one day use or 2 days ?  

I asked about this earlier but now I'm quite confused with the connections shown here, it seems like I need to go back to Chur and use a different route to reach Milan. When I check the Trenitalia website, I see direct trains or trans with a change to Milan, Can I enter the train journey manually on the planner? Are they any alternative solutions?What’s the best site to book seat reservations for this route?Thanks in advance 

I have to go from Bruxelles-Midi to Amsterdam Centraal, and the Eurail app shows supplement required? Is it possible for me to book it in advance instead of booking at the station? Please help!

Hello. Planning ahead for a Eurostar reservation from Amsterdam to London St Pancras. I understand that this goes via Brussels but the Eurail booking site routes you from Amsterdam with at least 3 changes to get to Brussels (no reservations needed). However, every other site says there is an EC intercity from Amsterdam to Brussels which is part of the Eurocity connection. Why does the Eurail site not show this in any of the options? Rail Europe has a note saying that 8.10am Sunday train from Amsterdam to Brussels “Rail Pass doesn't apply for this trip”  Any ideas?ThanksJon

Hi,About thisOn 27 August 2023, a major landslide occurred on the line close to the tunnel at Saint-André à La Praz. All traffic through the tunnel, including the major TGV and Frecciarossa services between the Gare de Lyon and Milan Centrale / Porta Garibaldi were suspended. Hello, unfortunately I have another question about reservations for trains in Spain: Currently I can't make any reservations via interrail.eu as well as happyrail.com, regardless of the connection and time. The results on happyrail look like the attached screenshot for each connection/time. Is this problem known or has it ever occurred before? Hello, I am trying to make a reservation for the RENFE AVE from Marseille to Madrid. On interrail.eu I get the message: Currently, reserving seats for journeys in Spain is only possible at Spanish train stations or by calling RENFE directly.And happyrail.com does not show me any options.I also talked to Deutsche Bahn customer service. They say that RENFE tickets can currently not be issued through Deutsche Bahn.Is this only a temporary problem? Can I hope reservation will be possible in a few days?Thanks, Thomas

Hello everyone,we would like to book a reservation for the night train from Milano to Palermo for the end of December (27.12.).Unfortunately, Trenitalia and Interrail only offers reservations for daytime connections. Does anyone know when it will be possible to book/see the night train or whether it will no longer be available?

Hello, I am planning to do my 2nd Interrail trip during December for my birthday and I am looking for train connections from Salzburg to Chur on December 15th on Interrail app but it is not showing anything. Although, when I checked the OBB website, I get to see the train timetable.Do I need to wait a little longer for the update of new train timetable on the Interrail app or just do a manual train entry connection on the app for my trip planner? Thank you

My partner and I are planing a train adventure next May and I was wondering if people knew if the intercity notte 765 night train between Milan and Bari runs in May or is it seasonal? We are looking to connect with the ferry to Patras in Greece. Any advice booking tickets e.g. when they will be available, the best days to travel and alternate routes is always welcome!  Thanks! Doug

Hello,My partner and I have planned our trip via interrail for next week and we have therefore been able to make our reservations for our journeys which include trains with seats and others without.We received the tickets for the trains with seats. However, we expected to receive a ticket for the trains without, which we did not. Is this normal, please, or have we missed something?For example, we have a planned journey from Paris to Amsterdam with a stopover in Brussels, for which we received a Paris - Brussels ticket, but not a Brussels - Amsterdam ticket. Thank you in advance and have a nice day. PS : Sorry for my english

It reads: “Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later or find another connection. This connection will be removed from your cart”If I want to make a reservation for France, for example, I do not receive this error message.
